They have everything you need to support and inspire a sewist. My wife and I spoke with many staff members. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. What a pleasure!!!

Nancy Fine: I have to give a shout out to the ladies at The Fabric Company who helped me find just the right fabric for a small job. I’ve been in retail for over 50 years and when I walked into the store I was asked if I needed help and I told the woman that I just needed a small amount of fabric for two pillows..not a huge sale. My husband found a fabric on the sale rack and when I asked if another fabric was available in shades of blue, the saleswoman went in the back to see if the samples showed any blues. I was somewhat taken aback that she would go over and above, knowing that this was not going to be a big ticket sale. The service I got from both women was wonderful, the fabrics are gorgeous and I felt like I was appreciated as a customer, which is sometimes rare to find! I uploaded a picture of my pillows showing that they match my mom’s needlepoint (made in 1990!) that is framed over my bed and her pillows!! I couldn’t be happier to write this review…sometimes people write reviews only to badmouth an establishment, it’s nicer to just help a business along with a positive review. If you are looking for a great selection of fabrics, please give The Fabric Store a chance!

Kevin Crumes: Amazing opportunity to get into the store to see and touch all of the different fabrics. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Moreover the price is so affordable it just makes sense for me to not only reupholster the sofa but several other pieces of furniture. BTW they let me take some samples home to help me decide. I'm going back. Also the location is excellent and very easy to get to with great parking.

Michelle Massa: I placed an order on their website for fabric to reupholster two arm chairs. I did not receive a order confirmation email. But a day or so later, I got an email to asking to confirm my address which I did. After that I did not get a shipping email which I feel is pretty automatic these days! They shipped it and I was not home. Thank goodness, one of my neighbors saw it and grabbed it for me before it rained. I would not order from them again due to the lack of communication about the order and shipping! One extra star for the price of the fabric.PS. So, you answer my public review but the email I sent to you before I made this review goes unanswered? I think you all have work to do in the customer service area.

They have the biggest selection of upholstery fabric that I’ve seen, with most patterns in multiple colors, and it’s all gorgeous! They also carry some beautiful wall covering and a small selection of flooring.

SLL Resources: I had a good experience purchasing wallpaper from the website. The paper I chose was more than six times cheaper than other options I'd been considering online. It's not designer handprinted silk damask, but on the wall I think it looks almost as nice as if it were, both up-close and from a distance. And not difficult to install, despite my lack of experience or tools for hanging wallpaper. Also appreciated customer service being helpful in answering questions.

stim141: Purchased in stock fabric and had them upholster two high end chairs once they were refinished. Person who did the work - Charlotte - basically restored the chairs completely - including new webbing, hogs hair mats, etc. Chairs are essentially now factory new. Price was VERY reasonable considering the amount of work and material involved. Took a few months but they were done properly and were carefully wrapped and delivered. Eric and staff were great. David Zimmer: Came in for Velcro and was told I have to purchase a 3” piece to walk out to my car and see if it would stick to my headliner. I had asked for a 1” piece but apparently that’s not authorized. Customer service in this economy is paramount. When we read and understand the rule book our employees must adapt and make good decisions on the spot. This did not happen.
