Cathie Lee Doll Hospital: what do users think?
julie hoormann: I brought my Patty Play Pal to the Doll Hospital about 6 yrs ago - sorry to be late with this - because she had become “dismembered “ over the years. She was made in 1959 and I received her from Santa that same year. They put her back together and refreshed her hair. Very good job and very reasonable cost. Would recommend any time.
Linda Busk: Doesn’t return calls
Debbie Strobach: Not answering calls, not answering door during business hours, or email. I hope the owner is okay. Disappointed. Need to revise website to “Closed for Business”.
Judy hawkins: Very helpful owner. My husband and I were so happy that she helped with my broken Japanese doll.
Debby Leonard: I know she's very busy, but I dropped a doll off at the end of January, called when she told me about when the doll might be ready, it wasn't. Called back 2 weeks later, still not. To make a long story short, she tried to use the virus as an excuse, but had to remind her of the time line 4.5 months a couple of times. I finally got the doll back. Tere is a very nice person and polite. She's very much in demand
Barbara Day: They take care when repairing dolls. They are reasonably priced on repairs and new dolls.
Larry Prough: Showed up with a doll that needed repairs. They did a great job and put it together while we waited. Found a couple great deals too!
Sean Donovan: I had picked up a few dolls at a garage sale and were wondering whether they any significance or value. I ended up calling and talking to Teresa who was super helpful and was nice enough to let me send some pictures then let me know what her opinion was on them. She responded right away and was really nice and informative.
Jon & Amber Lee: BEWARE!I had recommended this place to my mother based on all of the positive reviews and we are all absolutely appalled at what followed. My mother took her childhood doll here (from the late 1950s/ early 1960s) in late 2018 to be professionally cleaned. After numerous non-answered, non-returned phone calls and messages made by my mother, I was finally able to reach her last week (late May 2019). She advised that the doll would be ready for pickup this week. When my mother went to pick her up, not only had the doll been damaged, but she was still forced to pay full price, and was not even given an apology- just an "it happens, I'm busy, yada yada yada" line of excuses. We can only assume that the 6 months of non contact was them hoping we would all forget about this family treasure. My mother is beyond devastated and I am SO angry that this has occurred. An explanation in a timely manner, a sincere apology or even a discount may have sufficed. This is extremely poor customer service and business practice. There is no excuse for this and I do plan on taking this matter further. Please think twice before you send your treaaured dolls here - they've clearly gone downhill significantly.
Ambica Gunukula: Lots of dolls, and all of whom seem quite rare.
Li Statler: I took my poor 22 years old doll in bad condition to the doll hospital, and she got all fixed now, even changed a new wig makes her looks even cuter! Awesome and quick work, also great price! I'm very very appreciate to Cathie Lee Doll Hospital!
Mary GEAN Maxwell: I sent my arranbee doll in peices for over 50 years and she came back in the same box she had been in for along time able to wear clothes again .I am so happy.
Sheila Boismenue: Very pleased with the service several times have had total Shirley temple dolls fantasy restored
Linda Bick: Only place like it. Love taking my granddaughters there.
Tabitha Goodman: Cute place. Loved looking at all the different dolls
Lyric Andante: I always manage to find exact eyes that I'm looking for my dolls here! Pricing is a STEAL! Very nice!

Retro TV Toys: what do users think?
Robert Reynolds: I love this place the owner is very cool and knows what he's talking about many gems here. Update organized and always new things
G M: Very nice gentleman working there. It's a rather small place. If they don't have what you're looking for. The man will kindly help you find it.
Chris Rieger: Great inventory of cool old toys and collectibles at good prices. Had some stuff to sell and the owner was very fair and honest.
DTC: Excellent selection and fair prices. Matt the owner knows his stuff.
Ben Hill: Wonderful place a hidden gem.
brian valdes: Really cool store with so many collectibles from the last 30+ years! The owner was super nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will be back!
Pat Ryan: This place is pretty cool.
HVIP “4DE2” OMGB: Cool reto toy shop
Steve Wittu: Owner knows his toys and you can tell he enjoys what he does. That's always a plus.
Gilbert Daniel: Great selection, great prices, friendly staff.
Ed Mantia: Unique shop many antique toys.
jack Keller: Lot's of great toys Friendly staff
Shawn Conover: Great Store! Had a great time speaking and meeting Matt!
FEARSMAN26: There’s good things and bad things about this place . First off the parking lot is a joke lol . There’s barely any parking and we had to park on the street . There’s 3 little spaces out in the front. So come early or you will have to park on the side of the street. 2nd no bathrooms or none that I could see, so go to the bathroom before you come 🚽. The owner is very nice and professional and there was a good amount of product and toys to look for . The shop is a bit little . I wish it was bigger . But like I said he had some really cool things in his store and it was a fun experience for me and my friends. I will say I think the prices are too high so hopefully they come down one day . But besides that we had funGod Bless
Justin Hackett: I loved this place. I could spend hours browsing in there. Great selection of new toys and UNBELIEVABLE selection of vintage toys and good prices. Go here first visit Saga later. I live hours away but I am already planning my next trip back.
Zak S: Amazing selection, great prices, and the owner is fantastic. You can tell the owner loves retro toys which makes it an absolute joy to do business with him. I love this store, and it's now a weekly stop for me.
Jason D: This place is so retro and we love it! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! There is some awesome things to look at if you like collectibles! We walked out with some pretty awesome things! Enjoy!
Karnevil Toy Review KTR: Loved it
PocketOni: Good prices and awesome selection of toys!
Jonathan Hurt: I think I just found my new hangout place! Cameron and the crew really have a friendly little toy shop! Toys new and old, DVDs, Books, some Records, and tons of love put into the place. Cameron himself was super personable, kind, and very attentive to his customers. Pointing out different aspects, and even helping with issues of the different toys. I picked up a Stinkor figure, and he immediately warned me that one of his arms was from a different He-Man figure, and pointed me to different options. Ultimately I did get him, but he still offered ways i could possibly paint him and such! He is a great conversationalist, and clearly is highly knowledgeable on what he talks about. I'm talking about him and the crew mostly because that's what makes or breaks these types of places. They already got the clean store, interesting and fabulous toys and products, really fair prices, and an overall positive atmosphere. And they top that off with being the kindest workers I've ever met. Couldn't recommend enough, great store, great prices, great toys, and immaculate workers. Now if only I could get my Stinkor figure to smell like he did in the 80s...
Ryan Davis: This store has a very impressive selection of toys and merchandise for all ages. Its always great stopping by to catch up with Matt as well. I'll definitely be returning.
