David Spies: No communication skills. They will say they will call you and won't. On Facebook you can see that they saw your messages too and they won't reply to questions without further prompts. They cancelled our season a few days before the first game and took weeks to give us a refund back. It's a shame because the league looked awesome. Anyways, we joined the st. Charles floor hockey league and they have been perfect. Don't go to this one. There's also one in river city that is probably better.

RJ Dietrich: I'd honestly give negative stars if possible. Their customer service is unbelievably awful. I could only get ahold of them through Facebook messenger and it took them almost a month to refund me my money when a league I signed up for was canceled. If you're wanting to play floor hockey somewhere in the St. Louis area, I would suggest going through St. Charles Floor Hockey cause they actually care about their customers and provide a great customer service enviroment.

John Fischer: This league has become a joke. Last night they banned a guy from their league for starting his own league on a night that would not affect this league any way shape or form. The whole league has come out and said how mad they are at the owner, who by the way hasn’t showed up in over 3 years, that it was handled poorly. After I voiced my opinion on how poorly this league was being handled they banned me from all social media pages. I want to talk to the owner of this league. I had a team ready for the next session to join and will not be giving them my business. I will be giving my business to the guy they banned for starting his own league. I never wish harm on anyone but after this I can proudly say I hope that this league fails and all players find a new league that treats them how they deserve to be tested. The owner should be listening to his players. They write his paycheck and he seems to be forgetting that. He’s running this league like a communist country

All things considered they did a good job with what they had available.THE PARKING SUCKS. REALLY REALLY BAD.
