Kendal Spooner: From our first assessment, Jon and Cody were super helpful in coming up with a detailed plan for multiple new TVs and a surround sound system for our home. Quickly thereafter, Jason set up our network so that we have an unwaveringly strong WiFi signal throughout our home. Then came Jeremie, James, Jeremy and Troy, who installed our new TVs and ensured seamless integration with AppleTV, streaming applications, etc.. Each of them, on multiple occasions, went above and beyond in explaining/demonstrating how to use our new equipment and how to control different aspects of the system via phone apps. Additionally, their work areas were always left completely clean, and the solutions implemented left no wires related to TVs, internet, or audio showing anywhere in the house. I can now control all of our TVs and our wireless surround sound system from my phone with ease. As a whole, the team at Integration Controls provided excellent service and offered cost efficient solutions in line with our A/V goals. The team was always quick to respond, solution oriented, and listened to our evolving needs/wants throughout the process. I would 10/10 recommend Integration Controls.

Mark Hinkle: The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Sold faulty equipment and continues to try to charge to service their poor quality install. Technicians change over constantly and they are incapable of servicing their own install. Owner is rude and oblivious to this idea of customer service. Highly recommend stearing clear of this company.

Chris Dickey: Creative Audio Video & Automation was top notch. I found them online and appreciated that they were a smaller locally owned and operated business and not "big box". You certainly could tell this with amount of personal service and communication. Kevin, owner, personally walked me through the choice of equipment and provided his opinions when asked. He even moved some things around to install on the one day I could be home all day for the installer, which made my work life much easier. At the end of the day - I have two new 65in Sony OLED TVs with universal remotes. Everything was programmed for me and they even moved items on the remote to suit my preferences. They made sure everything worked and made sure I knew how to use the system before leaving. The installers were polite and worked the whole time they were there. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. Top Notch company.

Judi Lund: We recently had Creative Audio Video mount a new large screen TV. The job involved moving 2 existing TV's to different locations and one was a completely new installation. All were wall mounts. Although I was very worried about everything working out, I couldn't have been more pleased. The 2 installers, Jon and Russ, were punctual, tidy, polite, and efficient. They got right to work and finished the whole job sooner that anticipated. They both were quite helpful and patient with the questions we had about the equipment. They did a great job explaining everything to us, and everything worked perfectly when they left, and it still does. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again for a future job, perhaps updating our wifi. I have had a couple of questions since regarding updates and minor issues. They were answered quite promptly and completely.

The company that did my initial install never showed me these things.I also had them replace my existing alarm system. Devin and Jacob were on time and excellent during the entire install. Andy Fisher: They did ok but my final setup was not what I expected even though the sales guy told me what he recommended and we agreed on it was not what was delivered. Just make sure what you are quoted is what you are expecting with these guys. I called them out on it and they basically told me I was out of luck because the wording in the quote had some tech terms that were not clearly stated. I feel like more was promised then was delivered.

Sam William: It’s been a couple years now since Walbrandt did A/V work in our home and we’ve had continual problems since. They put all the A/V equipment behind the TV and it’s all essentially inaccessible unless you want to get on a ladder and struggle to reach the wires when there are problems, which is a frequent occurrence with our Apple TV. We wish they had put all the equipment it in the basement since we were using RF controllers, we’ve had that done twice nowIn adjacent areas of the home and it’s been very successful and easy to access. We are now having to hire someone to move the equipment downstairs and resolve our continued problems. Lesson learned

Matt Gross: From the beginning of design to execution of the installation at our house the communications has been precise. They followed the scope, provided competent installation and service Technicians and I believe they came in under the budget I had originally estimated for our project. Aaron and each member on his team are extremely friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure the equipment is working as it should or better. We've brought in and changed a few items and they show up on time for every service call and they answer 24/7! The Walbrandt Technologies Team holds the bar high for any Installation and Service company to compete with - if you don't believe me, test them out for yourself!!
Heidi: We used Walbrandt for Crestron blinds, Sonos sound system, TVs we installed and HVAC controls. All of the items are able to be controlled via Crestron tech and using a phone app when away from home. Walbrandt made certain everything was installed correctly and worked as we wanted. If there were needs specific to our install they worked to find a solution. Rick R. was the tech I worked the most with and he was very good at explaining what he was doing. That helped me to provide feedback as to what we needed and also in instances where something might not work as we thought it would/should. For us, it was a big expense and we are happy we used Walbrandt.
Mark Golde: I had a great experience with Walbrandt Technologies. They listened, recommended some components that really fit my needs, and didn't over design or recommend more than I needed. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and extremely professional. The new sound and TV system were part of a room redecorate. I am not very handy and they came on short notice and went above and beyond expectations to disconnect and reconnect the system numerous times. Without hesitation I give Walbrandt a very strong recommendation!

We sent an email to Walbrandt at 1pm and by 4pm they had the new surge protection unit installed and our system fully restored.
