Austin Patton: By far the worst experience I've ever had getting contacts:First off, I brought my previous contact lenses into the my appointment since I had been told that it can help them get a more accurate prescription. These lenses were dailies but I was going to switch to bi-weekly or monthly lenses which the optometrist and I discussed in depth. I called back a few days later to order my contacts, and they said that my prescription was only valid for daily contacts and that I would need to come in for another appointment to be fitted for the contacts that I was already fitted for. So conveniently while I was on my last pair of dailies, I had to wait another week and a half for another appointment.After my second appointment I was given the option for bi-weekly trial lenses and monthly trial lenses. They told me it would be about two weeks for them to get in. After three weeks (about 5 weeks since I had came in for my initial appointment) I called and asked how much longer it would be for my contacts to arrive. They then told me that the trial lenses were never put in, and that they would need to put the order in.After another week, I finally get my trial contact lens (six weeks since I came in for my initial appointment). I try both of them out, and I decide that I want the bi-weekly lenses. So I call them and place an order for the bi-weekly lenses. Two weeks later (eight weeks after I came in for my initial appointment not including trial time) I receive the lenses. And what do I find? They sent me the monthly lenses instead of the bi-weekly lenses. Seeing as they sent me the wrong lenses, I called the office and the manager. The office said they would call me back and never did, and then the manager did not return my call. This place is a two minute walk from my apartment, but I will NEVER go here again. I don't understand how so many mistakes can be made on a single order, but I will never give them the chance to make these mistakes again and I would recommend that you don't either. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.

Denise Holloway: Someone scheduled me for a 8:30 am appointment. I fought traffic and almost had a accident trying to keep the appointment. When I arrived she told me I had to pay $90 with my insurance. I told her that was not what I was told over the phone when I made my appointment. Then she said she made a mistake and that I could get eyes examined but no glasses.I really think it is terrible to give a person an appointment and make them drive from one part of town to another to get there and then tell me I can't be seen until next year according to my insurance!! They need to not do this to anyone else, Check and double Check on peoples insurance before you give them an appointment.I won't be going back there " Ever ".... I am disabled and not going to let them treat me this way again........

The front desk staff was wonderful, the eye doctor did a great job, and they were able to correct a misdiagnosis from Target Optical after I was left fearing I would lose my sight over the next couple decades of my life.And all it took was a simple exam. I didn't have to have my eyes dilated, and they measured my pupillary distance and adjusted my glasses at my request. I had a great experience and, even with all those annoying phone calls, mailers, and texts that Clarkson corporate sends out, I'm back for good.

Jeff Stein: I had a rather urgent need to have my eye(s) examined after experiencing some intense eye pain that turned out to be a series of concretions that were abrading my cornea.Having not been a patient prior to this (and being in the middle of COVID), my hopes were not high of being seen immediately - I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong!Not only did I get in the same morning as a result of the staff working me into the schedule, i had the pleasure of being being treated by Dr. LaPoint and his excellent support team. Can’t speak highly enough of the experience. Was so impressed that I am not scheduled with them for my routine/maintenance eye health.

She said, I am sorry. I had on n N95 Mask. I didnt understand the harm. 😪
