N R: The worst recruiting company out there. Extremely cold and unresponsive. I have tried to reach out to them several times because I have a very strong background and highly qualified for different roles they have posted. Never hear anything. Tried to talk directly with a couple of their recruiters at different times and they always sound like they could not care less about you, their job, or the positions they are trying to fill. Don't waste your time.
Carla Austin: At this point I would not recommend anyone to Robert Half. My last assignment with Mohela was handled poorly and unconcerned. Mohela was horrible to work for. Management showed favoritism toward some and kept being told our background checks have not cleared. We were also advised since it did not clear we could not do jobs with social securitu numbers or important information. None of that was true because I was still in a department were I saw ss numbers and checks worth thousands of dollars.Also Management relatives would come right off the streets and was cleared with the background check and placed in a Mohela position instantly. But some of us after 3 months still had not cleared.We were taking off of a job because of clearance after it was told the position could go permanently possibly and put in a position that Robert Half knew would not last. So yes some of us were told the position ended. I called the representative Kacey who was handling Mohela Account and guess what she did not have the decency to call me back to discuss we were let go or even tried to offer another position. But a representative called and defended the actions of Mohela and no consideration for their employee.
C Mitchell: I worked for US bank in St. Louis through Robert Half a few years ago. When I complained about discrimination in training, job duties, etc. Robert Half was outright insulting and blacklisted me. They took the side of the employer because temp agencies figure it is easier to replace job seekers than major companies. To add insult to injury, the company lied about me not being there on a given day so that they could short change me on my final pay. Robert Half went along with the company again until I gave them copious evidence that I was there on the disputed day. I was eventually paid all of my final salary but Robert Half has blacklisted me. So, in the end, discriminatory US Bank did prevail.
Bailee Warsing: I worked with Robert Half on a short term User Experience role in October 2021. Jessica was great to work with and she helped answer all of my questions. I especially appreciated that she was really quick at communicating and I always knew where I was at in the process and that I could call if I had concerns.I marked on my profile that I was open to other roles with Robert Half as well, and had really pleasant conversations with the recruiters who called me from the other branches! They were all very transparent about compensation, which I found really helpful!

Y Padin: Veeeeery complicated to do the onboarding!!! Why do they need so many steps. I’ve never had so many tasks to do before start working for a very part-time position. It should be easy not only for employers also for employees. I have to keep picking up the phone..to do something else that they required like contacting everyone I know from my last job(????)
Derek Hartley: Very long story short, I haven't had much luck with any of the recruiters who have reached out to me from RH, but recently I had a very disappointing experience that wasted weeks of my time. I would especially not recommend working with the contract to hire team, as I was expected to "accept" a position without any formal offer letter or full details on core things like time off. Very confusing process, got misinformation, and was treated flippantly when it comes to making a decision regarding employment. I expected more. I reached out to customer service, but after a few delayed email responses offering that I could speak to someone, I never heard back.
Lee C: I applied a few years ago out of college and when they finally called a year later, I still agreed to meet with them. I really have wanted to work with numbers my entire life, but even more so I wanted to work with people and recruit people into positions. The lady I spoke with seemed really interested in me as a candidate (took them long enough to reach out), and said I should talk to a manager about possible positions as a recruiter. I wait for about an hour and the manager comes in, I didn't have a job, so what's an hour. He starts talking about my experience running my own business, teaching and continued education. These are all experiences that had to do with both crunching numbers, calling prospective hires, the entire cycle. He goes on to tell me how amazing his career has been and how many places he's worked compared to me and how he's done so much more than I have (literally his words). I thanked him for his time and left. You guys are supposed to be one of the most prestigious employee finding firms in the US? How? I quickly got a high paying, respected job after I left that office ON MY OWN, no matter how little or unimportant their manager tried to make me feel. But looking at all these other reviews, I'm not shocked that I was treated that way.
Susan Roberts: I reached out to Amanda Leonard and told her that I am moving there soon.(St. Louis) At first she was friendly- even responsive. We emailed each other on salary expectations, new jobs that would be a great fit coming up and areas that were close to where my daughter and husband lives, etc. then she emailed me about updating my information in the system. I provided it, etc., then she sent an email asking me my first name - which is Ernestine. I never heard back from her - so I called (2weeks later) to let her know I got laid off and could start an assignment earlier. No response neither by phone or email. So I called the main number to see if she was on vacation or was sick, etc. the woman who answered said no she’s been here and I don’t know why she’s not responding. I don’t know why she decided not to work with me anymore. Seems very strange to me and very unprofessional.

