Andrea Santeford: Terrible. This company used to be reliable and efficient. Now they are trash. I have lost countless lab specimens and spent a ridiculous number of hours finding emergency backups because they have become incapable of filling standing orders we have for more than a decade. They lie right to you on the phone telling you that they have delivered supplies or will bring you something on a specific date, only to leave you in lurch time and time again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ro “RB” Be: Delivers to hospitals at 6am and makes loud racket outside cardiac ward. Drew in management doesnt care. Would not agree to request drivers to be a litlle quieter. Apparently they cant work later in the day to assure supplies it has to be when patients are trying to get precious sleep. This is rude business practice. They dont really care as it says on the side of the trucks.

Riley Goodwin: I had a lot of billing issues with them that are still not resolved. Not only that they set my account to a collection agency. I ask them in April to pick up an empty helium tank and several times after that in here it is December and it still in my store. They charged me $30 a month for that empty helium tank. Very poor customer service and billing issues

Gloria P: My husband took the 1-Day Introduction to MIG Welding course at the Manchester location. My husband thought the course was just what he needed. The instructor , Steve , reviewed the safety aspects and equipment. Steve made sure all the students were wearing the PPE required. Steve presented the class by showing parts of a PowerPoint presentation intermixed with hands on welding labs. He also was available for questions 100% of the time. Steve also showed and explained the Virtual Simulator which allows the student to virtual weld and then be graded on his work. At class end , various MIG welding equipment was shown and compared. Overall , this class was well worth the cost. The class fit my husbands need as he was a hobbyist level welder. He felt someone taking the class should have at least attempted to weld , either stick , gas , or MIG beforehand.

They are prompt to answer the phone, check inventory and send out balloon stock we need for upcoming projects. They have even elevated our ability to accommodate last minute rush orders on several occasions for our clients. We love Hico and are thankful to have them so close!

THEY ARE HARD AS A ROCK.Unless you like stale Twizzlers, don't buy.

Megan Johnstone: Huge supply store, I was not expecting it to be so big with as much variety as it did. You really could get all of your party Supply from here without going to another store.They have everything from pinatas, candy (bulk and small 10c pieces), balloons (helium filling on site), plates, cups, cutlery, party games, party favors, gift wrap/bags/tissue paper, luau supply, graduation supply, every type of party you can think of they have supplies for it.They got 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they cannot control what stock they do and don't get in and when. When they do get it in, it's not very much of it. I waited a whole month for Pokemon party supplies to come in, I showed up the noon of their supposed delivery day and 3/4th of the Pokemon stuff was GONE already. The lady behind the counter said they were too busy filling orders and would have to come back in 4 hours to get the balloons. I skipped the balloons and purchased the other items. The problem I had was that no one was filling any balloons while I was in the store. How much time would it have taken to fill 4 balloons? Disappointing service.

Shana Garrett: To be fair, I shopped the Sunday before Mardi Gras and they had no Mardi Gras stuff left at all. Even the st patty’s stuff was mostly gone. The prices are insane… $9 for a handful of fake coins, $8 for one string of green beads that said st Patrick’s day on them. The kids who “work” there were standing around talking about some girl at school trying to fight them. The story was entertaining but if they could work while they talk, that’d be great. Instead the three people in line just stood there waiting for their story time to end.

They are on their phones and walk around like they are inconvenienced. It gives me little hope for the younger generation of workers. I do want to mention that I have had one of the managers go above and beyond getting an order filled for me and she was lovely. If only they all cared as much as she did.Make sure you plan for a pickup or delivery hours prior to your event because I often have to wait for an order to be filled even though pick up time has passed. I've had better balloon service from Dollar Tree.
