Central Downtown Garage: what do users think?
FRANK BROWN: HORRIBLE customer service. My rental car had been parked in this garage for six days as I was staying at Hotel Indigo within walking distance of the convention center and never needed the car. Upon departure this morning it took 45 mins of being accused of pulling a ticket (I did not - checked into the hotel and they gave me a card and told me where to park) and being accused of letting someone else out of the garage (I also did not). I asked that camera footage be pulled to invalidate her concerns. From a customer perspective, I pay the hotel and the hotel pays the garage so why did it take this long and so many allegations is mind blowing. The lady working security this morning Sat, 6/3/2023 at 10am should NEVER have a position that interacts with customers. I do not appreciate being accused of anything without validation and I definitely don’t appreciate my time being wasted even after a representative from the hotel attempted to resolve the issue with her. I almost missed my flight dealing with this unnecessary behavior and it needs to be addressed. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again (although not their fault) as a direct result of the parking garage’s actions.
Elisha Pullen: Nice parking garage.
Umar Lee: Very friendly and helpful staff
Greg Markley: I forgot my parking ticket inside an office in the building next door, over a holiday weekend, I had no way to go inside and get it. This was my mistake, but I asked the (sleeping) parking attendant to see if I could be shown compassion, or to see how else I could get out of the situation I found myself in. He told me that it would be $30 to get a lost ticket through the nearby machine, or that if I gave him cash "we could work it out another way". I pressed and asked what he meant, and he said that "I could see about getting you out without a ticket".This was at roughly 140pm 9/3/2022. The employers of this garage should know exactly who this is as he was the only one "working" (if sleeping counts as working).I do not feel comfortable leaving my car somewhere where even the parking attendant is so corrupt and blatantly asking for bribes.
Moses Diane: Ok
Ebony Ebby: No issues
Tony Gallo: It’s clean but recently a lot of cars have been broken into.
Temeka Givens: They always have break-ins in their garage
Ethan TC2: They're increasing the price without fixing the stuff thats been broken over a year. Multiple cars are being broken into every week, the door outside on pine is supposed to remain locked until a parking pass is scanned, but it's been unlocked for over a year without getting fixed. Plus security is not always here and the gate gets left open randomly. I can't believe they're trying to charge more for an unsafe place to park. Increasing payment from $85/month to $125/month without improving safety is not cool.
Ross Novak: The very best of parking in saint Louis. Feel safe and pay with ease. This place will even fit your truck. Watch that ceiling height though. My fat cousin was easily supported by the sturdy floors. My dog seemed to love the smell of every corner and there was plenty of views of the city. They don’t take Amex so bring another card. Lovely place to live in your car I suppose. Convenient coffee shops and gyms to take a shower. Great place for first dates and midnight hook ups. AAA +++
AmberRobert HardyHoltz: Lock your doors in here or you'll come back & find everything in your car gone
Kirk Maurice Berry: Best safe parking garage and manager is professional
E M: Parked here while staying at Hotel St Louis. The one way roads make it a bit of a hassle to get to from the hotel (entrance is on Pine) but it’s a good daily price ($12). No in and out privileges. There’s a door on the north side right across from the hotel so try to park on the north side if you’re staying at Hotel St Louis. Make sure you take your parking slip as you’ll need it to open that door from the outside. Lots of reserved parking spots so plan to park above the 6th floor. Elevators on every corner.
Kyle Gott: We just stayed in at Louis for 2 days and came back a few days later for another day. We parked in this garage both times. Parking was $12 a day which is cheap!! and all of downtown is within walking/scooter distance. We even locked our keys in our car one day and they let AAA come in and help us with no issues. They have security staff at the entrance/exit and in order to get in any of the side doors to use an elevator you have to scan your parking ticket. The view from the top of this parking garage is pretty awesome. If it wasn’t for us locking our keys in our car and having to wait an hour for AAA we wouldn’t have checked it out but we are glad we did. Tons of parking spots available when we were there. We usually parked on the 4-5 floor. For its convenience and cheap price I would say this is one of the best options in town.
wes campbell: expensive
Rich Miller: Safe, convenient, and least expensive event parking downtown
Tom Prewitt: What can you say. Its a parking garage in downtown STL.
