Cindy H: Was getting my dad’s house cleaned and a snag/issue with a schedule for another company (I scheduled on line and it was a double booking - they had to canceled) I found out about the canceling on Saturday for a Monday cleaning! After calling several companies that were supposedly open on Sat (they weren’t) I called 24/7 and spoke with a real person- OMG thank you 24/7 carpet- not only were you able to do a last minute carpet cleaning job but they did a fantastic job! We had stairs/couple of rooms and an area rug cleaned. The two carpets were very badly stained and we didn’t think the stains would come out…after a lot of hard work by the gentleman-a miracle… they were perfect- just like new! Any interaction w/ company was very professional- they were later than their scheduled time but my gosh well worth it! 2 of my dad’s neighbors asked for reference because of the great job they did (one was a cream colored rug!!!). Stacey Dowd: We hired 24 Carpet to clean our large cream sectional and ottoman. It had numerous stains from our toddlers spilling water and yogurt. We actually had a separate cleaning company out who told us they would not be able to get the stains out. We then called 24 Carpet, sent him pics, and he did not let us down. 24 Carpet took his time and was able to get every single stain out. The couch looks brand new!! Never do business with this company. “Forgot” the service I booked (booked by making a down payment!), provided a sub-par fix, and demanded (and I mean demanded) payment immediately.
