Ms. C: The secretary act as if she had an attitude that morning. I was there around 7:45 a.m. She was sarcastically trying to rush me on to pick out the glass. Then when I picked it up, the person that repaired the glass had little to none glass around the window. So the person that handed the widow frame to me he was ok. When I looked over the window frame, that's when I noticed the glack/ caulk was little to known and the window had a crack in it. He had to do it completely do it over remove the caulk/glazing off. Make me wander was this done because I'm a black woman. This company was highly recommended by my caucasian friend. I would love to had a pleasant professional treatment with them. Once they got it done correctly, the attitude was still was there. I did not get out of character at all. I was still pleasantly speaking and patience. Have a wonderful day. We explained what we were looking for. They showed us options in our price range, made a site visit, then sent a written estimate. The workmen showed up on time, did their thing professionally, charged us according to the estimate, and left. The all-in cost was competitive, but don't expect bottom-dollar pricing. These people know their stuff, treat you well, and deliver what they promise. To me, that's value for money. They have earned my repeat business.

Andrew Medlen: I have had several windows replaced in our building by Acme glass. I have always had to wait at least 2 weeks before service was completed. This last time was different. I called three different times before someone came out and game me a bid for two windows. I had to then call back two more times two months later to make sure someone was following through with this order. The guy never called me back after telling me he would each time I talked to him. I finally had to change companies after waiting over two months for two windows. I just got the two windows installed with another company a week later at literally half the cost of Acme. I cannot say enough about staying away from this company. They said they were busy and every other company was behind as well. This was simply not the case and an extremely unprofessional company. Stay away!!!

High quality materials and an experienced team of installers who are familiar with working on a busy job site along with other trades. Also Missouri Glass is one of the few companies that meets all the requirements to do state historic tax credit work.

Joan Grillion: Needed to get a hole cut in the glass ceiling fan light cover? The current small hole didn't line up well with the chain. As a result, the chain often breaks when pulled. We're very happy with the result. There may have been a cheaper option but they did what we wanted and it works perfectly.

I looked for months for ways to replace the decorative film so that it would match the other side, and was unable. I had given up and expected them to not match, until Rob came up with a creative idea to attach the film panel inside the trim next to the new unit and it matches perfectly now!!! It took a great deal of craftsmanship and ingenuity. He has decades of experience. Don’t hesitate to call for a job better than you could have expected!

I called the office after 20 minutes thinking maybe I had the wrong date. The woman I spoke with contacted the technician who said he was stuck in traffic. I thought a call might have been nice, but didn't say so. Technician was very nice when he got here, although he said nothing about being 45 minutes late (my appointment was for 9:30 am, so not a busy time). I heard nothing from the company until I called eight days later. The woman said they had left a voicemail the day the technician came with the quote, which was double the original quote. I realize they can't tell until they see the glass, so I had no problem with that, but the woman on the phone was very snippy and practically hung up on me when I said I would have to think about it. She also made it very clear I was at fault for not getting the voicemail which I never got. I think this company relies on their reputation and maybe feels they can be rude and sloppy and no one cares. I do and will find another company.
