Jin Zou (阿瑾): St. Louis city hall is a historic building with Renaissance Revival architecture style. It also is reminiscent of the famed Hôtel de Ville, Paris, France. The construction of the building began in 1892 and completed in 1904 . Today, St. Louis City Hall becomes a landmark and is still in use as many St Louis city government offices.

Eric Weekly: I went in to pay my property taxes but did not have the piece of paper that stated how much was owed. So they would not accept my payment. How ridiculous. The technicalities of acceptance of payments and other processes needs to be severely reviewed and revamped. This could have been a 5 star review. Do better!

Jane Madden: Only had to wait 5 minutes for service. Had nice chat with lady as computer did it's thing. Twice she had to re-enter info and was apologetic. That took 10-12 minutes then I went to payment area and strolled right up to the window to pay my property taxes. Not bad at all and nice staff!!

WB: I paid my personal property online the day prior visiting this place of business. I was told by the DMV to see if I could get a receipt from the South County Location. After navigating the county website, to see if I could print and was unsuccessful, I walked in to the South County location on Lemay Ferry. and sat at the second desk of where an employee was ready to wait on me. She asked how she could help me. I stated I was trying to get a receipt for my paid personal property taxes that I paid online. She said it would be visible on my account in 5 days. I then asked how do I get the physical copy? She then said I would have to have access to a printer. I said what if I get pulled over by a police officer and get a ticket, because my plates were going to expire in 5 days. She said I would have to pay the ticket and I should be more responsible in getting my Person Property paid before the deadline.But I said why? I am current with all my information and I don't expire for 5 days and assumed that was plenty of time.The employee was an older gal working in the second booth, she didn't offer to look to see if my property taxes were available. She didn't offer to help and was the BIGGEST Karen I have ever met.However I called the Clayton Location and a very kind lady named Tina helped me. Tina looked up my property taxes, walked me through the steps of how to gain access to the website to print them off. Tina found they were available and ready to print even emailed them to me so I could print them off. Tina Easter really deserves to be recognized for her kindness, her patience, and just being a beautiful human being.To the old bitty's at the South County Government office you need to learn kindness and put effort to help your customers. I understand we are in a pandemic and you may have to work extra hours. But be thankful you have a job and you are able to be out of the house. I know many individuals that would be so grateful to have a job, and that would greet customers with a smile and actually look to see what they can do to help, instead of being a smart butt.

Amber Hanke: The lady that serviced me was very friendly and super helpful.

Katelyn McSpadden: They have zero sense of urgency. They only have one person working. It takes them a good 30 minutes per person to print a piece of paper off. There is over 50 people waiting and we have been here for over 2 hours. Definitely needs more help. And a better system.

Kele Shi: Very nice lady and service. But no toilet

Daniel Smith: Service was fast and friendly. I was able to get everything taken care of within a matter of minutes.

Rebecca Valicoff: So slow in posting payments that they told me to pay again. Now am waiting months for a refund after they found the first one and still cashed it even though it showed I repaid 5 days earlier. Uncaring at counter. Elderly lady on a walker had to stand and wait. The only way to pay is pay in person as the counter lady said mail just piles up and doesn't get opened for weeks. So sad.

Dr Rajiv Yadava: Someone is always on break and lines are long and slow...bring a sleeping bag and snacks.
