They assigned two physicians to implant the hair and in the middle of the procedure a new person suddenly showed up and started doing implanting on one side which they didn't tell me before. It is that side I am not seeing growth at all. I feel that the partially successful transplant was performed by the physician and the other side done by the unknown and apparently inexperience person that came in the middle of the procedure did not take as it should.

Over the course of 6 months have not seen any reaults and neither have other people whom I havr asked to look at me. I bought the products too. When my lazer treatments were done, I asked her to see a before and after pictures together so I can compare and she made an excuse about being out of time. My experience has not been good. Maybe I didn't go long enough. Maybe this is a procedure you have to do for a couple years. Because of my results I would be afraid to risk the money or time.

Gavin Clark: The staff was super friendly. I got my procedure done 11/2/2019. I was first told 6-12 months to see full results. Now I was told about 18 months. Ive been using minoxidil, and thickening shampoo. But the results so far have been less than sub par. Be cautious when getting this done. I was told I'd need 1200-1500 grafts to get the results i would have liked. I think I got somewhere along 1800. And it does not look good. I feel like I have to wear a hat everywhere. Definitely not worth the $7k+.
