Handi-Craft Co: what do users think?
Lindsey Resler: My wife and I have been using the Dr. Browns Options Plus bottles and they've been great. But what made it great was when we needed to find a replacement reservoir tube and I couldn't find the part listed on the website, their customer service (Rachel Rhodes) responded to my inquiries timely and got me the part I needed. Thank you!
Kati Atencio: My wife and I have used Dr Brown bottles for our daughter. I recently contacted the company about getting some travel discs as we were down to 4 discs amongst 10 bottles. They sent us discs that were sent to the wrong address. So they sent a second batch the didn't make it, so I gave a different address and they made it. Customer service was awesome! Long story short , they use UPS and UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. We are true fans of their bottles and our daughter loves their pacifiers. Thank you for being a great company!
Devon Pucel: Our baby loves them! We ordered some size 3 nipples and I was shocked the box said they are headquartered in stl!
Brittany: The folks at Handi Craft [Dr Brown's Bottles] are very patient! I've been emailing, and calling about feeding issues lately. They mailed us some sample bottles, and nipples to trial! Wonderful customer service!
Mrs Melanie Odom: Best bottles ever!

JOANN Fabric and Crafts: what do users think?
Janie Comerio: Samantha is an unprofessional manager. I ordered 2 yards of fabric on line, paid, received my receipt on Email and she couldn't figure out how to do the return. I was waiting for a simple transaction and was in the store for a good twenty five minutes. She was impolite and caused me a lot of time for what should have been a simple transaction. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even had to call this store while I was waiting inside the store at the fabric department for an employee to come and assist me as no one was nearby or in the department to measure my fabric for the return. Just sad on so many levels.
Mikayla L.: Quiet, easily accessible store, under stocked but quiet a pleasant location. Always check the back of the store for clearance!
Alessandra Abate: They have everything you need for crafting needs
Mr. and Mrs. Linnenbom: Rude clerks who have no time for customers. They really need customer training there badly. We'll never shop there again, that's for sure! What a sad, dismal lot of employees! The morale is deplorable.
Monica H: Had what we were looking for and it was on sale. Checkout went quick.
Grace Teague: Frustrating that the inventory is not up to date at all. Not sure why it's difficult to get an accurate inventory when everything is online, but I ended up only getting half of what I wanted despite checking inventory and placing a pickup order before leaving - not wasting my time driving to other stores, just order online.
Curt Balding: It has everything you could possibly expect from a fabric supply store.
Suzie irwin: Worst customer service. Went for an item that it said they had online. Couldn’t find the item, asked an employee for help and was told it is in the back and to check back next week. Called and talked to manager, Gabby, and she basically told me to order it online.
Terry Leible: Use your coupons to get the best deals.
Steve (Burnindaylight): Big store with small prices, Huge fabric selections and all types of sewing accessories. A perfect one stop sewing shop. You can even use their website to check in store availibility. Using their website plus your imagination does make it an one stop shop.
Kimberly Teague: Cute store. Such cool crafts
Laurel Wagner: The fabric selection was great and the cutter was helpful.
Precious Dela Rosa: I showed up well before close time, and the store was empty and closed when I arrived. Please adhere to your scheduled hours. If you want to go home at a different time, list that as your hours. Change the time on your door and Google. And then close at that time. Not a different time. I’m not trying to tell you what your operating hours should be, I’m just saying be open when you say you’re gunna be open.
Patsy Barnett: It's OK. Prices are high. I asked 2 staff members for spray glue. Each told me a different area, I didn't find it in either place.
cathy spengemann: Things are pretty pricey these days. This store has a lot of merchandise. Employees friendly but I did not have coupons!
Daniel Barnes: Halloween stock was low. Crafts are nice.
Shona Phillips: Their Quilting & Cosplay fabric sections have increased quite a bit, fun to see! Prices have stayed relatively the same, even better to see!!
Ross Just a guy: Nice store, nice people
Shannon O’Keefe: Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t find what I needed!
Emmy Dimes: These 5 stars are for Demarco! Thanks for the convo during check out and staying positive! Enjoy your frozen dinner, hope your break comes soon!Demarco needs a raise

Craft Central - the Loom Room: what do users think?
