They take such great care of my finicky 12-year old female Siamese cat, Reagan, it makes it a little easier to be away. Patrick has her under his spell. Reagan can be a difficult cat to get to know. Most of the time, she will come investigate who is in her house, maybe watch them prepare her food, and then head to the bedroom to wait for them to leave. Not with Patrick! She LOVES him! I see pics of her snuggling up with him on the couch and it makes me smile. I tease him that she has a kitty crush on him! The point of writing all of this is no matter how finicky, stand-offish, frightened, etc. your pet is, they still give them the best care possible while you're gone. They send a text message with photos of their visit after every one, so you can see for yourself how your pet is doing. I can't say enough good things about all of them, especially Patrick. Beware though, Reagan has claimed him for her personal sitter and she will fight you for him. 😉

It's so nice for the dogs to stay in their own home rather than in a stressful kennel environment, and getting pictures several times a day keeps my stress levels low too. At one point one of my dogs had a minor medical issue and they called me immediately and took amazing care of him. Really went above and beyond to make sure my dog had everything he needed, and even called a few days after I returned to make sure he was doing well. She took the time to coax him into trusting her and he got to the point where he was excited to go on an adventure with her! We mostly used the service for a midday walk while we were away at work, but it worked well on the days we happened to work from home as well! We never had to worry about our walker not being around, it gave us a lot of peace of mind that if Julia happened to be out of town, etc. there would be another well-qualified walker to fill in for her and our schedules wouldn't be impacted. Getting the photos and report card about the walk was really a bright spot in the middle of the day while we had to be away from our pup. So nice to know that he got out and explored every day!

Lillian Manning: Saint Louis Dog Butler is amazing! They come during a three hour designated window M-Th and give our pup a 20 minute walk. They are great about communicating any updates and reminding us of holidays where we may actually be home. They have also been great about letting us know when there is anything unusual, i.e., door unlocked, big package on the porch, funky behavior by our pup, etc. I absolutely love the updates which include a summary and pictures. I have them walk my dog during the day while I am at work and I love that I get a daily report of how that walk was, as well as photos of my sweet girl! They have been walking her since she was a few months old, so now I have daily photos of her growing up!They are great at following my instructions for taking care of her. When she was spayed they made sure she didn't run or do any jumping and they gave her her medications. They inform me if anything seems wrong or if my girl seems like she might be sick. Vision Graphics - St. Louis: Daryn recently watched our pets for a week and did an outstanding job. We were hesitant to have someone besides family watch our pets, particularly our cat as he has diabetes and needs an insulin injection twice daily.Daryn was happy to do it, and came by twice daily to not only give the injections, but also feed the cats and scoop the litterbox, etc. She was fantastic about sending an update each time she visited, and sent pictures of the cats each time.We're thrilled we found Daryn! But Daryn was not phased by any of it and with extreme kindness and patience watched our puppy for a week.