Lorez Williams: Spooky omg no where to park even all the way on the top level. No one is around , so you can not ask questions. If you go later like around 11to 2 be prepared to drive or wait till someone comes out. The staff is horrible when you leave they dont speak smile or nothing. Horrible. But if need to park there by all means do so, to get to your destination. Didn't or don't like it but if you have to go to some of those businesses in that area. That's one of the biggest parking lots open that's reasonable. The garage was clean and the elevator's.
jason McMaddox: It was everything it says, it was Central, it was down town, and it was a garage? And a side note not many homeless around begging for what ever? Didn't feel threatened by any thing very warm welcome ing environment?
Greg Murphy: Very easy garage to get into and out of when downtown for the St. Louis Blues Stanley Cup Championship Parade and Rally. Very reasonable rate, very easy walking distance to Keiner Plaza.
Kim Stout: Getting out of the garage was a nightmare.

7th Street Garage: what do users think?
James Worley: Great place for parking. Super clean and very nicely priced.
Christianna Finney: Find elsewhere to park. Sat in the exit line for 1.5hrs .. and I see now from other reviewers that it happens often.Especially if you have younger children with you. No near convenient place to a restroom break when you’re literally stuck there.I don’t even think this area deserves 1 star.
Sara Brinker: Don't park here for any event! No one is directing traffic and you'll be stuck in line for an hour! A horrible place with no bathroom available!
Sara S.: We parked there Thursday and Friday. Not expensive, under $20. They didn't say it was closed Saturday so we had to find somewhere else to park that day. But it was closer to the Dome, less walking to the Dome even better. But cost $20.
Brandi Brown: Competitively priced, and the man helping to put money in the machine was very kind and patient. However the garage layout was what I thought needs improvement. A jam occurred as our event was ending and people were trying to leave.
Felicia Lagers: Best place to park. We paid $10 for event parking for the day.
Carl Conant: Horrible, pricing not given, very difficult to fit a large truck in. Attendant left earlier than posted hours, and instructions to get out were unclear. Machine wouldn't take credit card, and only took cash. Machine didn't even give me my correct change back!
Samm H.: The garage seemed well kept up and clean. We were in town for an event at the Dome and almost drove past it because it blends in with the surrounding buildings because the signage is minimal and it has a garage door that stays shut until you drive up to it. The pedestrian entrance/exits also blend in and aren't easily differentiated because of the nondescript signage.
Regina “Gege” Jeffries: My only issue is not being able to reenter the same way I exit. It took 10 to 15 mins looking for another way to reenter sucks with my family after enjoying an event after 1030pm.
Joseph Weber: Nice clean safe parking
Tracey Baysinger, It's That X Thing: It's ok. They advertise 1 price online and you get there, and they have put a sign out stating event parking 20.00.They should list that on their website. Not the prices they have.
Nino: There’s no point in paying $20 for convenience if you have to wait over an hour to simply get out. We have not moved in over an hour.
Sharon Richards: I have been sitting in the same spot since 11:19pm ..it is now 11:58pm. I just called & left a voicemail that I will be calling the police because this place is kidnapping us and we breathing carbon monoxide in all these cars from WWE Royal Rumble 1/29/22. Dont park in here!!!!
Rick Sanchez: We parked on the 3rd level of the garage for monster jam, was told to start parking on the 2nd level when there was a ton of avaliable parking on first. When we was leaving, we waited 30mins to leave to find a employee that was suppose to be directing traffic, on his phone not doing his job. Pathetic, mase well not of came into work.
Tana lumas: GREAT PLACE TO VISIT
Mike Stockdale: Great parking close to everything. Cheaper than nearby spots. Professional and efficient staff.
Aaron Aubuchon: Never had my car broke into here
Andrew Bailey: We've been sitting in this parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to leave after supercross and we haven't even seen one car move the entire time we've been here. I paid the $20 for convenience, this is by far the worst parking garage I have ever been in. Never again
Jim Mill: Not big enough for van
R Schwartz: Be careful!
Angela C.A.: Do not use this garage for ANY events at the Dome! We paid $45 to park in the garage for the Garth Brooks concert tonight ans we've been sitting here trying to get out for 45 minutes and the one cop directing pedestrian traffic won't stop them to let anyone out because people have the right of way. So there are a couple thousands cars trapped, we're going on 45 minutes and can't move. We just had to call the police department for help. Never again.

