LaVell Thompson, Jr.: Despite the three five-star reviews for this company/organization, I, unfortunately, cannot give them five stars! This business or organization is very poorly run, as far as I'm concerned. I didn't really have many photos to include because I never got inside of the building!To start with, everything is securely locked...PERIOD. There's no way to get inside to speak with a live human. I suppose that given this day and age, buildings should be secured and locked on the whole. However, what is one supposed to do in order to gain access to such a building?In this case, there is a box with various names and buzzers to ring or contact the person or persons with whom you need to speak. When I arrived there, I tried this option. I rang it the first time and it rang and then gave a busy signal and it hung up. Then I looked at the pad more closely to ensure that I had pressed the correct button. I had. I tried it a second time and someone finally answered.The woman with whom I spoke explained that she only did covid testing via appointments. After learning this, I acknowledged her procedures and explained that I was there on site. There were no notifications or explanations of any kind on Google to suggest that appointments were needed. But, if that was not enough, when I explained that I was there for a PCR test, she said that she no longer does them because of the cost. She said that she can't afford them anymore; they're too expensive. Again...this information is not listed anywhere, and it would have been nice to know that in advance.She then recommended that I go to another place that is some 30 or more minutes away from where I live in the University City area. Furthermore, she recommended another business that is housed in the same building. That business is called Massey testing or something of that sort. When I called that number, of course, as fate would have it, I didn't receive much help there, either. The woman with whom I spoke said that she was not in the office that day and that she was out doing some other things. She said that she wouldn't be back for 30 minutes.At this point, I thanked her for her time and I just released the call. Needless to say, I left with a bit of frustration because after driving to that area, with no way of knowing what I might be getting myself into before going there, I left empty-handed. It was annoying. When I tried calling Vital Labs in advance of driving there, no one ever answered the phone. I literally had to drive to the property only to be told it would not be a possibility. That was such a waste of time and it was quite disappointing. For all of the aforementioned reasons, I have to give this company--and the other company--a two-star review. That is a generous rating.

So rude in fact that I told them to their face how rude they were. And they lost my urine, not me! What the actual f is happening here.

They told me while I was in there that they would hold my test results if I didn't get off of my phone when I answered my phone for a work call. I proceeded to hang up and the doctor proceeded to threaten me with my job. Saying he wasn't going to turn in the test results because I was on the phone.

VEE LEAD: I called them day before and they told me to come back the next day by 7:30 am and I went there no one was there ,I have to drive 40 minutes both away this is place have no respect at all.

pangexp: Was directed to this location for a drug screening. Attempted to call the location for availability, but no response or call backs. Went in-person at around 12:45, and only 4 people were in the waiting room with nobody at the front desk except for a kiosk, so I began to check-in to put myself in queue. After I started, a worker rushed to the front to tell me I wasn't allowed to check-in, due to the 4 (four) people in front, and turned me away with no information on any of the other locations.Would personally recommended someone go to the Arnold labcorp location for any drug screening needs, as they not only had the staff and availability to answer their phones, but were also able to get me in-and-out with no issues.

Mandi Loretta: Worst place to go I took my 3 year old daughter in to get lab done and the had the needle in her arm moving it around like they were trying to find a worm in a haystack and she was in so much pain that I had ask them to take it out they put it back in and did the same thing and my baby girl was crying mommy ouch mommy help and the put the thing all the way in her arm and I snapped and told them to take it out they removed the band but it took them a long minute to remove the needle from her arm so me being the careing mom that I was I carefully took it out and walked out of there cuz they hurt my babe and yes I went off on them cuz they showed me that they did not care for her nor me and I myself find that disrespectful

Lejla McCormick: The process was easy and my experience with this location was great. The lady who drew my blood was really friendly and was able to get blood on the 1st try. I have tiny veins , but she did an awesome job.

Mislande Merine: Choose any facility but this one. The 2-star rating is very true. The staff is very dismissive and rushed there is no sense or care nor customer service. Enter at your own risk of waiting or having to drink water multiple times because you did not produce enough urine. Walk in was pretty easy though so I gave the extra star. Which I guess is my fault🤷🏽‍♀️

Dean Russell: Made an appointment to get my annual blood work done. Soon as I walked in a lady says you have to have a mask. I asked if she had one. She just closed the door. Hint, if one is required make sure it is stated very clear on your website. And don't just close the door and leave someone hanging wondering what they are going to do.

Samantha Bernardo: I walked in at 7:00 and was called back by 7:15. The woman who drew my blood was kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and then when I got nervous, (I have trouble getting my blood drawn) she was patient and comforting. I barely have a mark on my arm from where she entered the vein. Thanks for a smooth, quick experience!

Max Humpf: I came here on a Saturday. Roughly an hour before they closed at noon. When I arrived there were 4 people in front of me. One hour later I still have not been seen and there is still another person in front of me. There is a sign to to speak with someone if you wait longer than 30 minutes but of course there is no one at the desk to speak with. Certainly not what I expected compared to other locations which typically have a wait of 15 minutes or fewer. Certainly will not return to this location.

Majestic Mj: The worst place to ever go! I went twice in one day and did not even get to drug test. They were even closed for 2 hours which they do not mention, and stopped drug testing early! I wasted gas and time it was a terrible experience.

A: There is an older black lady who works behind the desk with a very very short hair do, almost bald… and she is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. She had the most ghetto attitude including the neck rolling and finger pointing to me and my guest. I was there to take a drug test for National guard with said sergeant to accompany me and she was rude to BOTH of us individually. She has horrible and unsatisfactory customer service skills and she really should not be employed in a setting where she has to enter act with the public. She never even greeted me, her first words were “you need to turn around and go back outside and read the sign on the door.” I’m not one to be disrespected in no way shape or form and when I addressed her about it she got even more rude. I’m not sure of her ignorance level in general, but it seems to be pretty high when in the work place. Not to mention that the phone number listed on Google was called several times before I arrived and she never answered the phone. I walk in 15 minutes later and there was absolutely no one in the lobby nor parked outside, so I’m not sure what her excuse was for not fully doing her job on top of being ignorant. I hope she gets that crook out of her neck from all that neck rolling she was doing, looking oh so unprofessional. I would never think someone like that would be employed in an office in that area. If I wanted ghetto customer service I would’ve went to the ghetto. She needs to be terminated.
