monoXcide: SLOW!!!! I understand you're short handed, but it doesn't help when the lobby is out the door with people and you don't take it as a hint that you need to hurry the hell up! The lobby wouldn't be lined out the door if there wasn't just minimal effort being put into checking the packages in and labeling them at a sloth's pace. The only person that was in and out was the Imos delivery driver. Yes! To add insult to injury Imos was delivered! We see that the priorities are NOT serving the customers here. Time is money and if you waste one then you're wasting the other. I was 4th in line and waited an hour and a half before I walked out. Only 2 other customers were served before I decided to leave, with more waiting behind me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

If it was stolen, we know damn well they won't.

Flynn: My package wound up marked delivery attempted despite the fact it absolutely was not. This happened two days in a row. 4 phone reps were absolutely useless so I finally went in person as they opened as I'm self employed and my cell phone has my TTY program so I can communicate with my clients (I'm HoH). The package got put in a back room and never made it to the truck. I kept being lied to by reps about what had happened and finally gave up and went in person.While the experience overall was absolutely terrible, the manager (I'll update with her name when I get it later) was AMAZING. It was busy, they were loading trucks, they'd just opened. I was only there because I am desperate. She still went out of her way and took the time to find the package instead of making me come back. She was great and was the first of 5 FedEx employees to actually provide info and help.

Andrew Rapp: This is my goto place downtown for shipping and printing. I've been here a few dozen times and I've always had an excellent experience.
Alexander Davis: I worked with a FedEx Employee named Margaret (I believe). She was very unwelcoming and rude. I was a little uncomfortable with the passport renewal process and I was using the "Rush My Passport" service for the first time. She made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing, and whenever I showed her screenshots of the FedEx website and the instructions, she dismissed it. She almost charged me for postage despite already having a FedEx Label printed off. When the FedEx envelope was slightly damaged, and I requested another one due to the sensitivity of my passport, she became angry, and threw the envelope at me, and stormed into the background, assumingly where the manager was. I live next to this location, it's walking distance. I was very excited to have to this as my new FedEx home, however, after how they have treated me, I doubt I will ever return to this location. I understand I may have not been the most "savvy" when it came to the passport process, however, there was no reason for the employee to act this aggressive towards me. They were not busy. There was one other person in the store browsing, and there were 3 FedEx employees working.
Daniel Anderson: Everyone at this location is immensely helpful! I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). Getting packages delivered to my apartment can sometimes be challenge, so having my FedEx deliveries held at this location just make my life easier, and enjoying coming here makes a HUGE difference!! Thank ya'll for everything you do!

Tom Shipley: I use this branch often for last minute and rush printing jobs for my clients. They consistently beat the ETA times that the FedEx website predicts when I place online orders. Nice friendly people too.

Michelle Cisco: I ordered a package that was delivered from you guys and I don’t know why it was delivered from you guys but it saying that it was delivered two days ago I called customer service waste of time not only is it a waste of time when you guys can you read a civil address? I have cameras on the property where I stay at I want to know where my package is when it says delivered and I have not yet to receive it. I’m not from the state I’m not from this town, I live with my fiancé we’re tired of eating on the couch so I ordered a coffee table so I don’t want to ruin a $1300 couch find my package cameras don’t lie your driver can’t read obviously or he they gave it to one of their friends
Scott Thompson: Great service today. I was in and out with a small project in less than two minutes. Before coming over here I stood in line at the Office Depot on Chippewa for over 25 minutes and was then told my order would take 3 hours because of an upcoming shift change. Definitely will be going back to this location on South Grand for my printing needs. I will never go back to the Chippewa OfficeDepot.
Suzanne Chisum: Helpful and cheerful employee assisted me with making a return. All went well inside the store, parking in front is a challenge. If there is a spot, one must go to a kiosk and pay for that particular space. The kiosks are not user friendly for parking.Even though this store is near my home, I prefer to go to another location where I can park my car nearby without having to walk from a back parking lot or deal with paying at a computer kiosk.

