I called them to set an appointment and went through the whole process for the service department to tell me they will not provide me with a loner car or rental. I asked because I had a recall before that took 3 days and I was offered a loaner car so I know it’s possible. This place does the bare minimum. I’ll never look their way again.

Steve Schepker: The problems with my truck, electrical or otherwise, could not be found. The truck was left for several days and issues could not be tracked down. They are recurring again, at least one of them for sure, but only on an intermittent basis. I will have to return the truck for service. The dealership is cooperative. I lay this at the feet of Ford.

Matt Jost: Very disappointed. Made an online service appointment a week ago. I even received a reminder email to make sure to bring the vehicle in. Upon arriving (1 hour drive) was told, that my appointment was not going to be accepted, and that they would call me in 6-7 weeks to see when I could drop my vehicle off. I spoke with the service manager and was told that the appointment problem was "above his pay grade". As a long time, FORD owner, very disappointed in the lack of service. A simple phone call would've saved all of this, but obviously the customer satisfaction isn't important to Broadway Ford.

We paid $100K CASH and they don't have the part to fix the vehicle - this is impacting my business and I'm so disappointed that they didn't do a quality check before shipping the vehicle to us. I heard from my sales guy this was the "last" one in the country so basically they knew it was damaged but were determined to sell it anyway. They just gave us their scraps and took our money - now we have to wait until they find a part to fix it because it is completely undriveable and has been since we received it - we couldn't even drive it off the delivery truck because it wouldn't start up!! What a JOKE!

Shane Bauman: Ordered my Bronco through Broadway with Rich Hollingsworth. He’s a good dude, and made it all an easy, painless process. I think I went into the dealership once for 3 minutes to drop off my license to get copied, the rest of the ordering process was via email. Super convenient. When it came in, I spent maybe 1.5 hours signing papers with Treff the finance guy (made it painless too), going over the features and then was on my way. No surprise ADM. They got me a Bronco in under 90 days, so pretty happy with my experience. Haven’t tried service department yet. Thinking about getting a maverick soon, will be trying them again, and I’d recommend to anyone.

Overall, the dealerships staff was extremely friendly and made me feel like a valued customer.
Dane Henry: Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful in finding vehicles to look at. The “buying” process was a slow process and not having the ability to pay by check resulted in having to finance adding more time. Could the process be more transparent?

I was promptly contacted with the diagnosis and repair. I received two quotes, one for OEM parts and the other for aftermarket; I appreciate having both options. Once I authorized the repairs, my SUV was done and ready for pickup. I also added a couple of other services (an alignment and another repair), which they completed quickly. I called shortly after receiving the voicemail letting me know I was ready to go. I once again spoke to a live person answering the phones, paid my bill, and my SUV was left locked as I asked so I could pick it up after hours.My experience with the Service Dept. once again was superb. The staff is both friendly and professional. If you need repairs, please allow this group to care for both your vehicle and you. Oh, and I don't drive a Ford!Thanks so much, Dave Sinclair Ford!

Eric Moore: Took several weeks to get an appointment to get a diagnosis. Once in shop took another couple days to get the diagnosis. Ordered parts and told it could be a few days to get the needed parts. I was told the parts shipped on friday should be in the first part of the next week. After another week of waiting, I had to pick up the vehicle because I could no longer be without transportation. I was told I should keep an "old beater" around because even new expensive cars break down. That is why I bought a decent "reliable" vehicle, for reliability. I shouldn't have to keep an "old beater" around because my newish car is unreliable.After TWO MONTHS of waiting for the part, it finally came in and they were able to get me into the shop fairly quickly. Two months? Was I supposed to leave my vehicle there for two months waiting for a part? After researching the needed part, I could have ordered it myself and had it in a week or two.After dropping the vehicle off again, they were supposed to have the vehicle done in 3 days and again, longer than expected it took 5 days.I also had to initiate all communications about my vehicle. The only proactive communication I had was when the part was finally in stock. And when I called to check the status of the vehicle, I was told the only person yhat could check on it was the one service representative assigned to my vehicle. No one else had access to my information. Everyone there should have access to it. I'm doing business with the business, not the specific representative assigned.
CJ Gleich: I dropped my vehicle off for issues that should have been covered under manufacturer warranty. Within 3 days, they had checked and fixed the issues without charge. Most dealerships wouldn't let you leave without paying for something... or flat out be to busy to even get you in for standard vehicle service. 5 stars for not being your typical dealership.

Lucinda Hamilton: They use high pressure sales tactics. They make every new car a loaner and we were told they don't sell any cars under 500 miles on the odometer. So, they drive these cars and then try to sell them as new. This is what happened to us. They attempted to sell us a 2022 Escape with over 2000 miles as new. The paperwork said the car was new, but it wasn't. Then, they tried to get us to sign a document which said we agree to all the terms listed on the window sticker, but the car didn't have a window sticker. When I argued this point, the finance manager became irate. If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Beware of their sales manipulation. Be prepared to stay for hours. This is how they wear you down so you become desperate to buy anything.

The only real issue I had, was the car was not fully detailed for such a big company it kind of really surprised me. Almost all dealerships now do that, especially since covid. Another small issue, I wasn't offered anything to drink. I was there for a very long time, but other then that,I would say it wasn't overall a bad experience.

When they heard I was looking to sell my truck, they sent me right over! I'm glad I took their advice.I initially dealt with Mark, the Sales Manager. He had my truck checked out and drove it to make sure it was in good working condition.After that, I dealt with Jim, one of the Salesmen. He finalized the sale. They were both friendly, efficient, and professional.I do highly recommend Sunset Ford! They've been around selling Fords since the Model A over 100 years ago.

I felt glass behind the handle so I assume it’s just broken glass blocking the mechanism. Was going to make an appointment but was informed they are not taking appointments and I would have to leave the vehicle for several days until they had time to look at my vehicle.I certainly do not understand why an appointment cannot be made. The cost of rental vehicles is very expensive and I prefer not to pay for a rental just so my vehicle can sit on sunset fords lot waiting for them to look into the issue.

Val B: When tires are being rotated, why is the pressure not adjusted to the correct PSI evenly. Man at the counter suggested an induction service, but had he looked at the maintenance record of this vehicle, he would have seen it was completed on the last visit 2½ months ago. Attention to detail, for a dealership, is lacking. AND the cost goes up every time. You're pricing yourself out of this particular service. Not once have I been charged the same price in 5 oil changes.
John Kuhns: They were able to get me in last minute for a much need servicing for a long last minute trip. They got the work done, took me to my house and delivered my car back to me. Great job, will definitely continue to use them.
Joe Easley: I came for a safety inspection and there was a mishap with loading my vehicle. No worries because they let us know right away and took care of us. The Sevice Staff is very professional and I advise you that even if you don’t own a Ford, to visit SunTrup West as they are speedy and professional. Shout out to Edgar and Holly for their assistance!
Ronald Pursley: Very upset with how I was just talked to service advisor mike. TCM is what is going out on my car which has an extended warranty. He was very rude when this is already stressful enough that my vehicle won't drive on a problem that is not my problem when this is my only vehicle! Gave my a diagnostic price which I should not have of pay for since this cars transmission has had ton of issues. Said tcm is back ordered, no option for rental and its before 7am and he had other things to work on.
