Duke Creighton: This is an excellent establishment and will be my first choice for jewelry appraisals from now on. Importantly, they only perform appraisals. Some jewelry stores that offer appraisal services have a conflict of interest in that they are either inflating the value of an item you just purchased, or devaluing it if they suspect your may want to sell the item. As a result, my wife an I have experienced quite a bit of questionable practices when we have paid jewelry stores for appraisals.Amanda, the business owner, is also an expert gemologist with several credentials and is a member of prominent accreditation agencies. It's a bit rare to find someone this qualified who offers really competitive (and attractive) prices. More specifically, she maintains a close working relationship with USAA insurance which maintains strict requirements for appraisers and appraisals. Being with USAA, this is a huge plus for us.
Mona Russell: We loved dealing with Ms. McGhee. She was personable but still very professional. We were very impressed with her knowledge, and expertise of her profession. Her office was very well equipped and it is very apparent that she loves what she does We were extremely pleased with our experience.

Zainab Ahmad: I’ve been shopping at Helzberg for almost 5 years and have been to 3 different locations. The Galleria Mall location is by far the best customer service I have ever received! Niomi is the best floor staff, she goes out of her way to help and remembered us every time we walk in. She is extremely detail oriented and allows you to look without feeling rushed. The manager Ryan is always extremely honest but again goes out of his way to help if possible. We’ve needed rush orders or customizations and they happily assist. Helzberg is great for the warranty options and quality of product but honestly I go for the customer service even though this location is further from my house.
Jolene Puckett: I got my engagement ring resized 2 years ago after my wedding. They burnt the prong setting that my diamond is on. Under my diamond is constantly a black shade. I sent it back twice for repairs and nothing has changed. I contacted customer service and they told me to go to the same store for repairs and told me to buy more things from them. Disappointing.
