This was our first experience with a fire suppression system for our new kitchen hood, and we really appreciated the amount of education and personal attention they gave us. Joe was super in the last mile, and we hope to have him for our ongoing service tech.
White Box Catering Happy Eats: Their customer service has been top notch!!! Tim has went out of his way helping us figure out what was going on with our hood system when it wasn’t even anything to do with them! Even called later to check in and make sure the electrician was able to fix it! We appreciate amazing customer service and quick responses so much! Can’t recommend them enough!

I tell you what if there’s one positive thing that happend during this pandemic was having them do the honor installing my fire suppression! Timothy Communicated with me and was very understanding through the whole process, walked me step-by-step on everything that was going to be performed. Once they got me in they got the work done really quick. I was good to go within a couple hours and left it looking on point! overall best rate around! Staff was very friendly any question that I had they got back to me as soon as possible and checked up on me to make sure everything was going well. Not only this company has provided the best price in the town, but also provided excellent communication, proffesional team and the best customer care! Chris: Great team to work with. We needed our fire ext. inspected and Weber Fire came through for us. We were up against an inspection period and each one needed a hydro test and other stuff. Weber knocked it out and we are back on track. Very reasonable costs and easy to work with.
