janelleill: You're better off going anywhere else.Very disappointed in the rude and unprofessional behavior of the owner and management. Mainly the owner, Bill Collier, who will aggressively blame any problems or holdups to be the fault of the customer. They attempted to charge me over twice as much for a job done on a slower 30 watt machine vs. their faster 90 watt one which was requested and assured would be used. In the end, my materials weren't even cut out all the way... I'll have to use an exacto knife for hours to finish the job I paid them for.My items were delayed for weeks and I kept being told that they would be done by the next week; that was if I could even get ahold of them. I received more excuse e-mails than I know what to do with and was continuously misled and uninformed by the dis-interested management.Every interaction was met with minimal effort and felt very frustrating. I would always have to take initiative of finding the status of my project week after week with no progress. Upon pickup I discovered they had switched to a much slower machine at the last moment and chose to avoid telling me (which adds up when charging by the hour). Because of this, the expensive materials I had cut ended up totally overburned on top and untouched on the bottom.. pretty much ruined.As the owner himself said, "You'll find out that lasers are hard."Sadly, just really a massive downgrade from the old owners and management.*see pics (others on prof.)
