chris courtaway: I work here, I personally believe things are over priced, but they do look nice, and probably actually worth it for the people who can afford the product
Tiffany Hood: Recently bought a very expensive bedroom suit from this store. When it arrived they didn’t have all the ‘bolts’ to put it together right so half of my bed is still sitting in the floor. The salesman raved about how everything was solid wood construction. When the base didn’t fit like it was supposed to I started modifying the bed so that we could use it, and realized that part of it atleast was pressed cardboard. The delivery drivers/installers that showed up with our adjustable base just sat it on the bed and took off out the door without saying anything leaving it not finished and then forged my wife’s signature to say we were satisfied. Every time I try to call the store they say it’s not their problem call customer service. Everytime I call customer service I get routed to the Phillipines to get told in broken English that ‘all sales are final. Sorry it’s on your property, it’s your problem.’
cayce seguin: I opted to pick up my furniture which was an hour away. Then when I got home I unboxed my headboard, but to my surprise there was no headboard posts so I couldn't connect the rails to it. Customer service was kind of rude and kept interrupting me. It was hard to understand them due to connection issues on their end and very broken English.
MrYEAHBUDDYSTL: Had 2 deliveries scheduled both with wrong furniture on truck, on top of that they can take that "whiteglove delivery" label off because some of the furniture had footprints on it and rips in the material, no plastic or not in box just wrapped dirty moving blankets. Refused the deliveries get to the store, they tried to offer some displays that everyone has been sitting on for 10% off.I would suggest ya'll go to Carol House Furniture because after fiascle, late on a Saturday I went to Carol House and found something comparable that was in stock, so I went and grabbed my box truck and was able to pickup from warehouse that evening with everything in box, plastic, and clean white fabric sheet protectors.Don't buy anything from Ashley, which is a national franchise company, so good look trying to get ahold of anyone. Store associates will tell you whatever for the sales and commission, and they delivery/warehouse is not careful with furniture.
W Wiltshire: Receiving starts at 1600 daily. Not 8am as these brokers tell you.
Kory Kamp: Watched one of your employees go 70 in a 25, into oncoming traffic. And run a stop sign because they where a few min late for work. Your attendance policy is putting other people at risk.

Aquera Love: Inconvenience! I talked to a rep stating that my order was ready for pick up and they would be open today. I drive over a hour to the distribution center just be turned around at door because they are closed.

Danielle Ross: Please do not buy from Ashley Furniture because if you do you will have the same issues I’m having. So I purchased my furniture back April and it didn’t arrive until September and not only did it arrive late but it was damaged and they said the items where purchased on clearance but they where purchased brand new and now I’m having trouble getting my items replaced after the delivery drivers didn’t want to take it back and I was also promised a delivery refund that I have not received and I was given a clearance item but I paid full price for a new item
Kelcey Stuart: ordered a sectional from the o'fallon location on the 4th, got a text on the 14th stating it was ready for pick up. Came here today, the 15th and got my sectional loaded and ready to go within 20 mins. i couldnt be more happy!

Lady E: My entire experience with them has been AWFUL!!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! They were to deliver my furniture last weekend they never showed and they didn’t bother to call. So, they show up today and the deliver drivers assemble my furniture on the truck only to get it in my home and they can’t get the furniture down my stairs. They left the furniture on my wall and didn’t assemble at all. I called customer service informing them of this issue and asking if they could send someone out immediately to assemble furniture and was basically told “No”. I was told that another work order would have to be submitted and they didn’t know when a technician would be available to assemble the furniture. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again mind you, I spent almost $10,000 and to be treated like this is just SAD.
Jadyn Smith: On May 4th, I had my brother go pick up my dinning room table for the distribution center after I received a call saying for me to schedule a delivery when my dinning room table was supposed to have been delivered on May 1st. The experience that I as well as my brother experienced was by far the most horrible experience ever the lady that was taking care of him was so rude and raciest she was going back and forth with him she didn't want to help him at all the the other nationality that came in the store she was nice and polite with but I definitely take it as she don't like African Americas because her attitude definitely showed, it took us over 2 hours to get a dinning room table. At first they say it's not here, then they say it's on the truck and then they tried to give us just the outside of it original box just the table and it's piecs. The worst experience DON'T EVERY SHOP WITH ASHLEY'S!

Matt Higgins: Gladly, the weather was obliging when I picked up my item. If it wasn't, this post would be completely different. I had a friend with a PU truck meet me and within 5 or 6 minutes, my package was loaded and we were on our way. The reason I had any negative to say about the experience is that there are 4 lanes to load, but only 2 are covered, so I guess people would have to wait to be able to load under cover.Other than that, which wouldn't necessarily effect many with proper timing, everything went well. I'd like to speak of the employees who to a man (and a woman) were friendly, courteous, and helpful. 5 gold stars for them all.
Tim Mc: After two delivery reschedules and waiting months for my furniture to finally arrive, here is what Ashley HomeStore did to my front yard when they delivered my furniture yesterday!! Don't tell me they didn't see this prior to their departure. Zero stars is not an option or I would have given them that!!
Josh Buehrig: Absolutely horrible. I can’t get ahold of anybody to check the status of a pick up order. And the main customer service line isn’t any help either. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Will never shop here again.
