Wanetta Day: As a person who grew up scared of the dentist I must say Dr Roach is thee BEST! I had a root canal, which I have had before somewhere else. But with this doctor I didn't even need the nitrous oxide which is my go too for any procedure. I would recommend him everytime! I haven't needed to take any pain meds yet and it's been 24hrs later. That speaks volumes for this professional. I am very satisfied his work. 😊

Stacy Junger: My dentist recommended this place. I called, made an appointment, and asked if my insurance was in network. She said it was and took down my insurance info and said she would verify benefits before my appointment. I went in and had a root canal. The doctor was wonderful and my experience was great. My issue is with the front desk. I paid before I left and the woman up front said that was just an estimate and there was a good chance that they may even reimburse me after my insurance paid. I actually received a bill for more money several weeks later. I called because I knew it had to be a mistake. The woman on the phone told me that she was very sorry but my insurance was NOT in network, even though I was initially told it was. She apologized several times for the mistake but never offered to fix it, never offered for me to talk to an office manager. When I told her that the mistake ended up costing me over $300 she told me that ultimately it was really up to me to check my own insurance. I have NEVER had this happen before and I’m extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Had I known, I simply would have went to a different office that actually accepted AND was in network with my insurance. I feel duped in a way. This was not handled well at all. I feel as though this was terribly unethical. Even though the woman at the front desk apologized, it was very fake. I feel as though a lot more could have been done but she didn’t want to take responsibility for the mistake so I ended up having to literally pay for it.

John K: I saw my dentist because my top back right molar, tooth #2, was hurting. My dentist said I needed a root canal and recommended Dr. Clarke. Fortunately for me, I was able to get in 2 days later. Dr. Clarke is very professional and he uses the state of the art equipment. I was in the chair less than an hour. The shots to numb the tooth were not painful at all. Dr. Clarke communicated what he was doing at every turn of the procedure. Some dentist are performing root canals. Don’t risk it. See Dr. Clarke. I’m glad I did. Every staff person was polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rod Uding: Great experience once again. Dr Clarke is the greatest. Answers all my questions. He did some extra stuff this time to make a extended diagnosis on what is going on with some other teeth and sent that information back to my dentist. He is a firm believer in the patient not experiencing pain during the procedure. I asked about how much painkiller he administers. He said it is 4x what you get normally during a crown without a root canal. I asked him also about the pressure I was feeling which did feel like an well drilling rig going on, but that was just the brain talking. He said that you always feel the pressure during the root canal, but will never feel the pain. It is just a weird sensation though. Dr Clarke is well worth the money. He has the experience and is like a well oiled tooth mechanic.