Carolyn Easley: Really nice young man operating the shop. Looks like a great place to take the kids and grandkids (I popped in while walking) or to just have some ME TIME 😊 painting stuff. I plan to go back and actually do it!
Renee Rippetoe: Great place if you're looking for a craft experience
Kari McMichael: I love this place. Great work space. Very helpful staff!
Miranda Portwine: Took the stained glass class through STLCC. Great instructor and we had a really fun time. I didn't realize the variety of things you can do/get there, from painting pottery, to wincatchers, to weaving looms--you can find it there.
Sherry Taylor: Very helpful friendly staff. Great instructor for weaving
Eeta Bermanski: Extremely helpful staff and very reasonable pricing. This is one of our family's favorite activities on a day off.
Kay Moss: The guys had fun. That is what I like. Going back
Chana R. Novack: My kids had a million questions and the staff was so patient. We had a great time.
Gordon Friedrich: If you love crafts, you will love Craft Central. My wife and I bring our girls here. The staff is beyond attentive. I highly recommend Craft Central.
Molly Ruder: Great prices, and a lot of options of paint and pieces to paint. They also have a lot of other things to do besides painting, they also have different classes to teach you to do these cool projects.
Valerie “Val” VonHellion: Very cool place to go lose yourself in crafts. Mostly ceramic, weaving and mosaic crafts. They have classes too.
mike lipel: A great place to go for yourself, or your children or grandchildren to take various classes in different scopes of Art. The people who work there are the most incredibly nice, and helpful people you will ever find anywhere!
Shana Lawson: Lots of fun craft ideas plus they offer classes on weaving, sewing, knitting and crocheting and ceramics. Great place for a party or shower.
Cindy La: Great people and there are so many items to choose from to paint! They also sell already finished products if you want a unique handmade gift.

MADE: what do users think?
Jordan Grimes: Great place to take kids (3-10) to let them create or just let off some energy. Plenty of creator spaces for building, STEM, art, 3D printing. My only critique is that I hope they start to bring in more stations. We’ve been going since they opened and the stations are pretty much the same. Nothing has been added since they opened.
Lucas Alberts: Fantastic spot for kids to create and build things. A great way to beat the heat because it’s inside!
Serge Suprun: Parking lots are on both sides of the street. This facility is smaller than the original magic house. But it has a lot interesting things to offer for kids. 3D printing, stop motion video, designed a toy and more.
Mary Ellen Rottjakob: Tim Varner is an amazingly creative and talented craftsman! I was looking for someone who could make a garden-sized Maypole for my all-things-German loving husband. With only a few pictures of the Munich Victualien market maypole as inspiration, Tim created a masterpiece that blew my husband's mind! Tim is not only highly skilled, but he is ridiculously nice and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about him and the team at MADE, and I highly recommend them for your projects!
Paul Beck: Cool place. Went for the Friday evening open house. Everyone was very nice. Like to fiddle around at home, nice to know there are big professional-quality machines around if I need them.
Emily Elhoffer: This place is *not* a kid's makerspace. MADE Makerspace is a place for adults to train and access tons of different machinery, equipment, and workspaces. We're talking angle grinders, bandsaws, welding, and other things that are not appropriate for young people. If you're looking for the kids makerspace, please google "Magic House @ MADE".
Tim Cross: The team at MADE helps you improve your skill set and have fun at the same time. I have been able to use some cutting edge tools that I would have never had the opportunity to use had it not been for this organization. All skill levels can learn and grow. 3d printing, embroidery, cnc machining, t-shirt dwsigns, welding and even water jet for cutting through a bowling ball.
Clare Lynd-Porter: So much open space for great creativity. I highly recommend that you join because then you can just pop by for an hour or so.
Brandyn Abel: Made has been awesome. I have learned so much and have begun creating things I enjoy and that make my life easier. The staff are top notch, the trainers really know their stuff, and the space has nearly everything you might want or need. I can't express how lucky I was to find this space and start my membership. I live in an apartment and can't do the things at home that I can do at Made. I'll continue to be a loyal member for as long as I live in the St Louis area.
