Don Shannon: Had a house built and moved in 2018. As first time home buyers this was a whole new world for us, but Christopher Jones really helped us out a lot. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the entire process to us from start to finish. The neighborhood is always very peaceful and quiet! We are very happy with our home buying experience.

Alysia Brown: Great location. Quiet subdivision. Easy access to highway, and close to Illinois border.
Elizabeth Friend: Too close to the highway (Traffic was very noticeable) as it is right off the frontage road. Very small subdivision and only one lot left at the time, worst one possible. Homes looked okay, but not overly impressed. Felt mislead by information on builder's website.Claimed to be "gated", but was just fenced. Anyone can drive right in.

Shosh A: They asked me to pay three months rent as a deposit to get an apartment
Kevin Moran: The place is very modern and spacious! However, the walls are paper thin so be ready to hear all of your neighbors conversation no matter where you are in the apartment.
Nick Ehlers: Everything good about this place is ruined by management. Had unreliable hot water for 3 months before management attempted to solve the issue. I submitted multiple maintenance requests and left numerous voice messages and emails. After the issue was looked at, I was told that the apartment complex doesn't have enough heating units to supply the residents with hot water. Also, here's some additional information that management won't tell you about. If you do live here, you will have to put down a deposit and in order to get your deposit back you will have to deep clean the apartment and hire professional carpet cleaners.
Jax: Love the kitchen! The new management is not good about responding to maintenance request.
