Joe Mc Mahon: Not a good experience at all with this place. And we are very tolerant of bad service and are not difficult people at all. But at some point, people need to be accountable. They picked up our "old" cart that was having problems running. I want to make it clear that this cart is older and has had problems. Here's how it all went. They picked it up in May. After no update for 5 weeks we finally called. They had not even worked on it yet. We understood but still needed it back soon as summer was coming to an end. They delivered back in August after a phone call that it was "running good" and "flying" around their place. When they dropped it off (20 minute drive), it started acting up immediately coming off their truck. The worker even drove it then and confirmed something was wrong. They did a tune up, battery, etc. Basic stuff for $300 which it probably needed. It also showed up with black grease covering 100% of the seat. When he asked me to sit in the cart with him, he even recognized no one would logically sit down as was so covered in grease. They said that maybe someone would come out and look at it later. Well fast forward to today which is after 3 phone calls with no response. Finally spoke to the someone and went round and round over the situation. He claims that it "COULD" be a new issue and what they did did not hurt it. I don't disagree but the chances of it running good at their place and then when they drop it off (20 minute drive), not running good...seems unlikely. I find it hard to believe that while on the trailer or being put on the trailer, the cart instantly runs poorly. Lots of other debating within our conversation. He offered to come get it again and if it was something new, then on us. I have a feeling they will find something new and additional costs will come our way. I just did not feel comfortable with our conversation and expected more customer service based on the details above so we are eating this one and moving on to someone else. Other reviews show good results but our experience was not good at all starting with 6 weeks of no work with no update to the cart being filthy upon return to it running good at their place and not running good at drop off. Understand COVID has affected all businesses so that is out of their control. Just think they tried to fix the cart but couldn't get it right and sent it back claiming it was fixed. That is just my opinion. Again, he did offer to come get it again but have a felling we would be arguing again at a later date.

I'm fine with repairs taking a while if they are backed up, but this should have been disclosed when we dropped it off so we knew what to expect..

CJ was helping with me not only was assessing the fit of the club (multiple shafts and face setups) but even giving tips for my swing as well.I won't be shopping anywhere else in the future for new golf products!

Bob Askelson: TM Stealth Plus is my driver. It looks great at setup. My ball explodes off the face. Twist face technology provides that extra bit of performance, not to mention confidence, when I take the club down to strike the ball that I will find the fairway. I love the sound and feel of the ball off the face of this driver!

Mark Grawe: If you are looking for a local shop with a great staff for your golf needs then Pro Am is your spot. My trips to Pro Am usually consist of buying golf balls, browsing the equipment I absolutely do not need but want, and then shooting the breeze with the staff. CJ was very helpful fitting me for a new driver shaft that fits my swing. He also took the time during my fitting to point out a few things with my swing, and ways to improve. I’ve been told that these improvements very well could earn me a spot on the tour. Highly recommend checking out Pro Am.

When shopping around I called & talked to several golf companies & all said the same thing. “Go in on our website & order your custom clubs there.” Now my fitting specs were a bit off from the norm so this did not allow me to just go into websites & order the custom fit clubs.I discussed my custom specs with Tristan & emailed the specs as well. After Tristan’s help, I ordered my clubs on 2-16-22. Tristan ordered the clubs through PING. PING stated the clubs would ship on 3-23-22.Tristan was great throughout the process & helped when no one else seemed like they wanted to. First off, I was using two different gift cards plus my debit card to make up the difference. So I emailed the website with some questions I had before I wasted their time with a phone call. They nearly immediately responded assuring me that they could field my questions and take care of my requests.I told them that I’d reach out as soon I as I was ready to purchase.3 days later I was ready. Friday 4-24-20 I emailed them with my contact info and to call me anytime. Friday afternoon Blake from ProAmGolfUSA called my cell phone and we chatted for a bit. He listened to me explain my type of game and what iron sets I was looking at. He then made some great recommendations based on my info and helped me purchase some fantastic TaylorMade M2’s, which was one of the sets I was looking at. After getting me sorted through that choice he then helped take ALL THREE forms of my payment information and said he’d email me with shipping and tracking.That same afternoon, late, he and I were emailing back and forth over some issue with one of the gift cards. I got that sorted out and he assured me he was shipping my clubs out that evening.So I was super pumped all weekend as you do. I expected to receive the clubs later this week, maybe Thursday or Friday. Well to my excitement, they arrived TODAY! Monday 4-27-20! Can you even believe it?! I am over the moon with my new irons and I cannot wait to play. I will probably ditch work early one day this week just to try them out.I’d rate ProAmGolfUSA and my man Blake with 10 stars if I could.
