M R: Beware of this company. They charge you more than double what others charge for a spring replacement. The quoted price was far less than what I was actually charged and once they allegedly fixed it, I had to have another reputable garage door company come out and fix their mistakes which cost me even more money. They take advantage of people because they know you need it fixed which is usually an emergency. They take no accountability for their mistakes they made. I will never use them again and warn others to do your research before using their services. It should never cost $700 to replace a door spring PERIOD!!!
