K Matson: I had a rare piping issue come up that required some specific special fittings.I was told this was the place to go by a coworker.They greeted me almost immediately, very friendly and helpful staff.And when at first they couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they were still able to solve my issue by offering another option that I hadn't thought of.If I ever need special fittings again in the future, there's only one place I'll go now.Thank you to the staff of Superior Industrial Supply!
Steven Buesking: When you need a part or something done, you want the person selling you what you need. If they don't have it, you certainly don't want a Rube Goldberg contraption.Superior treated me well. They did not have what I needed, but was able to direct me to a place that may create it for me. They were professional in every way and I appreciate their taking the time even though it did not add to their bottom line. Great to know this level of quality still exists.

Lesa Harp: I would not work here. It's a hostile work environment and HR does nothing about it. The management tells you to learn to work with people, if you say anything. The guys are disrespectful to women with the music they listen too. I would never suggest that anyone work here unless corporate office cleans it help.

Chris Fuller: Great customer service over the phone!They sent a tech out to my location to get my equipment up and going again the technician was also great! They will definitely be my go to business!
Alex Wombacher: Sent an A/C hose to Pirtek to get rebuilt for my customers vehicle, sent it back with a huge leak. Called and tried to get it repaired after I had to remove it again and they let me down, couldn't get it done until next day. My customer said he needed his truck by end of day and I called these guys. Fantastic service, professional repair, and most importantly they pressure tested it before handing it back to me. Installed with confidence, no leaks, very satisfied!
