Daniel Boehmer: I am a frequent user of Missouri's Outdoor activities, but the Coalition does nothing for the environment, and any donations to them is a waste of money. Your money simply goes to pay a staff that is only interested in "making headlines" through nitwit statements. For example, the Director is quoted in the Post Dispatch that 'it made no sense for the army corps of engineers to not continuously monitor a levee" because it was "too high" in one place. The engineers pointed out that it was lower in other places, and so there was no negative effect. The only person who makes no sense is the person that doesn't realize that water flows through the lowest point.