9th Street Garage: what do users think?
Mafeth Lim: Bad security. Break ins regularly. Only 2 levels I was told have cameras besides entry and exit and they are the reserved spots so even though I am paying $125 monthly, I am not allowed to park on spots with cameras available. Bad communication.
Jennifer Korman: If you could give zero stars, I would. They take NO responsibility for the safety of property on their premises. My car was stolen from the garage two months ago, even after a resident called them warning that there was a thief in the garage. My car has been broken into multiple times.Last night a series of windows were broken into multiple cars. I literally had NOTHING in my car that would have tempted a thief. Police were called when it was happening by a resident and they did not come. DO NOT under any circumstances think your car is safe in this lot. These people just care about money.
A Higgins: Nice place to park. Some floors have security cameras I am not sure about all. Some floors have designated parking for certain businesses. I definitely like the ease of parking and not having to worry if someone is going to damage it.
RedBullKC: $25 a day with cameras throughout the garage on each floor..... sounds like a bargain to me! We appreciated our vehicle being in great hands the entire time! Easy to maneuver within the garage and great parking spots available! The parking attendant while leave was an exceptional woman and a pleasure to visit with! Thank you and we'll be back to use the facility!
Amber Stamp: Not bad but on the higher end of parking garage's
John: Easy in and out. Good price.
Archana Tale: Downtown St. Louis
Desmond Taylor: Convince to ,metro and shopping.
Clare “Reecy” P: Place is falling apart
Chris Winchester: Great place
Bryan Hiltibidal: Sorry wasn't in there.
Blayne Fullem: Best garage I've parked in for an extended period. Also the only one.Great and friendly security.
SwissBrew: Great location ...Went to the Boat show at America Center ....No problems ..Short walk ...Reasonable rate ..... Nobody tried to rob us ...So ...We didnt have to shoot them ...Good deal all the way around for a couple of HillBillies ...😆🖒
Kerry Moses: Nothing like relaxing in downtown StL. Went to the Schnucks. Nice set up! I think they call it "the Culinar".
Oburon Morningstar: it's cool
Wyatt Marks: $25 for a $24 hr spot
Hannah McGee: This is very helpful because sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot at the culinaria
Kristin Strollo: No issues. Seems safe.
Keshava Mysore: A big garage in the right place. Easy in and out and priced like any city! My only complaint is they needed a check or money order for a monthly pass, that’s crazy in this day and time!!! I don’t get why they just take a credit card like they do for their regular parking payments!!
Tarlvin Randall: A much needed community resource for food and employment.
L G: When you shop at schnucks culinaria you park here free!

10th & Pine Lot: what do users think?
Zach Minnis: I was with a group of guys in town recently for my friends bachelor party. We parked here overnight because our lodging accommodations were nearby. My window was busted out and contents stolen from my car. Another car had the exact same damage the same night. The next night the door handles were broken off my friend’s truck. DO NOT PARK HERE OVERNIGHT.
Sandra Kaye: I use the 10th & Pine Lot at least 4 days out of the week. I typically use my debit card for $10 for 12 hours. Today (Oct 30 at 9.57am) I used cash, precisely $20 total paid. I am due $10 in change. The machine did not dispense the $10 in change.I called the office number that manages St Louis Parking and spoke to a Kristen, who informed me that the machines do NOT dispense change. How weird is that? Which machine that you enter cash does not return your change (if it's not broken)? This one at 10th & Pine Lot does not. Kristen said she will call the manager for this specific lot so that I can get my $10 in change. It is now 1.51pm and no return call and no follow up email (she did send him an email and cc'd me). His name is Eric (no last name given).I am giving this a 1 star for the fact that the machine does not return change. St Louis Parking should fix that -- install machines that do not accept cash. Or put a tape over the slot where cash is inserted.I doubt anyone (Eric or Kristen) will take the time to follow up.
Bill Hoffee: Relatively safe for downtown.

Olive-Compton Parking Garage: what do users think?
Andy Jordan: Very easy to find. Guys who were working were very nice. Easy to find a spot to park in.