Linda Kaiser: My three grandchildren loved MADE. There were many things to do and create. Needed more help from the employees that were employed there. The young man at the later area was top notch. He was manning his area and helping the kids and adults. Kids can use their imagination in their creations.
Molly Nunez: Always a great time. Creative- new things each time we come. CLEAN. Space between us and lots of areas to create art- work their brains and be artistic.
Angela Brooks: Just not for the two 7 yr olds I took. They both said it was kind of boring. Staff is great from the door & station to station.
Belinda Willis: Great place for kids
Justilien Landry: Very enjoyable makers evening.
Christopher Byrd: Excellent space for bringing your ideas to life! Has everything needed for woodworking, metalworking, electronics, textiles, and digital fabrication. I appreciate that the space is well maintained, clean, and safe. The staff is excellent at answering questions and helping out, and are all expert makers and artists themselves.
Linda Smart: Defenetly worth the family plan.
C. “Aces2faces” P: sneek showing tonight at Made of Buddy the Dino as his train pulled in here The kids loved you thanks everyone for a great evening. I know the public is going to love it too.
Dan Stritzel: Great place. Very knowledgeable employees and excellent equipment. Wide variety of things to learn and use.
Casey Stallings: I went in with a plan in mind and Tim Varner and his team are going to design and then custom fabricate our product. People. Seriously. They can make anything. I'd also like to share that they are an incredibly kind and conscientious team of people, I'm thankful to partner with a group who so clearly supports our community.
Vincent Schell: Well, I might be biased, but this place is awesome! Anyone wanting to make something but not quite sure how or don't have the space or tools. There are no such excuses at MADE. Come, get trained, sign up and get making!
Teresa Willis: Super fun.

St. Louis Art Supply: what do users think?
John House: Friendly and knowledgeable. They do not carry large watercolor sheets.
Spencer Hanning: Lucky to have St.Louis Art supply so close to home! Fantastic options, friendly staff, neat little store.
Shotsy Creates: I ordered online from Germany, and am in love with the products. Love these pastel watercolors so much and the limited edition yintico paint. There was some shipping confusion because I had moved to America, but it got to me in the end. Will be ordering more soon! I hope to visit in person someday!!! Thank you for your prompt costumer service for online orders ❤️🧡💛
Sandi Hague: Excellent products and service
Stephanie Crouch: I have not had the pleasure of visiting their in person location, but their service for online customers is amazing. I have now placed two decent sized orders through them, and not only are their prices more than fair, the shipping is fast and accurate. I've gotten both orders earlier than estimated which is so awesome. I can not recommend these folks enough.
tyler belcher: Selection of great art supplies, and fountain pens (which is what I was looking for). In a bit of a weird spot..
Ashton Cousins: Absolutely PHENOMENAL customer service and extremely fast shipping! My order shipped out an hour after I placed it! It was packaged safely, with an adorable sticker. Don’t hesitate to order from them!
Hanna Wilson: It's February 2023 and the lady said I can't come in without a mask. There was a marker written sign on the window that the lady pointed out after I walked in. Literally 0 other businesses are requiring masks in 2023. Find a new employee who isn't scared. No wonder there were zero customers in there.
Christopher Jarrell: St. Louis Art Supply curates a high-quality and hard-to-find collection of art and office supplies, with a Japanese emphasis. There is something for everyone's budget and taste. My order took longer than expected to ship, but it was perfect. Will definitely shop there again.
sharon phillips: I ordered a few items for my husband for Christmas. A pen, some ink, and a beautiful metal box to store items on his desk. Everything came so beautifully packaged and on time for Christmas. I had a little issue that I messaged them about and they responded right away and sent a replacement. My husband loved everything and was so excited to receive gifts from a small business. Highly recommend!
C. Jay Conrod: A great locally owned art supply store with great prices. If it isn't there it can be ordered, but just about everything I could want is there.
Gemini29 STL: This is a wonderful locally owned art supply store for your art needs.
Marie Sheel: They have a great selection of art supplies - the best of the essentials. The employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend St. Louis Art Supply.
Thomas Oliver: Best place in St Louis to get high quality art supplies from a knowledgeable staff of artists and people like minded to the artistic community of our city!
