Mick Kennedy: I really wish you would have posted your changed store hours on coupons, website and everywhere to have them all say close at 6 on Saturday. We planned our day to get there before closing and at 5:15 we arrive to a closed store! We had a birthday to go to the next day and a gift we needed to exchange and were unable to because of this lack of attention to detail for your customers.I would also like to address the issue of Rewards members not getting benefits in store. Almost everywhere you go, if you are a rewards member, you automatically get the discount at checkout. But not only do we not automatically get the checkout at this store but the cashiers don't even ask for a coupon or inform you there is one. On top of that, most coupons seem to be a bait to get you in the store only to find out the coupon is for a particular item that is listed only in the coupon fine print. This reminds me of the old "bait and switch" marketing of yesteryear!For example, a wrapping paper coupon may not be for "rolls" of wrapping paper but only sheets.Please attempt to increase your customer experience through correct and adequate information. If not, well Dierbergs next door has a nice card selection and gift shop in their floral department that we can give our business too.

Kate Monroe: Do not shop at this location. Do not place orders online for "curbside pickup."I placed an order online a week ago for a puzzle that was listed as "available for curb-side pickup." When I never got a follow-up from the store, I tried calling. No one answered either of my two calls -- which were placed during store hours as listed on the website (further, there's no message on the answering machine or anything to even indicate that I had actually reached the store). I still left a message though, and no one called me back.Finally this morning, the store manager (apparently) answered the phone. She was extremely rude during the course of the whole conversation. She asked me what I had ordered, and then summarily just said -- no, we don't have that in stock. She didn't even ask for my order number. When I expressed confusion, she just said that my order had been "cancelled" and that they must have forgotten to call me. That's terrible service, and disappointing with Christmas now just a few days away.To make matters significantly worse, when I was trying to ask if I could receive a confirmation of any kind that I will not be charged for the order (because I had not received any official word that the order was cancelled), she literally hung up on me!This store has no business being open. Your website has no business taking orders and credit card information for orders that you apparently have no intention of legitimately attempting to fulfill.Will not be shopping at Paper Source again.

I was calling to see if they had a phone case before I drove To their store and she keep asking if I had the SKU number?? She wanted me to get a SKU number first? All I wanted to know is if they had cases!! I have recently located here from another state and was a frequent customer of Paper source in that state. I will not ever shop in this store after this experience!! This employee does not need to be working at this type of store!

Benjamin Powell: We used Paper Source for our wedding invitation suite. The in-store experience from start to finish was wonderful. Sasha was always available to answer our questions, provide feedback, and talk us through the process. We spent quite some time over a few visits looking at all of the options. The store has books upon books of their available options, so it was really easy to conceptualize what our product would look like. While we had some trouble with the corporate side of Paper Source after our order was paid for and sent to print, this has nothing to do with our experience at this store. Our suite was beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

I really liked the selection although they didn't have what I was looking for, an A5 and B5 pair of notebooks with dotted grid or squared in high quality paper for my fountain pens, but it wasn't their expertise either so can't truly knock this location over it.

MARTIN Fine: This was my first time dining in a Giovanni restaurant and I was not disappointed. The menu includes a variety of appetizers,salads,pizzas,pastas entrees. The service was very good and the food was served in a timely fashion. Looking forward to our next visit.
