We loved that there was no pressure to purchase and that the modifications we needed they were willing to work through. For example, we needed our spa to be several inches taller because we wanted to locate the pumps in a place that allowed them to be accessible because the tub is bordered by a deck on 2 sides. The communication was great and the company worked closely with us through every aspect of the design. This is our second hot tub from Aspen in 15 years (2 different houses) and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

I had many questions and concerns about wiring requirements and amps. They emailed over spec to my electrician. Delivery guys Conner and a younger just a few weeks on the job. They were very very patient and kind hard working and making sure everything was fine with me before leaving, awesome.

In all of our shopping, we didn’t find any other place that offered all of their spa models in both dry and wet so you could try it on for size and then come back to wet test. Jim O'Shea: Just took delivery of our first ever spa from Aspen Spas. We had a great experience. Dan answered all of our questions and he facilitated a wet test so that we could experience our spa before we ordered it. Delivery was surprisingly simple and quick. It took less than 2 hours from arrival to departure. I plan to attend one of their Saturday training seminars to better my understanding of spa maintenance.

They coordinated a crane to remove the old hot tub from the deck and then replaced it with the new one. Unlike the other places I had been, I didn’t feel trapped I to buying a $15k tub that was out of our price range. They even had some used options for discounted prices.Honesty…other places seemed to only appreciate the brand and style they sold in store. Because STL Whse has multiple brands and price ranges, they were able to tell us the pros and cons across brands and style without hesitation.Behind the curtain…I’m a DIY person, so when I started asking questions about maintenance, repair, and design of the tubs, Messi took me back into their shop and showed me their refurbish process for used tubs. She also showed me some of the differences in the construction designs. This made such a difference for me.Service…only a few places would be willing to service where I live from the St Louis area, and STL Whse was on that list, which gave me some peace of mind.The showroom is not fancy and you won’t see shelves of chemicals and outdoor furniture. However, if you want to get straight to business and work with small business owners that are focused on doing one thing well, then I believe STL Whse is the place.

Leann Harris: We stopped by the Columbia Convention Center Memorial Day sale just to browse and compare to another Spa company we had spoke to about a hottub. The salesman gave us a great deal on what we were looking for and gave us a delivery day the next day, coming to us from a local location rather than shopped to us in a month or more from a California warehouse. The delivery men were great, and our hot tub was at our home and ready to go with in 1 day of the purchase! The setup was very informative, and told us exactly how to fill, clean and maintain our new hot tub. I would definitely recommend them.

RODNEY PAINTER: I wish I could rate the delivery crew separately they were fantastic. The lack of customer service after the sale is a joke. Have called 4 times in one week with no return call. I had the unit delivered, the next weekend it was wired. I checked the jets for operation and two do not work. I started calling Tuesday after the holiday Monday and once every day after, each time I was promised a call back that day. Now my recirculating pump is making a squealing noise I hope when I reach the factory they don't blame the pump on me for some reason from the inop jets. Keep in mind this is supposed to be a "new from the factory" unit. Poor service + Poor product = poor purchase!! stay away from spas and more.
Dan Plumb: We 100% recommend Spas and More. We purchased our spa from them years ago and just recently had its first leak. Brian came out to look at the issue and repaired it. Because of the leak/repair the tub wasn’t filtering properly and a low flow warning came on. Brian came back out (without charge) and got us up and running. It is obvious that the folks at Spas and More care about their customers and about doing a good job. In my opinion you are in good hands with Spas and More! Well done guys.

Crystal Pool: Hot tub arrived on time. It was missing a knob, but they promised to send out a replacement. We were expecting it in the mail, however the company called and sent out Brian to do the repair. Brian replaced all the knobs to make sure they were a matching set. While he was there he answered all of our questions and gave us many tips and so much appreciated advice. I waited to write this review to make sure that we really would get what we were promised. After my husband spoke to Brian I feel a lot more comfortable being a new spa owner.

Christian Sanders: Attempted to get my hot tub serviced and received an auto response trying to sell me a new one! Emailed TWO more times, NO REPLIES. Don't waste your time w/ these people.
John McMurray: I purchased two spas from Mirage and they have been servicing my hot tub for years, unfortunately my most recent experience was a disaster. My credit card was overcharged for parts. I have called the store and wrote a letter to the owner, missed a phone call from them and they have yet to return one of my many return calls. BBB has been notified and I’ve been told they have had no response from the owner. I recommend you go elsewhere for service and purchases.

Roger Mauzy: The staff is helpful when we drove to their store but we have tried multiple times to get a service technician to come and evaluate our hot tub with no response. Jack Tynes: Before I purchased my hot tub I went to all of the local stores and compared prices and features and rated staff knowledge of the hot tubs. There were several things I liked about Mirage. They by far knew more about their hot tubs then the other stores. I also liked that all they do is hot tubs, their lively-hood depends one brand and people being satisfied. The sales process was easy and they spent a good amount of time telling me how to take care of my hot tub. I love my Sundance hot tub, I also like the free water testing they offer. Bring in a sample and they tell you exactly what you need to add to your hot tub.

What started out as a large multifaceted project was turned easy due to the people at Mirage Spa. I dealt specifically with Karen who met each individual need to complete our project. Karen consistently made herself available by phone & email communicating with me, my client and various contractors throughout the duration of our project. Karen was always polite & concise, she made all the necessary connections that we needed along the way. She provided us with all the information we needed to understand and maintain our new hot tub. Service like this is rare. Eventually I found out that Karen is the owner of Mirage spa! That information shocked me because of how available she made herself to us. I highly recommend this business.Thank you Karen and Mirage Spa for making our hot tub dreams come true.We truly appreciate you all!
John Holmes: I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Mirage Spa! From the start to the end, everything was seamless. The showroom has an excellent display of models and accessories. There is also an extensive chemical and part supply area. Roger my salesman knew everything I asked (and I asked a lot). The knowledge of the staff is second to none. The Spa delivery team was simply outstanding. They hauled away my old tub and put in my new one in under an hour. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They also were able to answer a few last minute questions that I had. If you are in the Saint Louis area and are in the market for a Hot Tub, choose Mirage. I look forward to many years to come of great service (when needed) and I know they are just a call away when I have a problem.