Chef Terri Milligan: Needed an item for a watercolor project and they came up in my Google search with the best price. Their customer service was great! I had accidentally purchased the wrong color on line and sent an email to them. They fixed it promptly and I received my order faster than any of the "big" art online supply stores. Plus they wrote a sweet "thank you" with my name and placed it in the box.
Hallene Darland: Posted nowhere on their website, they are not actually open.It also says they are open for in store pickup on Google. I drove a half hour to check out their supply and on their door it says they are closed. It's inconsiderate and they need to keep in mind that not everybody knows they are closed by word of mouth. Gas is expensive and I even looked at their website before heading over. Nothing about being closed. They don't deserve a bad review because of this. Im sure the store is great. So im giving three stars.
Phillip Clark: Well, they have a new customer.I popped up needing a pen and paper not knowing they are/were contactless, requiring online/curbside orders. I was having difficulties with the website not adding things to the cart, so I gave them a call and someone (I can't remember their name), came out and helped me curbside. They were really quick to help me and I got the pen and paper I needed to write letters. It wasn't just the customer service that I got, but the quality of everything which I saw on the site. In addition, I was told that the majority of things they have available online are available in the store, which is really nice to know for the future. Thanks to whoever it was that helped me in the nasty humid weather.I'll order online next time if I need anything else art-related, which is likely.
Crimm: My first experience there, i didnt realize they were online/pick up only so i made an order on my phone. I called and the gentleman working there was really nice and helpful with my order and picked them right away for me so I didn't have to wait, will definitely be ordering here more often!
Lisa Weigand: I am an online customer and absolutely love St. Louis Art Supply! I've had a custom watercolor pallet made and have purchased other watercolor supplies. Their prices are incredible as is their customer service. I am so happy to have found this company.
Jerry Fischer: Love this web site. Prompt and friendly service. Personalized with hand written thank you.
Matthew Gore: I placed an online order from them, which shipped and was delivered quickly... but I received a wrong item (only 2 items ordered). One of the A4 notebooks that I ordered was a much smaller size (A5 or so). Fine. Mistakes happen. But I emailed them about it on Monday, and then again later in the week, and never heard back. UPDATE: On Friday, I got an email and refund for the mistaken item. I suppose that they're dealing with labor/covid delays like everyone else, so no big deal.

Natalie Bishop: A fun space to relax and create with friends
Candance Burse: It was chilly in there but it was nice
Leslie Rice: Very helpful.
Debbi Ray: I learned how to make this soldered piece of art in a workshop. Very fun
Lynn Petersen: This is my 4th clothing swap @ Perennail. This one was safe and organized for covid. Always worth the trip to the city!
Teresa Willis: Perennial is keeping trash out of the landfills teaching people to reuse with brilliant crafts. Great classes, great staff and the coolest community workshop space!
Tyla Whitlock: This is a wonderful place to let your creativity flow!
Kara Heimburger: I love everything about this place! It's truly amazing all the materials are recycled. The staff is so friendly and encouraging. This is one of my favorite places to have girls' night, date night, or just solo craft. I HIGHLY recommend.
Graham Farrell: Took an intro class here with my wife and it was awesome! Jenny, the executive director, taught it and was amazing! Great setup, very convenient and creative. Lots of awesome opportunities to learn news skills. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!
Seth Lindsey: Signed up for the up-cycled glass planter/terrarium on Dabble. After being about 30 minutes late the first class, Theresa was amazing about getting me caught up with the rest of the class on marking and cutting the templates, and I was off! The rest of the class went quite well learning to smooth sharp edges on the glass, cover the edges in copper foil, and ultimately solder all the pieces together. Theresa is one of the most pleasant people I've ever been around, and does an amazing job explaining and demonstrating the project.I will most certainly be signing up for other classes, especially ones I thought I'd never be interested in.
Besa Schweitzer: Such a neat workshop with many creative ideas.

Third Degree Glass Factory: what do users think?
Serge T: Great evening event. If you had never seen how glass is worked this is the place to go and see professionals to work glass, make new things right in front of you. They also have another person talking through the process. Very informative. There is also drinks and music. Nice atmosphere for a Friday evening.
Vic Goldberg: Amazing artwork at reasonable prices. You can talk to the artists while they're working. Friendly staff, very helpful. Highest recommendation!
