Matt Mueller: Told lawyer about a ex parte and they told us that they do that and when I faxed them all the paperwork and then they told us that they don't do that and then they proceeded to charge us 660.00 dollars for doing nothing don't recommend this company at all they are nothing but thiefs
Nathan Canfield: So, the lawyer I had was unconventional, but he got some family law things accomplished for me and I was ultimately happy with him. Then out of nowhere he was no longer with the firm but they continued to take money out of my bank account. I'm not a lawyer, so when they said that they could not continue to represent me without a new retainer of $5000 for trial I was puzzled. There are things that still needed to be worked out prior to trial, but instead of helping me with those, they sent some junior Katherine (Kate) Garcia to drop me as a client stating "irreconcilable differences." These legal games aren't about helping people, they're about lining their pockets. If you're looking for care and compassion look elsewhere.

Jamie Costa: Due to some life changes, it was time to address my custody agreement that had been broadly written at the time of my divorce. I knew I had a find a lawyer who could represent me and get me what I wanted. I found Family Ally via a search engine and after our initial consultation, knew that Jennifer should represent me. Throughout the whole process, she was very responsive, professional and stood up for me. The process was long and arduous, but in the end, the modification to my custody agreement was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Family Ally when looking for a lawyer to represent your best interests.
