Aimee: Our experience started out terrific! They came really fast and were so nice and courteous. They determined our treadmill needed a new console, and they were going to check on the price of a replacement. Unfortunately, there was no follow-through, and we never heard from them again. I called to follow up and was promised a callback but was never contacted.
Dunte Killiebrew: The guy at all brands fitness was so help to me. Need to repair my treadmill and instead of him come out and charging my he stay on the phone and help me find out what was wrong with my treadmill to find I need a new one they are so helpful I would highly recommend them.
Krystal Hall: I contacted this company about a treadmill. They spoke to me on the phone for about 10 minutes discussing my issues. I sent them an email with the requested information, and they were quick to respond with some solutions. I haven't decided what I want to do yet, but for a company to give all the options (like saying, it might not be worth fixing) vs just coming out and charging a service call for no reason!! Thanks for being a reasonable company. I will call them if I ever decide what to do.

lauraatswic lauraatswic: I cannot say enough great things about this company. Two days ago, I contacted the company to schedule a large repair job for an old (2015 model) elliptical machine. The associate I spoke with was extremely courteous, as was the technician. They were out to my house *within 24 hours of the call!!!*, all while respecting my scheduling requests. AMAZING, especially these days. The technician was super competent and repaired my elliptical with no issues. I used it today for the first time in months, and it ran smoothly and quietly with no issues. Their prices are also much better than a competitor that I had contacted, for price comparison. If you own fitness equipment, you know how difficult it is to find an available technician, let alone a quality business. Give All Brands Fitness a try; you won't be disappointed!

334822: I contacted All Brands Fitness Repair after my treadmill began making strange and loud noises. I spoke with "Jeff," who asked for details concerning my issue. After explaining my situation and my use of my treadmill, Jeff educated me on treadmills and recommended that it may be in my best interest to purchase a new treadmill vs paying repair costs. I was blown away! An honest repair man is extinct these days. Although I've decided to replace my treadmill, All Brands Fitness Repair had earned my business should I need a future repair.
Peter Hoffman: Very trust-worthy company! I called to schedule a service call to repair a treadmill that wasn't working. Before scheduling an appointment, the gentleman who answered the phone instead gave me a few tips on how to try to fix it myself, and stayed on the phone with me while I tried them out. Sure enough, the treadmill came back to life and there was no need for an appointment after all. Very good to know what an honest and helpful company they are!
Cliff Saxton: All Brands is an unusual (extraordinarily good) company. I phoned to ask about treadmill repair, which they capably provided while warning my ancient unit was on its last legs. But conversational Jeff went further, readily answering questions about a possible new unit but making it clear he doesn't sell them. Upshot was...I took his recommendation and bought a treadmill direct from the manufacturer; we hired All Brands to install it; and we couldn't be happier. DJ and his son did a masterful job of muscling the old treadmill out and the new one up a curving staircase, then making sure we were happy with the result. Truly outstanding people, communications, and service.

Bob H: I was there on 9/14 at 11:25am. Several employees throughout the store offered help as I shopped- very nice! When I got up to check out at the registers, there was one register open, and the gentleman behind it was having some sort of issues waiting on a lady. Our line grew to five people, at which time the cashier went and found someone to come up and deal with the issue. After waiting about three minutes, with no other cashiers in sight, I left my items on the counter, and left the store. I don’t get it. Lots of employees, but only one cashier. I’m sure I will not return to that store.

Steven Milnar: The resistance on my bike stopped working after 13 months. Customer service tried to sell me a new frame for $1100 with no other option for repair.
Britt Jacobs: Highly do NOT recommend ordering through peloton. I ordered a treadmill and then my delivery was delayed by over a month and then was charged prior to ever receiving my order. Horrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
Elizabeth Bruch- Your STL Realtor (Liz): I recently went out on a limb and purchased a Peloton. For those who know me, I am NOT into the gym, like at all…but know it’s good for me to get my blood flowing and since I work non-stop, important to take some time for me! I had a less than stellar experience in the delivery when we ordered it online as the shoes weren’t put together properly, the cord to the bike twisted and not installed right causing it to come loose, and the bike itself when delivered set up unevenly. Long story short after a few days of being super uncomfortable, I stopped by the Peloton store to get some help. Mike was amazingly helpful. We realized my shoes weren’t the right size so we ordered new ones, he taught me some tips and tricks with the bike, and was able to address every concern I had. Better yet, he said once I get over the hump with riding (I am sore) to come back and we can readjust my settings. He is the one to see and if you’re going to order one, avoid doing it online. Go into the store as we would have had a much better experience rather than now having to call support for the other issues! Best of all, my ride last night after visiting was 1000% better!!

Just got the sense they bargained low on my trade in and will wind up reselling as though it's new. All in all, didn't feel like it was a fair deal!!
