John Dammrich: I learned of Show Me Granite thru my counter top purchase at Hoods. They were the preferred vendor. I dealt primarily with the guys at the St.Louis shop. I was extremely pleased with my experience. These guys were prompt in that within 2.5 weeks a countertop template was made and the granite countertop installed. It looks great. There prices were very competitive to low. The quality of their product and work was excellent and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend.

lesley Newman: I had, what I was lead to believe, was a standard laminate replacement w/ granite. At the time of sale, I was told it would take 2 days of work over a 11 day period but it took 10 visits and 3 weeks to complete. They were unable to duplicate the original layout along with several flaws in the install; seams not matching, faucet hitting the backsplash, etc. I reached out to the Dir. of Ops to express my dissatisfaction and he was rude, talked over me and was unwilling to try and make it right. There are a lot of local granite vendors-I will do a better job of vetting them next time. My salesperson called me after this review and apologized & offered to come by & look at the issues. I appreciate her effort.

Rick Horas: This is one great business! Gage worked with me picking out quartz in their "very cool" large warehouse full of 100s of huge slabs (6' X 10') of granite & quartz. Justin came by and did a spot-on job measuring. Fabricators cut our large slabs in ONE piece. Dave & Fred did a fine job installing. Bridget was very patient with me as I changed our install date three times. Best of all, their price was 1/3 LESS than my other bid and the install time was one week after measuring. Awesome experience!

Daniel Ploesser: This company is horrible! I called to gather more information from them. I spoke with a Man named Gage who was extremely rude! We were looking for assistance with repairing our countertops and his response seemed as if he was bothered we called them. He stated "we only work on counter tops we installed. If you didn't buy them from us I can't help you." When I asked if he was aware of anyone who did do repair work he said "we don't pay any attention to our competition." This company is NOT who you want to do business with!

Steve Brennan: My wife and I purchased a quartzite countertop for our kitchen. We were very impressed by the selection of stone as we toured the storage warehouse. Graniterra has as wide an array of colors, patterns, and prices as you will find at any of the big box stores (e.g Lowes, Home Depot). For the products we were looking at the price was essentially the same between Lowes and Home Depot. The biggest (and most important) difference that we liked about Graniterra is that they do all their own work and installation so you are only dealing with one company rather than a sub-contractor. Christian was very helpful in helping us pick out the slab and adjusting the template so it captured the character and patterns we preferred. Kathleen was exceptional in making sure the whole installation process when smooth. The two gentlemen who came to measure the cabinets were very thorough and easy to talk with as we did some problem solving on some of the minor details in our cabinet layout. The installation and final product looks excellent! We are very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for high quality stone.

I reached out toward the beginning of quarantine (late March/early April), and Anthony was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for us. When we picked out materials, he was patient and knowledgeable, and helped us stay on budget. He even helped us add on some additional elements after the initial quote! We got our countertops installed in May. Everyone was compliant to masking and distancing. The whole team was professional, timely, and flexible while I was working around a hard-to-nail down schedule. Teresa Lindemann: Months ago I purchased a remnant for my half bath and they were super helpful in finding the piece we wanted. For remnants they do not come out and measure but my husband who is an engineer, provided them with exact measurements. It wasn't cut to the proper size! Luckily we purchased the backsplash so the gap was covered. If we would have had a tile backsplash, it would not have been.I recently called them again to inquire about another slab. He didn't think they had many in that size. When I asked him if he could get me the names of the slabs, he couldn't be bothered and kept insisting that I need to come in. Why do I need to drive down there if they only have a few and not in my color?They have now forever lost my business!

Mary Vann: As a contractor I have used them numerous times on projects always with responsiveness if we had a question or any issue. We are a small contracting company but we have been fortunate to be able to have used them many times. Tony and Joe have been there when I needed them. Emily is wonderful with design questions that I have. Honestly, I speak to Anita and Carla quite a bit to for scheduling. Never have I felt that they weren’t there to help. This brings me to my review today. I had them install a beautiful piece of quartzite in my own home. The stone is more brittle than some and unfortunately my daughter put her weight on a corner and it broke. I called and spoke with Joe, One of the owners. He said they would be out to repair it. About a a week and a half later sure enough one of the guys called to let me know they were coming to repair it. Pat and Tony’s son did a wonderful job. It looks like it was never broken! My daughter is still alive, I’m no longer in tears! All is well with the world! I can not recommend them enough.