Terence Seldon: Enjoyed the glass blowing presentation during my visit to STL for a conference. The artist was really good at explaining the various stages of making a sculpture. The staff were very friendly. Had a good chat with one of the artists. They also have pretty awesome gifts to get for friends and family. You ought to go if you’re in the STL area!
Rachel Lipton: Stunning gallery
Feasting In Valhalla: I worked there briefly about a decade ago and the person who had trained me obviously had a bias against me because I had learning disabilities and didn't teach me everything I had to know. It cost me my job and my respect of ever going back there again. Plus it gave me trauma that led into my future jobs that I could never be competent enough for neurotypicals. I finally have courage to speak about this.
Dick Blomgren: My wife and I wanted something unique to do in St Louis so we took a glass blowing lesson. We had a blast and our instructor James was very informative and patient. We highly recommend Third Degree Glass for a new experience and ask for James.
Shronda Jackson: Surprise 60th Birthday party. The staff was more than accommodating from event planning services to the staff being available and supportive during clean up. The service and feeling welcomed was superb. The bartenders Lauren and Dove made every drink special and kept up with the crowd without skipping a beat. The space alone is so beautiful and modern that you don’t need a lot to decorate. Third Degree Glass Factory Rocks!!
Alexis: I went to the Glass Factory for the Riverfront Times inaugural Sugar Rush Event, so I was able to snack on desserts during my visit. Overall I enjoyed the venue, and the art work was beautiful! Watching the glass blowing demonstration was spectacular, the artists were patient, swift and diligent. I could feel the heat from the materials sitting in the front row, so I could only imagine how they felt! The lollipop turned out great. Thanks for an awesome show!
MudRaider: What a great place to have a wedding! Love the glass blowing demo as part of marriage ceremony. Don't understand? Give them a call!
A Jameice: Great experience! Lots of beautiful one of a kind pieces. Some are very expensive but when you watch the demonstration you get it. Go and see for yourself, every third Friday!
Claire Gray: We had a great experience with Third Degree. They made a wonderful unity sculpture from the frits we combined at our wedding. We love it!
Amanda Links: Third Degree Glass has been absolutely amazing to work with. We purchased the Unity package for our wedding and Jen worked with us to custom make a vase using the unity frit to hold my wooden flower bouquet. Having the option of 4 colors was perfect as we were able to have my stepkids join in the unity ceremony and visually see their contribution.I recently reached out to commission two smaller vases using the extra unity frit as an anniversary gift and both Jen and Charlie worked to design pieces that fit my needs exactly. The final pieces are all stunning and perfect items to remind us of our special day and of the family bonds created.
Elin Asvaldsdottir: Amazing place to experience glass. You can watch or learn or make all in one spot!
Michael Baldwin: They were quick and efficient. Honestly super easy to work with and they even helped me because I made a mistake and needed it fast
Shannon Lupien: We wanted something different to add to our wedding ceremony that would be beautiful and we would want to keep forever. And these beautiful works of glass art fit the bill for us! We got to choose our design and the colors we wanted, we choose to go with our wedding colors. The turn around process was a few weeks but soooo worth the wait!! Can’t wait to put it in our home and share with our family and friends for a lifetime!!
Trent Moreland, Ph.D.: I went here for a Holiday party for work. A very interesting space. The glass artwork is spectacular! Watching the glass being blown was an added bonus to a fun event.Update: I returned to the Third Degree Glass Factory for another work celebration; it remains a very nice venue!
Danielle Renee': Amazing atmosphere and staff!! They demonstrated how they made glass. I really enjoy my visit and I would recommend this business to anyone that's planning a event
Dale Ficken: This place is awesome. You can purchase amazing glass pieces from local artists, participate in glass blowing experiences to make something on your own or even rent out a portion or their space for an event. It's a great place to visit especially on the 3rd Friday of every month where they have glass blowing demos, food trucks and a great bar for drinks.
carrie wadyko: Excellent time beautiful artist space!!
Lauren Mallalieu: Beautiful piece of art to remember our wedding day! If you’re on the fence about it, order it!
Simon Huang: Well worth the visit!
