Yahuda Israel: Customer service was excellent. I rented a 45 ft boom. It was due to be picked on Friday. On Friday, it stopped working and they had a technician out within an hour. Due to the time lost, they allowed me to keep it until Monday. I am a very satisfied customer and would most definitely recommend their services.

Jeff Evans: After years of doing business and spending thousands of dollars. One check for $300 didn't make it. I repeatedly sent Bank of America Bill Pay data to show that I had paid it. But they couldn't find it. Finally, after 3 months, my bank refunded the money to my account saying Herc never cashed it. That day I took a check to them. They informed me that my account was suspended and this should re-activate it. Their equipment is just passable but I let is go because Rebecca was really great to work with and they were nearby. UPDATE 4-2022 Herc searches ownership of the residence that work is to be done and sends the owners a certified mail alerting them that a lien could be placed. This alerts the homeowner to ask for a waiver from Herc. Herc's invoice must be paid to get a waiver even if you have a charge account. The result is you cannot collect from the customer, then pay the invoice. This will cause a cash flow problem So 30 days to pay is of no use and if you are growing it is problematic. I was charged for gasoline even though I filled it to overflowing. They sent the wrong lift at first which wouldn't reach. I ordered a 660 SJ and they sent the 660 articulating. They wanted to pick up the lift weeks after I finished. The invoice stated you can call for a lien waiver and once I finally reached them, I was informed that they only respond to a certain email. Other than that it was great!

The older Gentleman.., i guess he's the owner, realized i was a little over my head and took time to ask about my "do it yourself" project, and what i was planning. He was patient and understanding. He made several suggestions, and provided some tips and techniques that really made the project go easier and faster. Plus because of his help i realized i didn't need everything i thought i did. Taylor Hessling: Some of the nicest, cleanest, smooth running well maintained equipment I've ever used!!! And I use alot being in construction. Top of the line lifts with top notch employees, mechanics and owner around. Even took their lift safety training! Their owner taught the class and was thee most informative teacher I've ever had. He cared about the men and women operating his equipment, he cared dearly of his employees and their families and bottom line just cares!! Not just about the equipment but about the people having to operate these things!! I thought I knew a little something about lifts going into the class but I knew nothing and now after his training and thoughtfulness, I am very comfortable and confident operating them. Also learned all the different emergency let down procedures on how to safely and correctly lower the lifts in an emergency from the ground if something happens to the operator operating the equipment I can now safely bring the lift down and confident I will be able if an emergency ever happens around me!!!! Great company!!! Great people!!! Great equipment!!! Just great great great!!! If anyone is looking to rent equipment, trust me!! Get it from Patriot!!! Thanks for the eye opener class!! I seriously think about you and the guys at your shop I met every day I see 1 of your lifts out on the job!! Lol!! Bryant Getz: Very poor morale in this business. Management also lacks professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend this place as even a bandaid to a service issue.
Andrew Belmont: We bought a forklift from Wiese two years ago. The forklift has been great and the service has been even better. A serviceman comes 2x a year and takes care of all the maintenance for a great price. He is very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone interested in forklift rentals or purchases to contact Wiese!
