We called Tom Wong who was helping STL Bank push the loans through. In the 10 minutes someone had given me his name, before making first contact with him, he looked up our business, knew when we started the business and had our contact information ready to go. I was so impressed that we immediately chose him to help. He was available all day and night that Sunday by phone and text. In my experience there is no other bank that would’ve been available on a Sunday like he was. After getting everything sent for us, he helped a friend of ours well into the night to get his papers in as well. He checked in and 2 days later we found out we got the loan!! We couldn’t believe it after what we’d experienced at the larger bank!! We will absolutely be moving our accounts and are so thankful for Tom and the help of all the people working 24/7 at STL Bank to secure these loans! Thank you thank you!!

Like other small businesses we completed and submitted our application for PPP immediately to our bank. Bs mom: Be wary of this institution. A check for a large amount was issued by them and they refused to cash the check. Suspect solvency issues here. They do not have longevity in this area despite the branding and are a young bank. Caution.

Bill Hurst: I think this is a hidden gem in St. Louis. Very interesting museum with lots of interactive exhibits. I expected to be bored but I really enjoyed it. Educational from the minute you walk in and see the security procedures. They even give you a bag of free money before you leave!

Dan's Garage: Very interesting experience, parking is kind of a pain but there’s a garage across the street at a garage called the Manchin house garage but you can snag a meter if you circle the block a couple times. The building is really cool and old, the museum guides Tom & Andrew know quite a bit about the building & the history. There’s free shredded currency & a gift shop. This is way more than just a boring old museum, there’s even a laser light show and a video. Really neat. I’m sure I’m going to go back just to see more cause there’s so much to take in. They close at 3pm and they mean it they have their own police force to run you out. They brought the K-9 in and we had to go. Do not bring a pocket knife or mace the fed cops will make you take it all the way back to your car. Nice guys but their not playing around.

Edward Pearce: State of the art museum about the economy with visitor interaction displays most of them high tech. The security is tight but the time required to go through security is surprisingly short. The building is impressive and is alone worth a visit. Don't pass up the gift shop where you can buy a bag of shredded currency.

Hope Wills: They have Economy Museum inside free to the public. Fair warning you have to go through their metal detectors inside as it’s in the Federal Reserve. Beautiful lobby inside if you love history.

Was charged for 2 months and had no access to online banking. This bank is a rip off and the manager does not care to assist. Filing a complaint against them next.

Gary Stevenson: Do not do business with this bank. I had a lease that was totalled and they took months to send the insurance the needed paperwork. In addition to this they tanked my credit due to them not communicating internally.
