Devil Dairy: Im not new to testosterone, and this isnt my first Planned Parenthood. But this building is so much better than any of the Kansas City locations! Every employee was so kind and made me feel safe and understood. They even gave me free syringes and a bin to safely dispose them in. They even offered to teach me how to use the testosterone. Since ive been on it for 2 years now, i didnt need the help. But it was nice to have been offered. When i first started out, no one showed me and i had to look up youtube tutorials to figure it out lol.But if youre new to horomone therapy i highly recommend this location! They were all incredible!

J Mags: If you were raised how I was you may have a negative reaction to hearing the words Planned Parenthood, but consider this: Only 3% of the services PP provides are abortion services. STI/STD Testing & Treatment makes up 41%, Contraception and education makes up 34%, Cancer Screening and Prevention make up 10%, Other Women’s Health Services make up 11%, Abortion Services 3%, Other Services 1%. PP provides the education and prevention tools that many parents fail to. They do more to prevent unplanned pregnancies than any other organization, PP is a vital resource for the state of Missouri.

What’s the point in setting appointment if you’re going to be sitting there for 30-45 minutes more !? Barley enough from for parking I had to park across the street. But I LOVE THE STAFF THEM MY GIRLS LOL

Luxky Charm: Just A Tip !I recently went to the Planned Parenthood on South Grand for My Depo Shot. When i went in the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong Price for my shot and Also wrote down i had herpes (Which is not at all true). I corrected her and told her i didnt have herpes and she crossed it out. When i went in the back the doctor asked "what are u here for?" i responded "My Depo shot only" she Looked at me shocked and said the lady at the front desk wrote on my paper for them to treat me for herpes. I corrected them again and the doctor got me my right Price and Gave me just my shot. They were at first going to charge me $160 . When they changed the price it was under $65 . My Tip is to ask questions and Pay attention to what they write down. This could of been a nightmare when all i needed was my birth control

WHY would a fresh turned 15 year old have an ID??.The school didn't give her one.. Silliness..Waste of time. Information could have been givin over the phone..

Jade Wilkerson: I recommend this facility. The people there are very kind and understanding. They make you feel like you have the power over your own decisions. I used them for bc services and they even let me switch my prescription over the phone when I changed my mind a week later. Of course it is very busy at this location, so it may take awhile for you to get into your appointment/be seen. I highly recommend booking online.

Jacoby Duckworth: I had an amazing experience at this PP location this morning to get an IUD. Had no wait, staff was super friendly, and everyone put me at ease. I was nervous since I never had an IUD placed, but the nurse practitioner walked me through it and did a great job. Super pleased with my experience and would definitely return.

Charlotte Grider: I went to the Manchester location several years ago for a pap smear, pelvic exam, and STD testing (mentioning the "years ago" because I have had bad experiences at several PP locations in the last 6 years and intend to leave reviews for each location that participated).At the time, I had insurance that would have covered all of the services I needed. I drove all the way out to Manchester from the city (because they had the soonest appointment available) and waited quite some time for my appointment. When I was finally called, they asked how long it had been since my last exam. I told them a year. They told me that they could not do a pap smear, pelvic exam, and STD testing. I said you can...my insurance will pay for it. They said they could not because I had had a pap smear a year earlier, and they can only do one every two years...as though my body is somehow unable to tolerate a yearly exam? And no STD tests?? As though one can only get STDs every two years? This is completely crazy. That is not medically sound.This is a strange thing they have been doingat PP in recent years. They have been fighting not to do exams. Someone needs to look into this problem. I should not have to fight with any doctor to get proper care (but it is becoming a pattern in STL).

L N: Edited on 11/2Previously, I lamented a lack of communication. While I still feel that I wasn't communicated with properly, I've sorted it out with the NP at the location, who communicated the reasons thoroughly. A lot of the problems resided with my primary care office, while some had been admitted to be their own shortcomings which were apologized for. Everything is now updated and sorted out. I'm looking forward to my future care.

Christy Mahone: This entire staff is so friendly, warm and welcoming. Very considerate and eager to help with accommodations. I am a student from out of state, so it’s sometimes difficult to find good care with my insurance. Thank you all for such a smooth experience for my annual exam!

Group Project: Zero stars!! They tried to charge my friend and I 250 dollars for basic testing and the annual exam didn’t include what they said it was going to include on the website. They failed to upload test results to the portals and assumed because my girlfriend and I went in there for the same tests that they could just upload one of ours, when we paid for two sets of tests. We called to get the results and they gave the test results out over the phone without even asking for the secure pin.

Karen L: My daughter went here when we did not have insurance to get birth control. She was treated so poorly. Staff was rude and callous. They charged so much money for a visit and then $50 per pack of bc pills. So much for sliding scale. I wouldn’t go here if you don’t have money because they will charge you an insane amount.

elesia lang: I cannot say enough good things about this office and everyone in it. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was so nice, helpful and genuinely cared. Doctor Susan actually listened to my concerns and made a recommendation based off what she thought was best for me. She talked me through the entire process and made me feel so safe. The nurse, I can't remember her name but, she was the sweetest person ever and suggested I ask the doctor more questions since I was unsure about what I needed. I didn't spend a penny on anything and I was in and out in an hour. This is officially my office of preference for anything OBGYN related. Highly recommend if you need female guidence and strength.

Nyla: DON’T GO HERE!!! Just terrible. I was scheduled to get the Mirena a week in advance. They were supposed to contact my insurance regarding the cost and get back to me before my appointment. I’ve called 3 times in the past week and no information was given. TODAY is my appointment date and they tell me that I have to pay $1300 because my insurance doesn’t cover it. The nurse practitioner was very unprofessional. She interupted me and was rude both of my visits.

We were the only ones there so I allowed my children to move freely and I was told to make them sit down I will never return to this facility again.
