Robert Chura: I used Air Hydraulics for my U-Haul service on Wed. 4/26/23. Prior to that day everything went well from me making the initial phone call and subsequent phone calls to confirm that date.On the actual day I picked the vehicle up in the morning right after they opened. I was finished by approximately noon. I travelled from Air Hydraulics to Oakville to Affton (my new apartment). When finished I drove immediately to Air Hydraulics and dropped off the vehicle. I called at approximately 1 PM and asked for a price. The total was about $59.00. I asked for a breakdown. I was told to look at my e-mail. I don't have internet at home or on my phone so two days later I searched my e-mail at the library. The bill was $98.00 ($40.00 more than the price given me over the phone). The bill said I drove 50 miles. There is no possible way I drove that many miles. What can I do? Not a whole lot except pay it. However, I would never consider using them again. Be forewarned.
Adam Beck: I have a small concrete company and we use a couple different Bobcat machines. They are the only place I'll ever go for a new hose. No matter what size hose or what kind of fitting. They have it, and will have you a new hose fast and cheap! Also the cheapest price on hydraulic oil in STL!!
Dennis Koenig: I run Accurate Tree and Landscaping and quite often we will blow a hose on a piece of our equipment and be in an emergency situation and Air Hydraulics always comes through. Most recently 5 minutes before their normal closing time. They are also the cheapest in town. Thank you guys!!!!!

Jared Runyan: I took a zero turn mower transmission to Valtec to have a new seal kit installed. The price for labor was fair. Although I did have to wait close to 8 weeks to get it back, it is understandable as they deal with a lot of industrial equipment and keeping businesses in business is more important than getting my mower transmission running. Customer service was always good.
Mickey Pietrzak: Probably the most professional hydraulic cylinder repair shop in town. They also always seem to have the right seal in stock when you need it.

Adam Horvath: This is the second time that Austin has come out to replace a hose for us. (Saving the day both times) This particular instance, Austin said he’s arrive by 7:30 am, and he was there at 7:15 ready to get to work. Not only did he make a new hose, but he helped us replace it as well. Guys like Austin keep us running for longer periods of time, which is honestly priceless. Thank you Pirtek and Austin!

Mickey Pietrzak: I've been going here for years. We make our own hoses at our shop and are very well stocked. However, when it comes to specialty hoses with unique ends and hard lines, Pirtek is the best option I've found. They will custom make Fittings if necessary. I've watched them do it and they don't play around. We've asked for some funky stuff and they've always come through. That said, the custom work is pricy, but its better than having equipment down.

I use another company normally that couldn’t get to me and these guys were recommended. I even had to help the guy perform the work on my truck to complete the job. When they called on Tuesday to give the price, it was double the price of the normal place I use. They weren't even willing to help in anyway considering that I helped there employee do the job. I do however want to say that their employee Mike is a great guy!Shame on me for not asking questions about their pricing.Hose Dr is the place to go if you need a hose replaced during working hours or after hours.I feel like someone just stole from me.

Dustin Rousan: Horrible customer service I call on the phone after looking on there website and ask them if they can make me stainless steel braided lines for an automotive application the guy on the phone says yes not a problem bring it on by I drive over an hour to get my lines made just to be told we don't make braided line you need to go somewhere else. And explaining the guy on the phone just told me you could do it and he says he's wrong we can't do it. So I asked for a manager. ( I'm the only one here and I told you we don't do those lines) so they will never get my business or my company's business again.