Tasty: Alright, when event parking its really annoying
Kelton Myers: Easy to navigate in and spacious
T. Gafford: Favorite parking garage for any event at the Chaifetz Arena. The cost is $15, it's covered, well lit with security most the night. This makes it one of the safest places to park when in the area around St Louis University or Chaifetz Arena.
Wayne Holle: Nice parking for a visit to SLU campus
John C Fridley: Close enough to the Stadium to walk to a game, getting some exercise, while saving a few dollars. Use it a lot.
Brittany Harvey: Clean, well lit, 4 minute walk across campus to the Chaifetez Arena and very well organized. Despite such a large crowd, we were quickly in and out.
Jim Dodds: I liked parking at this garage for the Cards games because it was less expensive.
Timothy Ema: One of the best managed and automated garages
William Gaston: Nice place to park
Jennifer Kroll: Safe
Diane Moran: A nice garage to park in, plenty of handicapped spaces with an elevator and security is on site at all times.
Eric Devenbaugh: Great price on parking and nice looking parking garage.
Sherneatha Caswell: Nice place

Leon P: Do not park your vehicle here.Signed up for monthly parking and shortly after my vehicle has been broken into twice and struck while parked right next to garage office. In addition, parking garage has increased monthly charge. The increase is clearly not to take care of the security issue.Once again, do not park your vehicle here.
Temeka Givens: Horrible this place constantly have drunk people in the garage and consistent break in
Jeff Johnston: A great place to park if you are going to a Cardinals game.

Justice Center Garage: what do users think?
Linda Armstrong: Great place to park for Cardinals games. Easy walk to Busch Stadium. Price isn't bad but the staff is rude. It's not hard to be nice to someone. They need to learn good customer service. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Jackie Coon: I was a packed lot cause of the blues game but it was very well lit and I felt safe. Was fairly clean as well.
Nicole Nowell: Love parking here for blues games. $20 is a steal for covered parking
Christian Piccioni: Car bar
Jason Ortbals: You can park in there.
Dina Presseau: Only $10 to park!
Nathan Daniel: Really appreciate paying $150 a month to see a huge group of homeless sleeping around and in garage
Bernie Dippolito: Great garage door blues/Enterprise center events
Aaron Belcher: Cash only!! Come on!!
Jeff L: Great $10 garage for blues games
Edward Schmidt: I like it for Blues games.Easy walk to the arena, decent price. Not bad in/out as game parking goes.
Faith Walker: Horrible parking
George Daley: Great parking for cardinals games
Krystal Halligan: Great place to park for cardinals games.
Malcolm Spence: Ok as far as garages go. Cheaper than those a little closer to the ballpark. Also faster to get on the hiway out of town.
Geoffrey Pruitt: Close enough to walk to any courthouse downtown. Free with jury duty.
Krista: Staff is often unpleasant to work with, and their system to keep track of monthly parkers is complete trash. I have a ton of examples, but here are a few. I never cancelled my account even during the pandemic. The first time I went back to park in over a year, after paying that whole time, my pass didn’t work. I showed them my pass, asked them to look me up, and showed them the receipt from them for my payment that month, and they took 15 minutes to eventually decide to let me through (after initially telling me I just needed to pay). They also can’t look you up by anything except for your parking pass number, so if you happen to be on vacation when your automatic payment doesn’t go through, and you call to update it so your account doesn’t get a late fee, they literally won’t let you pay it without the pass number (because they apparently have no way to find your account). This happened to me, and I called before the month was out, but it was a Saturday so they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail, and called back first thing Monday, though a new month had started, and they charged me a late fee, despite me doing literally everything I could to give them my money on time.
Greg Francis Brown: They had everything I needed.
Kevin Mitchell: Secure well lit and attended.
Jesse Morrison: Safe and secure but the entrance and exit are not marked well.
Todd Frewen: No elevators to ground level and levels are not well marked.

Arch-Parking: what do users think?
Kaushik Dandlamudi: Decent parking space and price. But had to be very alert to see the small board to take a turn. Google maps is not that accurate with its location.
William Boswell: Easy in and out parking
George Scott: Typical parking garage for small vehicles. The automated machine did not read our ticket and required an attendant to reboot.
Mattie Curry: Had a blast with the family
Gene Posik: Safe and secure! Rates are very reasonable!
Atul K: Very difficult to find even on Google maps.
