The accounting services are okay (expensive but okay--however they were so aggressive about depreciation which is nice short-term but bad long term). However, the medical practice startup services are inexperienced, poorly responsive, and insanely expensive. You get charged $300/hour to have someone with zero experience manage your services badly. I feel foolish in retrospect. If I could do it again, I would have saved myself $40K and used another qualified accountant and bookkeeeper, a billing company that handles credentialing and coding. Dumping Anders was something I don't regret. I just wish I had my poorly spent money back.
