Alex: These people complaining about 5+ hours just don’t understand how this system works. If you show up with 50 to 100 PO#s you’re going to sit for awhile anywhere. Just dropped a load of about 21 PO#s from Simplot. 2 hours to unload and count.They sell candy at the office window, $.50 each.DO NOT SHOW UP EARLYNO OVERNIGHT PARKING

Brian Bone: Slow! They don't care about appointment times, they spend 75% of the time standing around talking instead of working. One of the worst places I've been to in 15 years. Wish I could give less than five stars.

Mimi C.: Inconvenient hours. Why is it so hard to pay a bill?? Every single person I’ve talked to have pushed me off to another person, only to get no where. Tried paying online, only for the portal to not work. Never working with them again.

Brittani H: Fair warning this place has some tight backing, so be careful. It is a one-way around the building. They will call you out for not following the directions, plus there is barely enough room for one semi at a time, let alone two semis.I arrived a few hours early and was able to get backed in within minutes of checking in. I was there for maybe a hour and a half from arrival to departure. Really nice employees and helpful. Quick with unloading. Also, on the way back to the dock there seem to be some truck parking.

GO HAVE WAY RECEIVING ONE DOCK.LOOK AT MY PICTIURES CHECK IN THEY BREAK SEAL.YOUR ENGINE CAN'T RUN.CHECK IN A HOUR EARLY THE 9 AM WAS LATE.THEY GOT A 4 BECAUSE U JABE TO WALK A MILE TO PORTA POTTIES. ON RAIN .TOILET TISSUE DIRTY LAYING ON FLOOR
M trent: I was worried about going in the night before for a 7 am appt. No problem, theres a place along the side of the building marked off for one semi to park. If its occupied go to the back and theres more spots to park. In the morning drive towards the front on the opposite side the building than you came in on back into the front lot and go back in through the gate again. (Its one way traffic clockwise around the building) The gate stays open all the time. Great guys, fast unload!

Brian's Cycling trips: 7am dock time. Arrive and bump dock at 6am still being unloaded at 9am smdh this place is pathetic!
Lil K: Interview process takes forever. Then in the end they'll say one thing then have you wait weeks just not to hire you. They couldn't even tell me to my face, over the phone or thru email, just an automated message.
Rhonda Parker: Reviews were right. In and out quickly. Entrance/ Exit kinda tight but after that it's wide open. A lot of room to maneuver around.

Roll Tide: One of the best us foods I've ever delivered to, they assign you a door at guard shack then you back in and they come get your paperwork and you pay the lumper fee online then they bring everything out to you once they are done, easy in and out
Angel Martinez III: Cannot arrive before 0500. Wear HI/VIS VEST. Guard shack will check you in; he was a friendly. Assigns dock door. Easy to back in. Friday morning and only 2 OTR drivers here. Appt at 0500, door assigned when arrived. Unloading within 15 min. Lumper comes out to get your bills, text message link to pay lumper. He brings back bills to you. Easy in and out.

Empty at 10:00 amGranted - we only had 6 pallets - but it is nice to get unloaded ahead of appointmentHad some bad experiences in the past and were avoiding this place. Looks like us giving them a second chance - was a great decision!Facility is nice and clean! Thank you to the unloading team!
