Natalia Pollard: It’s unfortunate that since I have been seeing Dr. Wessling I have always had to wait for at least one hour and sometimes hour and a half from the moment my appointment was scheduled. If you are willing to take a half day off work to see the doctor then it’s worth the time, but if you work and can’t have the privilege to do that I suggest going to a different doctor. It’s not a one time type on thing, it will happen every time.The Doctor is actually really goo and will get to the root of the issues you are experiencing but there is absolutely no regard for patients time.

After i overheard them tell a lady and her child that they were next i decided to reschedule bc they were obviously busy.When i rescheduled, the receptionist was nice and apologized for the wait but then said i should call ahead of my next apt to see how busy they are...then what is the point of making an appointment? If i would have known i would be waiting 45 min (plus however long it took the lady in front of me to do her apt) i wouldnt have scheduled off work in the first place and would have just called on a day i had more time to see how busy they were.They should have communicated that they were extremely busy so that patients arent sitting and waiting for hours, a courtesy call before hand would have made the difference for me.
