Barbara Nelson: I ordered some shirts that this company was producing for a non-profit that I follow. I ordered them back mid December 2022. I paid for shipping on the shirts. I called at the beginning of January, 2023 and was told they were going out the following week. Here we are at the end of January and I still have not received the product.Ironically, the non-profit is having the same problem with a bulk order that was placed. Plus, every time they try to communicate with the shop, they get a different person and the same answer, they are going out next week.

Joseph Worthy: I had a project that I couldn’t handle, so I asked Rob for some help. He’s an amazing guy and helped me out greatly. He took on a difficult job that needed to be done right away. His schedule is very tight but he figured out a way to get the job done. I can’t say enough great things about this company or the owner. The price was excellent. The quality was excellent. The customer service was excellent. These are excellent people to work with. I’d never use another company for my screen printing projects.

I received a reward punch card but no thank you for your service, just took our money with no better customer service than most places.I need businesses to say hello when I come in and thank you when I leave, especially if I purchase something.I didn't receive that and when I don't I do go the race route and turns out I be right be most of the time when a non black person comes in right after me at a place they get greeted with no problem.Did a decent job but didn't feel welcomed.

Brown Girl: I give them 2 stars because the design was ok. But the guy didn’t pay attention to detail. He was preoccupied wow helping me trying to fix another lady’s mess up that they did. I had to make him fix my font and i showed him how I wanted my shirt. But they stretched the design over the whole tank top. I was lived! I brought in the tank and my party was the next day. What I asked for vs what I got very upset. Think the guy name was Art.

Amos Isaac: The quality of their work is superb but their customer service needs improvement. Two employees both working with customers. I walk in, they both look, neither speak or give any acknowledgement. I stand there 20 minutes. Another customer comes in. They are still with those same 2 customers. Waits 5 minutes then walks to the counter, interrupts them with what she wants. They wait on her and she leaves. So yep, I walk up to the counter, tell them what I want. They give it to me and I leave. Acknowledging customers entering is right. Being able to interrupt staff while working with others is bad. Can someone fix this?

He told me he would tell the owner so he could help me. The owner never once help me so I sat there once again until I finally got up and left.

When we let him know that we waited for 2 1/2 hours without service he told us to leave his shop. All around unprofessional and rude. I will never support this man or his business.
