Brandon Hentze: St. Louis is lucky to have this place. They were such a help with my turntable repair, and quickly diagnosed my problem and had me out the door in 10 minutes. The gentleman working there are extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful, even if you don't know anything about the ins and outs of your audio equipment. Highly recommended!!

Ernest Carranza: All my friends told me this was the place to take vintage audio equipment. The were correct. I got my reciever back and is sounds great! Mike was the tech that worked on it and he was very helpful and stood behind his work. I live in Ofallon and it was worth the drive. If you have vintage stuff this is the place to go!
Heidi Perling: Ed rejuvenated my (early '70s) Duo turntable and Marantz receiver, and I'm thrilled with the result! The Alpha Tech staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the cost of their work is more than fair. If you have vintage electronics, this is THE place to go for upkeep. If you don't yet own a good sound system, this is the place to go for a purchase that will last a lifetime. My only regret is that the work they've done for me will last until my children own the equipment... so I won't have reason to go back!

Mike B: I contacted Alpha Tech about repairing some 35 year old Bose speakers that I had refoamed and wanted to use again. They had me take them directly to their speaker repair guy Lloyd. I was prepared for the worst but Lloyd determined the crossover capacitors were still good and replaced a torn tweeter for me. It ended up costing only $55 and I was back to enjoying these old speakers again. I would recommend Alpha Tech for any repair work you might need.

binder man: This place is the biggest scam. They charge people prices that are through the roof. I know that this place goes on service calls knowing that they are not planning to fix it by certain symptoms that they know your TV has by what you tell them over the phone, and then they get there and charge you almost a hundred dollars just for showing up. I have heard they were trying to change the name because all the people they have ripped off. This place is Vietnamese owned and they give Vietnam a bad name. Do not fall prey to these rip off artists.