Elizabeth Kibby: Only 2 blocks from the Arch and very tricky parking. Larger vehicles will not fit, parking area better suited for small SUV or cars. Cheaper than other options around and a lot of history in the buildings you pass walking to the Arch. Look up to the tops of the building and see the old stamped names/businesses.
Kieth Peterson: Spectacular! Amazing engineering!
Rich Paeth: Effortless, don't forget to get your ticket validated before going back to car
Karin Burdick: Parking is close, secure, and cost $7 for our visit
Cheri Zink: Easy to find. Fair price.
Gracie Sexton: Hyatt hotel 👍
Ben Engelhard: A little sketchy in the garage. Tight spaces and there were some weird sketchy broken cars in the lower levels
Tonya DeGregorio: Easy in and out. Cheap. Very short walk. Don’t drive around for hours. Just go right here.
William N.: Twas a parking garage near the arch. I am indifferent about it lol. Although the elevator did smell like peepee...but I guess that to be expected from bigger cities lol. Good views from the top tho 👏
John Newman: Close to Arch.
Michael Hill: Wouldn't take my card so the dude buzzed me out. Try it out lol you're welcome
Robert L: Plenty of spaces and reasonable rates. The only thing that kept this from being five stars is the old elevators.
Tim McRae: Bad. Just bad. I can not believe that the MAIN tourist draw to one of the nastiest cities I have ever been to (And I have lived and worked in New Orleans in the summer) allows THIS to be labeled as their parking structure. Seriously?? How?Let's start with the plethora of broken/whole liquor bottles scattered from our parking spot to the street to the dank dark nasty alley we had to walk down to get to the Arch. Then there was the absolutely beautiful and hugely overwhelming smell of what I can only describe as 10 day expired PortaJhon. Seriously I've been to county fair outhouses that smelled like a spring rose compared to that place. The Arch was really interesting and totally recommend it. Save yourself the horror show and park by the boat tours and river side. If it's flooded, come back later when it's not.St. Louis sucks.
Hyrum Dickinson: OH. MY. GOSH. i have a never seen a parking garage so suitable for parking. like. I parked my car there and it like... fit in the slot i have no words
Justin Aichele: Excellent and close!

ARGYLE GARAGE: what do users think?
Sally Wilhite: This garage was NOT attended between 5/20/23-5/22/23 when the back seat passenger window of my 15 day old Nissan Rogue was smashed in and the car rifled through. To top it all off, I had to pay $15 to get out because the vandal took my ticket and the attendant, who was very nice and tried to help as much as possible, couldn't open the gate without payment. I had to drive 6 hours with a busted window yesterday to get home. Would not recommend. Let the AC Hotel charge you double the amount and do valet.
Alexander Vallar: A conveniently located parking garage in the heart of The Central West End. It is surrounded by many restaurants, hotels, shopping, and entertainment. The parking garage has an attendant on-site 24/7 and is well lit. The garage is very crowded due to its location. Therefore, there is a lot of trash and cleanness issues. The best part of the garage is the price. It's hard to beat $1 an hour!
Blush Maquillage: If I could rate this garage a zero I would. Terrance who was the on duty supervisor there while I was trying to leave the garage after visiting the Chase Park theatre would not honor the parking voucher the theatre gave me, which was a sticker placed on the parking stub. Terrance then tried to tell me I had a used parking stub and threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t pay the whole parking fee. I am outraged and will be getting in contact with this garage’s management.
B C: Security? Not really. I watched as a man walked between cars pulling their door handles and crouching behind where the license plates are. I followed him out and then went to the office by the entrance and found nobody there. $7 to park all day is cheep so you get what you pay for. Put a cover over your license plate and hide your valuables.
Martha Shipman: Not much security and had my tags on my license removed twice.

ParkLouie: what do users think?
Z T: Waste of community resources. I was ticketed for parking in a permit only space, however, the sign for permit parking was one street over! The meter maid took a pic of my car and then walked over to the actual permit parking space and took a pic of the sign.I will have words for the next meter maid I see.
Sara Ransick: I paid for my parking through the app and received a ticket. I contested the ticket with pictures proving that I had paid for that time they issued a ticket, they replied that "The results of our investigation, however, do not substantiate your claim." and if I want to fight it I have to show up in person even though I don't live in the state. This company is scamming people and illegally issuing tickets and collecting money. I wish I wouldn't have paid for parking since I have to pay the ticket anyway!
