Jeremy Meyer: I did the rider to rider program. Jerry told me multiple times that the owner doesn't like the program so I took lowest priority. That set the tone for sure. Jerry received the check from Harley financial services and said the owner has to sign the check but the owner doesn't like the program. I explained that I had 2 other buddies who did want to buy new or off the lot and that my ultimate goal was to buy new in the next couple years. Jerry called and threatened to tear up the check after he had a conversation with the seller of my bike so I told him to tear it up. At that moment, Jerry found me a service writer who conveniently just pulled up to the lot. It was just not a great experience and I feel like they only look out for their own interest, not yours. Not good for the brand I would think but I don't think that is what the brand is about so now for the good news...My buddy went to Doc's Harley Davidson and had a great experience and he said he felt very welcome. My other buddy is interested and I will definitely go to Doc's for my next one.

This was my 3rd rental from Angela at Big and will definitely rent there again!Another update: The team in the parts department is great! Always very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly, they had my parts in stock.

Dave: Came in looking to check out a couple of bikes but was not overly family with the various differences between the models; Jeff took the time to explain and show me the differences and once I had decided on one they made the buying process as bearable as possible, even staying passed closed to get it done. I did have one issue with the bike shutting off, he actually stuck around, helped do some problem solving, figured out it was just a loose battery cable, got it going, then followed me back home to make sure I didn't have anymore issues. Most people would be done the minute I signed the paperwork so I really appreciate doing all the extra to make sure I was good

Sean Noll: What a great find! I got sent packing by the DMV needing an IDOD on a bike I bought - and I could not find a shop that had less than a week wait. Called Rich's and they told me to come on over. In and out in 10 mins and a really nice chat with their mechanic that knows his stuff (and rides KTMs - a plus for me lol). Will be back anytime I need service, tires, etc.. Nice gem in Affton!

Keith Lajoie: I have ordered a lot of things online, things have been delayed, misrepresented, improperly shipped or handled etc as I’m sure most people have experienced. This was nothing at all like that, I ordered a Saddlemen Roadsofa LS for a 2002 Road King after hours. I received an email the next day from Duane Fly notifying me of a stock discrepancy and offering any help if there was inconvenience. He informed me of the expected availability date and said he would update me as he could. I reached out again about a week later and inquired about the status, and once again the staff and Duane specifically went above and beyond! I was unaware when I emailed him but it was his day off and he still attempted to track down some information for me and provided me with the most updated information available. I will absolutely recommend Rich’s Cycle Center to everyone and will certainly do more business with them moving forward. Great staff, great catalog and fantastic costumer service!

Clayton Prater: Bought a new 2022 Road Glide Limited from here. Shame on me for not doing my homework. I traded a 2011 Street Glide CVO that was also purchased here. Trade in was fair nothing spectacular but decent. I paid sticker price for the 22 Road Glide even though 23's were on the floor. I liked the color better. Well right after I bought mine I had 2 friends buy local but from different Harley stores. One bought from St Charles Harley and received $1500 in apparel which I was not offered at Green Mount. That made me a little mad because St Charles is the same owner. My second friend bought a new Harley and got free unlimited oil changes for 2 years or his choice of apparel. Do your homework before buying from this Harley store. I wish I did. There are better places to buy from. Also just checked prices on a 3 hole oil change since I hit 1000 miles. Another Harley store was $90 cheaper for the same service ad is 28.4 miles away from this store. It's too bad we have to split ways after t 2 motorcycles equaling almost $80,000. Lesson learned and like I said "shame on me".

I set out to visit several dealerships, see what was in stock, and explore what my 2015 Ultra Limited was worth in trade. The first dealership I visited was a huge disappointment in their customer relations skills and willingness to negotiate. Next stop was Green Mount Road HD and, by the end of the afternoon, I got a test ride and purchased the bike I wanted. Mitch and all the employees I worked with were great and felt like a I got a pretty good deal. 1000+ miles later and before the end of the month, my bike was due for its initial service. Again, the service writers and wrench turners were fantastic, got my bike in at lunch time and I was back on the road by about three o'clock. The mechanic that worked on my bike even came out and talked with me, explained all he had done, and asked if I had questions. Thanks, Green Mount Road HD has earned my customer loyalty! "

They usually dont schedule on Saturday but thats the only day i have off and they made an exception for me as im 3 hours from them. Had my bike there right at opening time. They got it right in and also did a recall on it for me also. Great employees and management. My wife also found a nice jacket that was originally $135 marked down to $70 . All in all one of the top Harley dealers in my book! Thank you!
