Then had the nerve to still charge entering customers an entrance fee without telling them hookahs were not available as we were leaving.Basically paid $60 and all we did was drink 1 drink each. Last time I waste money here. Lost a customer for life.

Vikreig: New management took the place from dark and disgusting to absolutely amazing. These guys not only know their hookah stuff, but are truly passionate about it. The bowl they packed for me last time was easily one of the best smokes I've ever had in St Louis.

Went to the bar twice asked the young lady at the bar to clean this table off & asked could we use this hooka since they claimed they didn’t have any more for the night. But where we were sitting there was 2 hookas people left & were done with. The lady at the bar continued to take shots w/ the customers at the bar & we waited about 30 minutes nobody came to clean it. 🙄 We left. Not going to beg you to take our money😂

Vinay Duddyala: I come twice a month to this place and relax on the sofa with hookah. No one questioned on how we sit on the sofa earlier or atlesst from the past 1 year of my visits. The staff Lady was very rude on saying to keep by legs down from the sofa twice…Disappointed and would not recommend anyone to visit again.

The charcoal was not the quick light which was nice. The staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

They have lots of flavor options for hookah but dont come expecting food. The espresso is good while some prices on drink are high the espresso is a good value. There is no alcohol. Definitely a good spot to hang out with friends. Also they have a Pool table and a Foosball table. Definitely worth checking out. I will be back soon.

Lauren Pratt: Their hookah is way better than ranoush. This place is a hidden gem. The best hookah in stl in my opinion. I love coming here because it’s intimate and I always get good service and great hookah. It’s also never crowded it’s a good place for me to come and get my schoolwork done while relaxing.

Ali al hihi: Ok here is what I will say about Milano, the staff was nice and by far the coal service was top notch. By far the best coal service ever and they kept it up for hours! Unfortunately the hookah was not good, this is quite common in most hookah bars I visit, the hookah tasted like it was not cleaned and the remains of million flavours were still in it. Smoked good and kept burning nicely but just didn’t taste good. I am not sure how it is on a normal night but I went on a Saturday night and the music was blasting all night and that just not chill for me. I still rated this place 4 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt on the hookah because to be fair I didn’t complain about the flavour but honestly I don’t think they would have fixed it. So the one lower star is because it just lacks setting, whether it’s a teeny fun and dance sitting or more chill sitting it was lacking on both endsUpdate: I went again on a weekday the vibe was nice and relaxed and the hookah was so much better. The guy there really took care of me again. I would recommend this place
