Ryan Leeker: Had some leaking from one of our glass block windows. Had a Tuckpointer do some work, but still leaked. Called Glass block to come do a service call on the window and waterproofing. Took them a month to make the visit. The gentleman who came said his ladder didn’t reach that high after looking and then he left with no follow up. Before making the appointment, the owner came out to look at the window from the ground, so he knew it was a second floor window. It’s like they didn’t want the business or to try and help. Terrible customer service and all around lack of interest and care.

Mike Loechel: Chris, Jake and Connor came by to replace our horribly rusted coal chute with a vented glass block window. This situation was a bit of an undertaking with the surrounding rubble foundation really falling apart. They handled the job in 2 hours and couldn't be more happy with this outcome and replacing that eyesore hole in our wall.

You can feel confident when they come to your home that they will listen to your needs and do a quality job, including leaving the work site clean when they are finished.In my case, they had to come and clean up a situation where windows had been incorrectly installed by another contractor. The crew from Glass Blocks of St Louis showed up and assured me that they would make me happy with their work. They did!I am very happy with my vented windows that were installed in my basement. I chose Wavy Mist blocks with a center vent.

Rose: This place is the best in St. Louis to do your windows' hands down.It took me weeks to find a company with the colors and ratings by consumers along with the BBB to find one company that was above all the rest.I wanted a representative to come out and show me the color choices, the windows with all the ratings, along with samples.Not many have color choices other than white and beige, how boring along with cheap looking to boot.Masonry and Glass were number one in all these classes.With Mahogany, Dark Brown. White and fabulous window ratings.Yes, it took a while to get them in, but 27 windows being replaced isn't a small order.There was zero pressure by the representative, which made it so much more enjoyable to select this company. They came out and measured all the windows along with going over the entire process.The price was so reasonable along with the discount for such a top-notch window.All my questions were answered as I researched every little detail about replacing my windows that were 83 years old.When they came in, I was so happy, and Brian worked with me on the dates, too.The Crew Elijah, Spencer, and Robert were so professional and listened to any concerns or issues that came up. There weren't any major issues at all. JJ 328: This was my first remodel using the Wedi waterproofing system and although I could have ordered a kit through my local Home Depot, or other places, I chose Masonry & Glass Systems Inc because they had a breakdown of each part that could be ordered. I called and told them what I was planning on doing in my bathroom and they informed me of what they would recommend me getting based on design I had in mind. Turns out that if had ordered the prepackaged kit from Home Depot I wouldn't have had enough materials to do the job. Masonry & Glass did a wonderful job of helping me and getting my order out quickly. I live in Georgia and the materials were here in 3 days.

neal walmer: Masonry and Glass Systems was a quick, easy, and a cheaper way for me to obtain my Wedi waterproofing supplies for a master bathroom I'm currently renovating. I made a call with my shower dimensions. They calculated the supplies needed, gave me a price delivered to my doorstep, and very quickly, the supplies were in my hands. I just completed the waterproofing yesterday and had the right amount of supplies. I could've ordered a pre-packaged shower system but this was actually cheaper for me as I required slightly fewer components than the shower kit supplied. So...saved a bit of cash and didn't have a lot left over cluttering my space. When this project is complete in a few weeks, I'll move on to my daughter's bathroom renovation where I will definitely use Masonry and Glass Systems Inc on that project as well. Total satisfaction!!

He provided his bid professionally and in a no pressure way. He and Jimmy showed up and were so courteous and clean. You would have never guessed they were there after each day of the job. Ken Gilberg: I picked Best Block not just for their more than reasonable bid, but for the approach they took to replace the broken blocks in my store. Other glass block companies wanted to assemble the blocks ahead of time and insert the assembly into the window. It would not have fit the opening the way the blocks did in the original 1954 window. The new blocks look terrific. I wish I could show here the before and after photos. What a difference! Patrick and Jim arrived promptly and did a careful, thorough job. I wish all contractors I used were the quality of these guys.
John Dudgeon: Best Block Glass Block Service is a small, block glass window business, based in St. Louis, MO. They are a 2-man outfit that install block glass the 'traditional' way, which essentially entails installing block-by-block, on-site. They do not prefabricate the blocks into panels, but build the windows right in the frame, including the removal & disposal of the old windows.Our renovation was nearly complete, with our basement windows being all that was left, which still exhibited nailed-in boards. Our former contractor abandoned us, leaving us to search for and employ a window business by ourselves, having no references. Of the three total businesses we received bids from, Best Block demonstrated the highest level of service and work ethic. They came when they said they would, and did the job they promised, and now our house has the look of one that is lived in and cared for, let alone, improving the appearance of our section of the neighborhood.Much thanks to Best Block!!