Deon Jones: PSA:: Zero starts I had to put one start just to post this. Fedex printing services needs updating. I decided to take my money elsewhere and I received great service while using the machine and from the workers.
Erin Jayne: I can't believe I didn't get the name of the employee who helped me today, but she was amazing. I had three time sensitive documents to print out, and she guided me through the process so effortlessly that I was done and walking out of the store not five minutes later. As I was heading out, she called out to me to suggest a bag for my documents so I wouldn't have them get bent in my personal bag. She provided a level of customer service that's just not common any more. I wish I had gotten her name; I have pretty bad social anxiety, and she made the experience so comfortable that it was like talking to a long time friend, so I totally flaked on getting her name. If she's reading this, she may remember helping me; she had curly hair and a smile that disarmed my anxiety in an instant. She's truly a great asset to the store and ambassador for the company.
LG: I ordered my prints off of canva to fedex print. When I picked up my cards they were a different finish than I ordered. I ordered glossy but she handed me matte. I mentioned this and the lady told me there was a paper shortage that is why I received matte. 1.They should inform the customer by calling to check with the if they would like to proceed with the order because of the shortage. 2. The type of paper and finish I ordered costs more, I paid the price for premium glossy. What I picked up was regular matte. The employee told me a manager get would call me to resolve the issue. They called and left a message saying that it was the same price and I was charged that price. Didn’t make sense, so I went online to verify. I was indeed charged more. The cards are also crooked. Some are centered while others have the words are almost cut off. I literally could have made these at home with my cardstock and paper cutter but I wanted a more professional look. As you can see in the pic the cards aren’t even cut down to the same size which is why some are crooked. So unprofessional. Never again.
Charlie M: Best mistake I ever made. I needed a poster enlargement for a project I was working on, and I thought I was going to the Office Depot near me (they have a Fedex pickup inside). So when I couldn't find that place as a pickup location, I was confused, but I went ahead with my order anyway.I must have been waited on by the manager, she had a real "pride of place" and willingness to give the best customer service possible. I was very happy with my product, it turned out even better than I expected. I even got three calls saying my order was ready. A word of advice, use a pdf file for an enlargement. A jpeg or other format will get pixelated when it is blown up. Very happy !!!!

Mychajlo Sandulak: Terrible experience. In St Louis two weeks for work, had to order a 20$ item from Amazon needed for work. FedEx charged me 10$ for handling or I couldn't get my package. That is robbery.

Paulo Pompeu: This one is in the Marriot building, a small door facing Washington Ave. It says that it opens 7:30 am but the door was locked with a warning for guests to use their key to unlock it. If you need the service in the early morning, is better to go to another branch. There is one on Olive, 5min walk, that opens 9:00 am.
fran loomis: I highly recommend this business. Another print shop failed to deliver the funeral programs for my mother-in law and we frantically looked for someone who could design the program and print asap. We contacted Farek 30 min before closing time and arrived 15 min prior. Since his store is inside the Wash U bookstore, he had to close exactly at close time. He dropped everything and did the whole job us and saved the day. Very professional job by a man with a loving heart!

Live in semi-rural area. Found ONE package one mile down the road at someone else’s mailbox. The other has never been found.My local delivery is terrible from FedEx. (UPS and USPS delivery is great!). Live at a Hillsboro MO address with address numbers very plainly displayed on my mailbox.Apparently NO way to contact FedEx to register a complaint so a poor review is apparently my only recourse. Not the first time things like this have happened with them. AVOID FedEx at all costs.
Jeff Otto: Beware of the "convenience fee" they will charge you! 10 dollars to drop off a FedEx package at this location. It's their package that you already pay them to ship. RIDICULOUS!!!! There is a location 3 blocks from here that is free. 7th & Olive. Or there is a UPS right across the hall that will not charge you to drop off a UPS package.

Yu Dang: I went there today to get my poster printed, the staff there were really friendly and helpful! I was able to get my poster printed in a short amount of time and it is exactly the way I wanted and the quality of the figures on the poster are really good. They even gave me a bag to protect the poster from possible rain or snow, very thoughtful! Also, you can get a discount if you are a student at Wash U.

astx813: Ditto previous comments, maddening that they charge a $10 convenience fee (for a prepaid shipment) because they're in a hotel. Go to the standalone shop on the corner of 7th & Locust (but beware it closes at 5pm)

Miesha Wray: This is the worst company ever I used to love FedEx now I will only deal with UPS they leave your package unattended they say they deliver it and you never get it and then when you make a claim you can't get in touch with any human and when you do all they do is hang up in your face or say they're going to transfer your call and you never get transferred they're stealing people's money it's been since before Thanksgiving and I haven't heard anything back about my package of status or why I haven't got my money back I'm over FedEx and will never be working with them again
