Jermaine took his time on the walk-through right before demolition started in order to confirm everything that we wanted done. Paul A. Jackson: We had a complicated lot to level and grade, and several companies were called during the selection process. But after speaking with Hillsdale Demolition, they were the only company that was "genuinely" convincing that they were able to tackle the task. Before winter, they came out to eliminate the elements of danger, and prefilled all the voids. They allowed the ground to settle, and came back as soon as the weather broke! They graded, seeded, and laid hay...and the lot looks AWESOME, such that, folk asked who was responsible for the job within 2 days of completion! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Josh scheinerman: Excellent service and very professional team with high quality work. The owner is very involved in the whole process and the operators are fantastic and very skilled. Took down a large house and sport court in Ladue super fast and safe. I cannot imagine why anyone would choose a different solution than Bellon Wrecking, simply an outstanding experience. Brian Winebright: We hired Bellon to tear down a vacant house in Fenton and the experience was incredible. Ben and his crew (especially Booker) were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Danielle, with whom I primarily worked with to set everything up and get it scheduled, was responsive and organized. She helped immensely in explaining the permitting requirements and the demolition process. It's unfortunate that I don't have more houses to tear down because I would absolutely hire Bellon Wrecking again in a heartbeat.
