austin howe: Save your money. This is %100 a scam.Salesman told us he was going to sell us a brand new washer in box for the price of a blemished model.We accepted and took it home. Got it to my basement and hooked it up and realized that there was a massive crater where the door latch is. This prevents the door from latching and makes the washer unusable.I called to see about a replacement. Lady told me I can pay to have them haul the washer back and " try to get the dent out with a hammer"I expressed my frustrations since I was told it was a new washer. Lady explained " we are a scratch and dent dealer, sometimes there are dents that prevent the machine from working".So, if you want to spend close to the price of a brand new washer for a machine that likely won't work...

Rebecca Hunter: I purchased an LG front load washer and dryer paid over $2000 and the first time I used the washer it leaked water all over my laundry room … when I called No one answered the phone therefore I had to drive back just to be given a number to call and schedule a repair that took a week to get anyone to come look at it because they will only schedule on Weds and Friday… then the repair person was telling me that he would replace it if they had another one but they didn’t even call me about it … then the wonderful guy that schedules the repairs called me back after I left several messages trying to figure out what they were going to do … needless to say they would not accommodate me and now I haven’t had a washer for 4 weeks … remember this was a brand new washer that I haven’t been able to use! I will NEVER purchase anything from here again.. I have purchased other appliances from here but your service lacks and I should have been able to get this washer fixed ASAP … bad customer service all the way around!!!

He showed us the choices and they had stock available. Delivery the next day, a Friday. The delivery guys were excellent. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable.

I checked the web site last at about 4 a.m. We got there around 10 a.m. None of the 3 were there!!! The salesman insisted that they had either sold or been shipped out. (Really? All 3 ? In the 2 hours since you opened?) Last I looked at their website,, late last week (was at their Maryland heights location 3+ weeks ago btw) the same 3 models I had been interested in,,were still on site!!! Seems a very SHADY way to do business! Kind of reminds me of "bait & switch" tactics. I am in process of making a report for BBB & others! Buyer beware!!!

Enis Hodzic: I am pretty disappointed at Julie and they coworker 2 weeks earlier I got $1100 worth of vinyl,foam, staples etc to redo upholstery in my RV. Just started the project yesterday and realized that I didn’t have my 1/4” foam so I checked my receipt and I was charged for it. So I came back today and told them tha I am missing that... and oh my got what a big deal that they are sure they loaded that for me and ect. I told them that I look like lier for $80 Julie also was saying that she is 21 years in business. That is not how you do business I am in business my self and I know legit claim and customer satisfaction. I do take some blame on my self I should check everything my self instead rushing to get out of there since it was close to closing. So I purchased my missing material again and they where happy. So much for being good guy. People check your stuff before you leave since they are 99.9%sure they gave you your stuff.

Logan Ponte: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I went in and bought stuff to redo my headliner and the stuff they gave me was terrible. Read and followed the directions exactly how they were on the side of the can and the glue didn’t stick at all. Called them to explain to them my issue and was passed around from employee to employee until I was hung up on because they don’t want to accept that their product is poor quality. Save your money and go somewhere else!