Megan Pritchard: I'm not happy to write this review as I really wanted to use Russo. I have been answering every unknown phone call for the last 2 weeks hoping it was them. It never was.I went in and spoke at length with Tony about an integrated sink countertop. I usually use Absolute but they do not do integrated sinks. Tony seemed excited about trying some thermoforming (bending) of the stone to achieve what I wanted. Everything was great. He mentioned sending an estimate by the end of the day. That was over 2 weeks ago.I have emailed, I have called (4 times!), I have begged the person on the phone to have someone let me know. If they don't want to do it - fine, if they can't do it - fine (I'll just buy a remnant!), If they're busy - fine. Crickets. I've been ghosted. They continue to say he will contact me. He never does. No one ever does.After such a positive visit for 30+ minutes and his excitement over the project and sketches, I'm floored. It's nuts. I'll go get my remnant elsewhere and rest assured, never trying this waste of time again.

John S.: Russo Stone and Tile Design, LLC gave us a good price on our counter top. They also ordered a jumbo slab for our project at no additional charge, which allowed them to eliminate a seam. The quality of one of the corners did not meet our expectations. It appears that more material was removed from the underside of this corner than the rest of the counter top which gives an inconsistent tapering appearance at this corner.I wrote Russo Stone and Tile Design LLC about this issue and left two phone messages. The only response to my written communication was to inform me that Tony Russo would be in contact with me regarding this issue. To date I have received no response from Mr. Russo to my written communication or my phone messages.I have attached a picture of the corner that did not meet our quality expectations. I want to be fair in this review and perhaps this corner would be acceptable to others. Post installation customer service was very disappointing.

Everything was left in the same or better shape than when they arrived. My granite counter top is beautiful, top quality and extremely well installed. The seams are nearly invisible. One very nice touch was they explained how to care for the countertop and sink, even explaining how to tell when it was time to reseal the granite. As a convenience they have sealer on their truck for sale but by no means pushed me to buy it from them. At least now I know I have a good quality sealer that will last for years. Every occasion I had to call their office I was met with very courteous people and my calls were returned promptly if necessary. I can not give Russo Stone high enough praise. I have already passed along their information to customers of mine and I wouldn't do that if I didn't trust them completely.

With 30 years in commercial interiors, I've worked with a wide variety of local and national vendors. The experience with Russo's was excellent from start to finish. She was patient with ongoing questions, flexible with requests and consistently responded promptly.There appear to be very good systems in place that resulted in a level of communication well beyond what we've all come to expect. Across the board, the staff was professional and well trained. They were on time and called ahead for each appointment from field measurements to installation. Anita kept me informed on the schedule from beginning to end including proactively reaching out to offer an improved installation date due to a cancellation.Most importantly, things didn't go perfectly (a minor issue on their end and what could have been a more significant problem on ours), but the Russo staff made sure they were part of the solution, not the problem. Emily and Tony made themselves available to discuss a glitch and came up with a better solution than the two options I came in with.The quality of service and execution on this small project for them (but an important one for my friend) earned them this review. There are plenty of transactions these days that provide ample opportunity to complain. I think it's important to recognize a business that has obviously invested in the people and systems to allow them to provide a high level of service to go along with quality workmanship. We are very appreciative of their execution on our project and would use them again without hesitation.

The representatives know their product, their inventory and deliver answers on the spot. The warehouse showroom is very large which allows them to have a large inventory while offering plenty of room to stroll through and view the products. Before you make a decision to buy granite or quartz be sure to give them a visit, it’s a great experience.

Quick w responses, paperwork, and a quote. Were flexible w us when our floor installers got behind schedule. Installation was fast, professional, and they cleaned up super well. I'm so pleased w the results, and I'm known for being pretty darn picky!!!

Taron Martin: Would not hire or do any business with them again.They were asked to do a measure. Not only did they not provide a price before ordering and assuming they were doing the job. But also went and installed granite when no one could be available to be present. Then proceeded to try to charge $500.00 over their own pricing. When they returned to the property to fix a chip in the granite that was discovered. They measured the granite that proved their pricing vs sqft was wrong. Then tried to argue and blame the customer. Mind you all of this time Status Granite provided no documentation of estimate or quote, no invoice or break down of pricing. All via text and one in person interaction. Ask for documentation if you choose to hire them. I for one will never use people who do business in such a way then blame their customer. I’m sure they’ve gotten away with it, with people who might not be so keen to check on things.
