J C Morgan & Associates LLC: what do users think?
Mitchell Swaringim: I called to pay a debt. It took 5 phone calls and 2 “we’ll call you back” to be able to pay. And then they took 21 days to process the payment. Every time I would call back and ask why it hadn’t been processed, I was just promised that it would be by another date that came and went with no change. I understand that they don’t have a terribly enjoyable job, but they could at least try to do it decently.

Consumer Collection Management: what do users think?
Kerri Lynn: Loud rude & obnoxious! They need to learn some respect and treat their elders better ( PERIOD). They try and out talk you over the phone when you tell them the state is helping you back pay the bill or the hospital is actually working with you. They said now they need proof , well can’t they just call the hospital who gave them the bill in the first place and speak with them? Or do they not have communication with the place they are collecting for? Strikingly odd if you ask me! Seems you would have a good relationship with the people who are selling/giving you accounts to collect on! Sad but true! Don’t deal with the company period, just send the hospital minimum payments every month and keep your receipts when you do!! They will not send your payments back, that’s turning away your attempts to pay!! You as human beings don’t have to deal with “So called “ collection people like this! Even if it says it’s in collections, send the minimum payments to the person you owe (the hospital) , it’s not against the law to pay who you owe directly! Just like it’s not against the law for the hospital giving your information to some “so called collectors” that will harass you daily and scream at you as if you need to mind them!! That’s a joke!
Lioness Lady: I talked to a representative named Samantha she was so helpful and nice .. I have never been so happy to pay off a debt .. thank u so much
kevin brooks: I like how they call me 4 times a day about a debt that belongs to someone else. But when you call them, they are dissatisfied. They won't tell you why they are calling unless you give them personal information, which, you should not do. I hired someone to call them as many times as they call me.
Nathan Duncan: Keep calling on a bill I’m trying to work out with the company directly. I always start the conversation pleasantly but everyone that calls ends up being hostile so then I have to hang up.
Darcie: On the site, I was able to pay my debt using my credit/debit card without any convenience fees. That's great
Kaitlyn Hayden: Spoke to a woman named Marie. Called our business and was very rude, short, and unprofessional to me, and I wasn’t even the person she was collecting a debt from!
Scott K: I revised my rating and review again. No one likes a collection agency but this time when I called I quickly got through to someone who was personable and actually helpful. They helped facilitate getting the erroneously added account off their books and cleared from my credit profile.
Matt Aull: cant review 0 stars. SCAM COMPANY. WILL HIT YOUR CREDIT REPORT WITH FRADULANT CHARGES. WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY COLLECTIONS IN MY NAME. only found out by checking my credit report, and google the phone number to find out what company this came from.
Courtney Ashley: Very professional, prompt and courteous service. Had a snag at one point in my process and the owner himself was able to bring immediate attention to the situation and personally took care of me. Bad things happen to good people and when it’s handled in a kind and timely fashion with understanding and professionalism it can make a frustrating situation as stress free as possible. That’s what the folks of ConsumerCollection Management have done for me and I am very appreciative.
Michael Smith: The worst@!
Shyia Jacobs: Customer Service could be better. Called today and whomever I spoke with almost seemed like she had an attitude with me. I only want to pay my debt responsibly and not feel like I'm bothering someone.
Oliver Fend: Marie Williams must really smell bad. Pathetic to chose this as a career. Empty human beings. Please reconsider your failure to communicate these nutts.
BIG_1088: they tried pulling a fast one on me, claiming I owned a business even though I don'tthey're scammers
Lisa B: It is against the FDCA, to NOT validate any debt. This business is not even accredited by the BBB. If this company claims you owe a debt, per the FDCA, force them to take action and send you validation of said debt. If they do NOT properly respond, take them to the next level. whomever owns their license, in the state of MO, and then file charges with the FTC!!!
Nicole Isaac: Rude and unprofessional. Asked about a settlement amount got talked to very unprofessionally and hung up on when I asked for balance to be split in payments. No class at this company.
Kelsey Mone't: This collection company was actually pretty nice to me. This is my second time working with them from moving out of an apartment complex and owing a balance. If you pay in cash at there location in Maryland Heights, you’ll get a receipt and a release letter/pay to delete letter stating your amount has been paid in full. If you pay using a card or check, then it’ll take 30 days to receive a letter and receipt. The first time I worked with them, I actually paid too much and they sent me a refund by check.
