When we stopped there, it was 314 Day and so they were having a sale and there was a band there! The employees were awesome, friendly, and so helpful. This was a very inviting place and I'm so glad we stopped in. We can't wait to visit again next year.

Crystal Marina: I had a very strange experience with Excel. I emailed them to get a quote for some new decals to be placed on my store front window and they responded promptly that day. I did exactly what he asked me to do which was take pictures of the window and send dimensions. It took two days to hear back only after I reached out first. I got an email stating: “After viewing the pictures a little closer this would not be a job at this time we would want to give an estimate on.“ I was very confused as it did not give eme an explanation whatsoever as to why they weren’t willing to even give me a quote on a job. So I emailed back and asked, “why?” Instead of possibly not hearing back or waiting another two days for a response I just called. Matt picked up and said that he looked at the pictures closely and said the decals looked like they were very old and that it was “baked” on the glass and wasn’t sure if he was comfortable removing the decal. This was so strange to me because there’s absolutely zero clues indicating the decals are “baked” on the glass in the picture. There’s no cracking or creasing or even fading. He never came out to the store to see the decals in person. I felt this was very unprofessional and to me just seems like he didn’t want the job. I’m glad he didn’t do the job if he felt unqualified but to say he wouldn’t even give me a quote without seeing the job in person is bad business. After our phone conversation I checked my email I sent him before the phone call and he responded to my question, which was, “why won’t you give me a quote?”, with “Uncertain how long it would take to remove the vinyl.“ I’m not even sure why this would make someone not give a quote for a job but whatever, I’ll take my business elsewhere and definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