Demetri Alexan: Huge time wasters. Don't follow through with what they say.edit: The fact that I directly replied twice to the people I was directly dealing with, and ignored both times, says enough. I understand you want to look good in a public review, but you're more than welcome to contact me through the original person you had dealing with me. In reality, your reply is a fake attempt at resolving a recurring issue (given other reviews and my experience) with your company.
Devyn Johnson: This company makes no sense to me. They call me and wish to meet me and then say that someone else will call me to schedule, yet no one ever does. Then, later, someone calls from this office with the same nonsensical idea of wanting to meet me, but claim someone else will call to schedule. I showed up at that office once and the person that desired to meet me happens to be busy. If anyone is in this area to seek employment, stop wasting your valuable time and just drive over to Ultimate Staffing instead, Kim does not mess around and she can do what Robert Half fails to do. So again, stop wasting your valuable. I no longer waste my valuable time at Robert Half.

jess: Truly an uninspiring experience. From the time I tried working with them, I only got two job offers (sort of). The first being one they wanted me to start the next day which I couldn't accept due to a prior engagement. The second was through email asking if I was interested to please send a resume. I was and sent my resume and I never heard anything back. I really wouldn't give this company the time of day if you actually wanted to find a job.
Kevin Walleman: I know people will think that I am just another disgruntle former employee however that is not so. I believe that RH does not care about it's employees as much as the money they receive for placing us. All I heard was "That is not a RH Policy" and besides this, I believe they do not take care or believe in serving a disabled veteran properly. Heck they would not even help carry my belongings to my car since I have a bum knee and drawing a military disability for it! I would pass on RH as a non ethical and non professional employment company after what I have been through with them from start to finish!
MO Fishing: I just want to start off by saying I am a Washington University Saint Louis graduate. This place could not be more of a joke, and I do not recommend anyone with a prestigious academic background seek their services. They placed me into a joke of a position, asked me to quit my job without giving them a notice, and when I decided not to stay at the position they placed me in becsuse it sucked, they expected me to give that employer at least a weeks notice lol When I told them absolutely not, the kid on the other end of the line told me that they would no longer work with me. How is it that a company can expect someone to immediately leave their position without giving that firm a notice, but expect you to give an qccommodation to someone you have barely worked for?Save yourself some money, and go find a job on your own. I promise you will get better results!

Jakayla Mason: Don’t waste your time. I got a call from Max or Matt I don’t remember his exact name but we talked and he said that he had plenty of options for me & to call back at 1pm the next day. I called multiple times & the phone kept going to voicemail & I never heard from him again. I know he does this on purpose because he did the same thing to my boyfriend a week prior. I think he tells you to call back then blocks your number or something. I also called his partner and her phone rung but she would not answer. They do not truly care about getting you a job.

C W: I only went to one assignment given to me . at first The Lead recruiter Shannon was adiment on finding the job best for me.. I was assigned a picker job. Which was ok for the first couple of weeks until the company started doing unfair things to the temps. So I asked to be reassigned. Samantha the recruiter that I was forwarded to after Shannon got me in the door was unhelpful in wanting to find me another job . This place puts you in a position and if it's not a fit they make it seem like it's your problem. Definitely way better hiring agency's out thereShannon Is The worst including Samantha and Matthew ✌🏾

Shannon which is a recruiter there was so rude to me on a phone call m. She did not respect me as an adult at all. How she was talking to me like I was a child during the whole conversation about a job that they was firing me from. Also on top of that the reason they fired me was not even a good reason “like really you firing me over a parking spot and when they said something to me I moved my car like they asked me to do on lunch and I’m still getting fired because I asked why couldn’t I park there?” I would not be back to this company at all nor will I tell people to go here. As soon as I hear aerotek come up in somebody conversation I will gladly tell them look somewhere else because it’s not worth it.

The job wasn't what they said stayed for a month, asked be moved, they still left me hanging. Ended up getting fired🤷🏾‍♀️, nd never replaced. Took a risk was lied too beware.

Viip3r _075: I reached out to Aerotek in February of this year(2022)and I was greeted by a very nice lady Ellen. She talked to me about getting me on with (said company) and ive been happily working there for 3 1/2 months but I would be paid until a 3 month Aerotek contract which I have proof stating it was a 3 month contract by email and text messages. My employer has tried contacting Aerotek in regards to my contract ending and when they could officially bring me on but they have refused to contact my employer back with any information what do ever and even went as far as lying to them about the terms of my contract. I went to their office off of Olive and talked to somebody and I got the most brick walled answer I could get. Its actually starting to be a huge inconvenience in regards of my work status and my pay which has changed inside of the company I work for but not yet officially since I'm, "still under contract" when it has been over for a while now. Very unprofessional.
David Smith: I was contacted via email for a phone interview and when the day came the call was almost an hour late. I had already emailed the person asking if a different day might work better for them. About 30 minutes later I get a call from someone who I could barely understand. The person got everything I said wrong to the point where I hung up and tried calling the office instead. After 4 attempts at letting it ring until the it stopped after about 3 minutes per call. I just want to get to work, idk why this has to be difficult for everyone. I'm also confused why no company answers their phones.