Rachel Burr: These about the rudest nastiest people ever they are un educated ignorant people they lie and say u owe more then what u really do… they talk down to you like you are no one the are not understanding about any situation and do not accept payment plans unless it’s for the amount THEY want and not what u can afford… my advise get an attorney to deal with them they should not even be In business bc of how unprofessional they are and how they just talk over you and do not let u speak
Niamey Stoner: The first woman I talked to was rude and basically tried to rush me off the phone as I’m trying to pay close to $500 off I asked if they could send me a receipt or somethin to show that I paid and she said no we don’t do that and was like okie bye so I call back got a new woman who said oh yea that’s just our policy we wait 30 days to send anything
Chris Golightly: If I could give this company a rating of a big fat 0, I would. Unprofessional, rude, and pretty suspicious. I called them for answers when I got a letter saying I owe $900 from the same hospital with 2 different account numbers, they stumbled on their words and couldn’t answer me. I asked for validation letter, and said she wasn’t able to. Kept interrupting me when I tried to talk. Accused me of being on speaker when she was yelling and everyone in the room I was in could actually just hear her yelling, haha. I even set up a payment plan and still have yet to get a letter they said they would sent out. Also Tony Cooper hung up on me, she’s literally the most laughable customer service employee I’ve ever had to deal with. This company is an absolute joke
Jared Overstreet: Very easy to get along with good service.
Deanna Perkinson: I was sent a medical bill that was not in my name. I reached employee Pam Brown to let her know that the bill did not belong to me. She would not let me talk and actually laughed when I asked to speak to her manager. I spent over 45 minutes on hold as she "tried" to get in touch with her supervisor. Pathetic!!

Partners Financial Services, Inc.: what do users think?
Danielle Moreau: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF THEY CONTACT YOU HANG UP RIGHT AWAY!! THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY!!!
Alex Spence: All they ever want to talk about is some bill I never paid. Don't recommend 👎
Jay D: Nasty, harassing representatives and inaccurate information... Disgusting predatory business tactics.
Alejandro solis: Joke of a company
Tom Rausch: Sean Martin is absolutely the best at what he does. Very professional. Has a lot of integrity. I highly recommend.
John Bogue: We have been doing business with Partners for 20+ years. Sean Martin is the best. This guy always goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work!
Hardin Rich: They were "trying" to collect on a so-called debt that was 10 years old and the account of which had been closed. Told them if this even did exist it is beyond the statue of limitations and to take me to court.. they hung up.
John Kane: I don't even do reviews like this yet I felt like I needed to. Every single person I've ever spoke to from this company is just miserable and Rude. You'd think they were the police and I was a convicted felon with the tone they used when speaking to me. It was months before I even realized that they were calling because of a debt that still had a balance. It didn't help that they left no info in their voicemails for me to determine that. Avoid them like the plague.
Andrews Santana: THE MOST INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL COLLECTION AGENCY.This lady answer my call, she requested information to verify identity, I provided as requested and she finally says: How can I help you, sir... When I was going to ask her something about the letter I received on my mail and I started reading the portion of the letter, she interrupted me because she knows what the letter says and told me to send in writing to the office whatever I need, also I requested to speak with a supervisor and she transferred me to a voice mail. I called back and another guy answers and tells me you just were on the phone with my supervisor. Did you leave a voice message whe we transferred you? If you think that customer service is hard to offer, or to ask what can I help you is all you got, then check your in with your college teacher again if you really are a professional or go back to school and refresh your self on how to start a day at list with some positive attitude by being helpful. Is not hard to listen, but I guess this person was raised very uncivilized, uncultivated, unskilled. But I got news for this type of customer service, " you can start over and change actual miserable unprepared life. Have a great day Ms. "FORGETTABLE NAME"
lorna clarke: I just had an employee hang up on me. Very unprofessional. If I need to I will make a court case out of this. I don't owe money to a school that already got their money from a student loan. Which I'm still paying off. I won't have some ignorant people contact me and hang up on me. You also never did your job as this apparently was made in 2013 and I just found out about it in 2017. I'm not afraid to make this a court case.
Robin F.: This company leaves the most worthless effing voicemails. It goes something like this: "Hi, this is ___ from Partners Financial Services. Partners is a debt collector. You can call us at ___ number. Again, that number is ___, or you can go online to ______ to learn more."Um? Okay, first of all, WHO ARE YOU CALLING FOR?????????? Usually, when a company is calling for someone specific, they ask for that person BY NAME. Secondly, if you expect me to be able to go to your website to view my inquiry and make a payment, you're supposed to leave a username or SOMETHING so I can log in. This company does neither. These things lead me to believe that this company is either a scam, or ended up with my personal cell phone number as a fluke because there is no possible way I have any debt. And yet, I get the same useless voice mail once a week for the past three months. LEAVE ME ALONE.

Blitt & Gaines PC: what do users think?
Anna: I've written and emailed and have asked for proof and yet no response from you twice now.
Mrs. Jas Hall: Ok so I had a garnishmentI paid extra on the side outside of the garnishment..so did my job & when I requested reimbursement for my overpayment they came with a list of hidden fees they didn't address in one letter to myself or my HR dept..they maybe attorneys but they are scammers too..I have contacted my own attorney & the BBB
Nettie Esters: Such a shady company
Sean Norman: Paid my debt off February 16 2023 before the started garnishments. Now here we are about to start April and they continue to fail to send the release of garnishment to my employer.
Mary Schmieg: Ruthless! Dealt with gentleman who said his name was Rocco. Hope you never go through what I have.