Fahed Mustafa: I have been ticketed multiple times wrongfully and whenever I try to get it disputed by the company they always refuse and say that there is nothing that they can do. I also work downtown St. Louis, and have been told that I will not receive tickets due to the fact that the restaurant at work at does not have public parking however, they still manage to give me tickets. Therefore, they are also liars and scammers. This company needs to be shut down as soon as possible for they are stealing money from the people of St. Louis.
Lacie Scheidt: Meters don't work then when you appeal you get denied then still have to pay!!
Chris Flanigan: Was ticketed after being able to pay for parking through the adjacent meter. The meter conveniently let me pay and park when it apparently should not have. Now I'm out both the parking fee and the fine. Theft by deception?
Jeremiah 531: So, organized crime now has a cute name. If I could, I'd give these jokers zero stars, but it seems that they demand more than they deserve in forcing me to give them one star. Without their part in this endeavor, the fine would be half as much... like it was before. But... I guess crime pays.
Maddy Dickson: Was ticketed for parking in an area that had absolutely no "no parking" signs at the zoo, where multiple others had also parked, and waited over 2 weeks for them to post my ticket online (which still isn't even up!!). Finally said screw it and sent a check in, with no way to get a receipt or proof that I sent in payment. Ridiculous that I was even fined at all and the whole payment process has been extremely inconvenient.
Tim: Ticketed (along with about 15 other cars in a line) down from the zoo near 6539 Government Drive. We're from out of state so weren't familiar with the street. Turns out myself and 15 others had parked in a long turn lane to a parking lot. I pulled up to the last spot when the turn lane begins thinking I hit the jackpot. There were no signs posted and the turn symbol was underneath one of the other cars. Didn't realize it was a turn lane until we got back to the car. Needless to say, if this is how the city treats its residents and visiting families trying to enjoy the zoo, then we will not be back. Sleaze on, STL. Sleaze on.
Mert Alpsoy: This organization blatantly rips off the citizens of the United States and her visitors all alike through their incompetent systems and confusing ordinances. I hope that nobody has to deal with them, ever.
Rocky Zeitler: I tried paying for parking and the machine wasn't working properly. I was in and out within 5 minutes and STILL had a ticket. I took photos and videos of the machine not working and spoke to the city. They checked it out and replied simply with a "it's working, you need to pay this now" letter. I could appeal that with my proof but that would mean taking off work, more time and money just to prove that it's not working. Complete scam just for the city to make $20 off of their citizens.
Paul Huston: Scam organization, received parking ticket for a car I don't own with plates that aren't mine. Have called several times and always same story "it is taking care of" only to receive an another threat.
alaa jorani: Not the best. It said it couldn’t find my parking spot
Rebecca Clay: I just received a $100 ticket and called. This is MISTAKE! Or a SCAM! Ticket reads a Chrys and I've driven a Hyunadi Tiberon for nearly 14 years now. Supposedly I was on Ohio st. Never been there and haven't a clue where it is.
mike mac: Place is not clearly marked what is pay or not. I moved my car 3 times and the meter didn’t work at any of them. No wonder people move out of st.louis. Unfriendly...
Ronnie Vernell: Very poor app and website for payment of tickets...I can't make a payment on the the app and I've tried 3xs so I go to pay in person @ 4pm and they are closed but the website clearly states that they close @6pm
Downthrower: never parked here or even heard of this place, but got sent in the mail two $100 parking tickets for a car ive never owned with a plate # that ive never seen. But my names on the ticket.
Caleb Aho: TERRIBLE app/ online website. Sign in and Visa checkout are different emails, it's so convoluted and backwards. This needs to be redone. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I'm trying to give you money and you make it SO HARD.
Renee Ott: I've never had such good city service.
Don Valor: Money making scandal at its best. I understand the necessity but this has become a way to make revenue more then it is a method of controlling the chaos that ensues without enforcement of parking regulations.
Doshworth (DOSH): They give you tickets while you are trying to use their app, they ignore you when you say, "excuse me, sir, what are you doing?" Seriously they need to figure out something else because this is insane.
Jack: you can only complain in person or through the mail... way to make it super inconvenient. Catch up with the times.....
