Realty Exchange: Completely unprofessional and unhelpful company. I called three times over two weeks just trying to get a call back about a service agreement. On my third call, the operator raised her voice at me when I made the very reasonable request for a timeline of when someone would be getting back to me. Herb Ferguson: Spent a fortune putting in "top of the line" elevators for a major new construction project. They have been broken consistently for 2 years (since the building opened). Pieces of the hardware (buttons, etc) have literally fallen off into my hands. Takes over 12 hours to get service techs out even though we are classified as critical infrastructure. Unreal! DO NOT USE!!!
al helix: This company has never performed routine maintenance or repaired items they were required to repair. They have made 9 months of false promises. They deserve 0 stars. I have never dealt with anything like this in 25 years of business. They are a great sell with NO follow through. DO NOT USE THEM .