Mallory Dunbar: Never received any kind of paperwork for a judgment, and then my wages were garnished. I paid everything in full promptly and was told it would take 14 to 20 days to stop the garnishment. They have yet to send any paperwork to my employer to stop the garnishment, and it has almost been 2 months. I have called multiple times, and it's the same song and dance. We sent the release. Well, come to find out they sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES. Get it together and be a professional company, especially when you are literally taking hundreds of dollars from people. I was treated horribly when I explained that the address they had was completely inaccurate, and it was such an inconvenience for her to "request" that it be sent to the correct address. I also asked if they could just fax the release since we are going on 2 months with garnishing after I had already paid a month before that. Again, it was a huge inconvenience for her. I am beyond disappointed.
Haylie Albert: This place is a huge joke and will continue to give you the run around on your account and are not willing to help anyone. I have spoke to multiple people there and they are zero help. Then you email them on the portal they have an never reply. Now I need to get an attorney involved to help me close out my account that has been closed out and paid to help me get my money back that they continue to take.
orzhovmdw: Unwilling to negotiate and over terrible business!
Justyce Thomas: I spoke with Angela Adams today, and she was very rude.
Chris Giebel: I owed money. They did their job and served court papers. I went to court and had a new college grad who was working their cases. (AN AWFUL LOT OF CASES) He was doing his best to work out a deal. What he was going to ask the judge for.. believe it or not, I was going to pay more. The judge asked me if this was a problem. The judge told him he would be a fool not to take it. I have been paying off for years. If I miss a payment, I get a phone call. They always leave a message. They are always willing to work with me. Things happen, and they have never given me grief. Any communication is because they need to. I was given an extension to call for my payments and I 90% of the time get a return call the same day.I can't see them being rude. Persistent is VERY different from rude. The payment people always ask how things are going. Maybe kindness given is kindness received. Stop ragging on a bunch of people doing their job.
Tammy Sullivant: Wish I could give ZERO stars! I've tried twice to settle a debt with them but they won't work with me at all. I even offered 90% of the principle balance and they still wouldn't take it. They would rather garnish my wages, even though I'm leaving the state and my job in 2 months, leaving them without a job to garnish. I understand this is my vault but I'm trying to make it right, just need a little help.
Aaron Newcomb: The people are really a worst case situation to deal with. It's a shame that PRA has forwarded an account to them to handle. They are as uninviting to work with as they are unpleasant. The end goal of them is not to work with people who want to make things right. It is to make the most profit for themselves as possible. Fingers crossed that I can work with someone there in the future who will at least be reasonable.
Cher: They garnished my check… during a PANDEMIC. Lol I just wanted to sound dramatic but they oc, it’s cool though. It went from 500 something to 1300. Between them and the actual credit company lol they robbed me.. without a gun. Bright side ima start paying my bills cause I’ll be damned if I get another garnishment.I’ve been in and out the hospital since the start of 2020. I’ve been on and off medical leaves since my medical incident as well. I didn’t return to work till Oct 2020 and still has taken several medical leaves from work since.. (after an accident). I was dealing with something else at the time so I forgot the court date and soon after that judgement was against me. They took over the account and literally served me less than a year after doing so. Very insensitive, greedy, money hogs.
Terrie S: Terrible, terrible company. They don’t communicate. I have sent several emails and I still yet to hear back from them!
Rockn24 W.: Rude not willing to work for repayment wish the Federal Government would Shut them down All Judges should Find against these losers
Tyler Osby: Really disappointing. I tried to help someone get their debt paid to Blitt and Gaines and was treated very rudely. It appears this is a law firm that is only interested in calling folks that owe money, but when they want to finally pay it, they do not make it easy to do so.Best of luck to anyone who ends up having to deal with them.
Michael Anthony: When you ask to settle with a sum that was more then what you should pay they turn it down. Very terrible debt collector to work with. I got a letter I was being sued by these ppl from Citi I told them the horrific things I went through said they would do a investigation but said they found nothing. Of course you are going to say that you aren’t a lawyer for me they’re really full of it. I definitely will not shop at Best Buy ever again they ruin your life and same goes for this company.
Rati Manj: They hang on you if ask any questions they dont like, these people are no good and they increase the payment you have agreed on the phone, and send orginal payment to sign, so watch and read what you sign. they are inhuman, they search for every debt you and take to court if you agree pay for one. get lawyer dont make any payment with them, they will search others and sue you for it if you agree one.
Rick: First and foremost, if you’ve found yourself with the displeasure of being on this collector’s slate you need to LAWYER UP! They’re virtually impossible to work with and will do their best to obtain a default judgement against you. The classic 609 doesn’t work anymore and in my state, their bogus verification is treated as gold. Again, LAWYER UP!
Samantha Thornburg: Next to impossible to work with. Rude, zero empathy, and by far the worst I’ve worked with so far
Melinda Starkey: I had a great experience with this firm. I owed a debt and have no means to pay due to disability. I am being granted a permanent hardship. Mr. Richard Kenner was kind and respectful. Thank you for making a difficult situation much easier. Great professionalism. Very empathetic.
