Gary: My wife is currently in the heart hospital with COVID patients on the same floor. They are not in one area but scattered around, that's ridiculous. My wife is right next door to a COVID patient. The same nurses and assistants that take care of my wife and others have to take care of COVID patients too.Never should this happen! That's insane! Weekends are ridiculous. Not near enough nurses and very few doctors to be found.Update. Today is Monday. Nothing has gotten any better. My wife also has asthma and needs an inhaler. While she was eating breakfast at 8:30 the lady that was supposed to give her the inhaler treatment seen that she was eating breakfast and said she would be back. As of now, that was 2 and a half hours ago. RIDICULOUS! Not one doctor either. Not enough staffing. She wants to and needs to walk, NOBODY!My wife needs to have her blood tested every 6 hours. 2 hours late the young man came in. He said that he was the only one here today to draw blood. He has 40 people on his schedule.Today is Tuesday. My wife hasn't been given a bath in 2 days now. Hasn't been offered a hair brush or a toothbrush. After pushing the call button for the restroom, it was a 30 minute wait before someone came. Psyical therapy hasn't been in since Saturday. She needs to and wants to walk, NOTHING. People come to the hospital to get better, they need better care than this.

Celeste Glover: I’ve been coming here with a young lady I support for over4 years now and the patient services for the disabled individual SUCKS. I guess they assume disabled people can’t communicate. They checked her in at 3:25pm for a 3:30pm appointment to get injection. At 4:20pm no one said anything to her or myself in regards to why we were still waiting. I took the liberty to ask patience who where coming from the back, if they received an injection. None of these patience were injected and my lady still had not been called. Back when Shasta was the infusion nurse, this operation ran much smoother or maybe Shasta was more knowledgeable of the disabled community. Some of us have it, and some of us don’t!!!!

Upon losing my parents who both saw Dr. Ramadan, he grieved their loss with us. It was comforting to know the exceptional care he gave my parents, myself, and other family members. They're there when you need them most.
